I started going to the location on RT 39 due to the one on Lagrange going downhill. I find this location to be very well run, clean inside, and drinks made correctly. Can't really knock the location for the donuts as they are made offsite. They do a great job moving the cars along and they remember the regular customers. They are always pleasant and friendly. read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this. I have been so disappointed with Dunkin lately. I ask for extra matcha- they basically gave me milk. They smashed my sister's sandwich into the bag it looks like it was PUNCHED. They charged me for "extra swirl" for my matcha- 1.50 for them to not even put more in?????? I frequent this Dunkin daily. I actually drive past 2 DD just to visit this location. The drinks are consistently made perfect, with no variation like most of the other locations. The staff is the best too! They are always so nice, friendly and super cheerful. Its so refreshing. It's hard to find a drive thru of any sort that has such great customer service, but they exceed all expectations. They don't just serve coffee and donuts. I have seen these girls/guys (esp night shift) bond with their customers and really care about them as people. Its heartwarming. This seems to be the busiest Dunkin in the area, but they are still always the fastest. Every time I go inside the store, it's exceptionally clean as well. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate the hard work of these employees, but I'll spare you any more reading. I do highly recommend making this your daily DD stop over any of the other many New Lenox or Mokena locations. Also, remember to tip. These kids work so hard and always with a smile. if you want good coffee and you want people with the best attitude go to Dunkin' Donuts off of Route 30 in Mokena . The people there are always sweet and they make great coffee. I've been going there for years and love the place. I can see why they're always crowded due to the fact the girls and fellows that work there not always give the best service you always leave a smile. I like DD and therefore routinely have to look past the fact that many of them are staffed with some of the world's most miserable human beings. This location, however, has two of the nicest DD employees I've encountered. Today (Sunday afternoon), the girl employee was SO nice to both of the children I was with and to me as well. The gentleman working the register was kind as well, even when dealing with a customer in front of me who had a huge attitude for no discernible reason. Definitely favorited this location. read more

It's kind of hard to write a review of a fast food place where most of the time the product and service is the same from store to store. That said, this is a decent and average DD. It's the one I go to most often. I've never had any problems. Fast service, accurate orders, and cheap prices. For some reason, however, this is the only DD I've ever been to that doesn't put cream cheese on your bagel. I thought the first time this happened it was just a fluke, but every time I get a bagel to-go I reach into that hot little bag to find a toasted but naked bagel with cream cheese on the side. That's the only drawback I've ever experienced, so not too bad on the whole! :) read more

Noticed it was 3 so I went here to grab an iced coffee. Decided to grab 2 large iced coffees and they don't total your order before you pull up. Get to the window and my drink is 6 dollars because the promo is "with mediums only" I was new to the deal so just wanted some coffee. Later check the deal online and " 'happy hour' every day and offering any size iced coffees, iced teas or lemonade for only 99 cents." Essentially charged 3x the price. I suppose this goes without saying, but don't order donuts in the drive thru here, or at least be VERY specific. I just drove thru to quickly get a dozen donuts & some assorted Munchkins for my kids. When I got home, the Munchkins were 90% plain, and the donut assortment...well, let's just say it was like the island of misfit donuts. Nothing you would actually choose in the store. The staff here is always extremely friendly! They are so flexible with coupons and sometimes even give them back for reuse. I always leave with a smile. I like the prices and the consistency, as well. If you don't get a designer drink, from the Baskin Robbins menu, you'll get away cheap. The Drive-Thru is also quick, compared to other locations, even when you order Donuts. You may be waiting a bit, though if you order a Cappuccino Blast, it just takes longer to prepare.
