This dunkin location is a hit or a miss. Oddly enough, they seem to be quicker in the morning than during any other time of the day. My food/drinks are always fine but the service is slow. It almost seems they are understaffed and/or have bad management. read more

One star is generous. This was the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had. I ordered two hash browns, a wake-up wrap, two donuts, and a coffee. Every food item had what appeared to be someone else's hair in it. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The coffee tasted like water, and the hash browns had such a foul taste that I couldn't eat them literally smelled and tasted like cum... Nothing in this order was worth consuming. It was a complete waste of money. Ordering was frustrating, too. There was a communication barrier at the drive-through, and I had to repeat myself about ten times to get my order understood. Finding hair throughout an order raises serious concerns about how the food is being handled. Management needs to address the cleanliness, food quality, and service at this location. I expect a full refund and will not be returning. Do better Dunkin read more

Dunkin is the best place for coffee and a donut. Their sandwiches and side are great, too..

Quickest service ever during morning rush. Thank you team! Food was perfectly made, coffee too. Only Dunkin to ever give me ketchup too. Fully stocked store! read more

I keep trying this location and the coffee is just absolutely horrible and disgusting. They can never get regular coffee right. What's the way they are making it? I'm not sure if they're using or what? Save your money and drive a little farther for a further location. read more

The woman behind the counter with the brown ponytail said they had NO blueberry muffins, despite one being right there. She told me they were out and continued to take behind the counters and eat in "secret", and began to laugh hysterically. read more

I went here and got 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers. One of them had no ice in it, and the other one had only one cube of ice that melted in 30 seconds. When we walked in, they didn't even see us at the front counter. It took them at least 5 minutes to see us. They were complaining about how many orders they had but didn't start making them. When she finally saw us, she told us it would be a minute. It was 5 more minutes of waiting for her to take our order. When she took our order, she stated making other drinks and not ours. While she was making other drinks, cold foam got on her shirt, and she swore upfront of a 12 year old and an 8 year old, which I think is unexceptional. Now I'm not trying to be selfish, but she kept asking other people if she was supposed to make them. Overall, they were very rude. Thankfully, there was a starbucks down the street for ice. I am never going here again. read more

Unfortunately, all the other reviews are spot on. This place is extremely poorly ran. We like to stop here for a treat on the way home from the dog park and have for the past year, but after tonight's experience we won't be back. We ordered one drink: a Cappuccino Blast, no whip, no cinnamon. The line in the drive thru was moving extremely slow. When the car in-front of us got to the window, it was clear he was a friend of the young female employee running the window. For over 7 minutes, we watched as he got a free blended drink (didn't pay, zero transaction happened) and laughed, teased, and bantered with the employee. Throwing items into the window, employee inside laughing, closing the window on him. He jokingly tried to return the free drink and repeat on the window closing/laughing/bantering. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've witnessed in a drive-thru ever. He sped away, tired squealing trying to impress her, and we pulled up. As she repeated our modified order verbatim to us, she handed us the drink with cinnamon and whip cream on top. It was also melted from sitting there while she played with her friend through the window. Completely unprofessional. read more

They got my order wrong 2 out of the last 3 times. They put sugar in my coffee without asking. I asked for cream not sugar.

15 min in line to order ridiculous!!!! The manager is rude to the employees screaming at them to work faster maybe if he wasn't such a slave driver they would have more help so the wait time wouldn't be as long. All the workers were just talking to each other even after seeing they had a line of costumers. It was a crisp fall morning and I was looking for a beverage just as crisp. After a long night of partying for our cousins wedding, we decided to pass up on our hotels $10 breakfast and looked for the nearest dunkin. As we were searching we came across THIS Dunkin' Donuts. We asked ourselves "how is it possible that a Dunkin' Donuts could be rated ONE and a HALF stars?". Well yelpers let me explain. We were welcomed by a customer and the store manager getting into it. The store manager clearly never received the training that the customer is always right. I thought to myself this may be one bad moment. Boyyyy was I wrong. The guy in front of us had been waiting for his coffee before we came in, he told the cashier numerous times that he was still waiting for his 3 hot coffees. He finally received 2 coffees as my sister was ordering her food. We didn't realize we'd be getting a "dinner and a show". After we placed our orders, we then witnessed the store manager and one of her employees getting in to an altercation. It ended with the employee mumbling under her breath "shut the fuck up" then the manager asked her to repeat herself, so the employee repeated herself for all to hear. The manager then told her to get out of her store. The employee then proceeded to tell her boss that she "did nothing wrong and that she can't control her own store and that she was going no where". The employee then threw my sisters bag with her bagel in it across the counter, about to fall off the edge, my sister caught it at the last second and saved her bagel. And just for a time reference the guy that was waiting for his coffee at the beginning was still waiting for his 3rd coffee that he had ordered when we got there. read more

Several times now I have ordered a plain toasted bagel with easy cream cheese. Again today, the bagel seems like yesterday's batch. Stale, not soft. And these are before work orders at 7:30 or so in the morning. Also, easy cream cheese means just a bit, but I always have a glob to take off. What happened to the little guy who said, "time to make the donuts"? I want a fresh bagel. read more

In short, avoid this location! Service here is not good, orders are often wrong which is sad when you order a donut and coffee. In the latest snafu, DD was running an online gift card promo for $50 in cards you'd get a $10 card for yourself. I called this DD location and asked them if they'd honor the promo in store and was told yes. I went there and was told no. The person who told me on the phone was obviously lying and used it to get me to come into their store. Bad service and dishonest employees. read more

Every time I go to this location in the evening they get at least one of my coffees wrong. Tonight, I specifically said no sugar in my medium ice coffee and they put a ton in it, in the large ice coffee I had asked for 4 Splenda and there was no sweetener in it. It was not a difficult order and we were the only people in line. I would have went inside but they locked the door at 9:30pm when it is open until 10pm. It is ridiculous, and myself along with people I know is fed up with the service. read more

We are newer to the area and we have been to this location four times. I could go on a long diatribe full of snarky comments but the straight fact is this location is worthless at getting an order correct. A coffee shop should not have difficulty making a coffee with cream and Splenda. I also feel sorry for the poor soul who received my order of 5 munchkins vs their three Boston Kreme's because the people working couldn't be bothered to check the bag before handing it out the window. Dunkin Donuts is great but this location and the people working in it are not worth your time. I honestly believe the only reason they are still open is their convenient location to I80 on Lagrange. But what is it worth it if you can't even get what you wanted on a simple order?? read more

This Dunkin Donuts location is a disgrace to the entire chain! If there was a rating less than one star, it would certainly qualify for it! Upon arriving, a man claiming to be the manager (or the boss as he put it) proceeded to take my order in the rudest manner possible. Not only that but he had some strange brown "substance" on his hands while he was trying to serve me. When I asked what it was on his hands, he completely ignored me and still tried to give me the order! After letting him know that I would not be getting anything after all, he walked away mumbling who knows what under his breath. I got out of there-immediately! Meh... Tried one of those those new Benedict sandwiches. It was just ok. Egg was overcooked, and there wasn't enough hollandaise sauce on it for me. My real issue was the lack of cleanliness. I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday on my way to work. I get the same coffee everytime and sometimes add an oatmeal. Without getting the oatmeal my coffee is always a different price. WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Service at this location is terrible. Very slow, and frequent incorrectly processed orders. I gave them a chance, but won't be back.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. My order was a toasted twice bagel and black French vanilla with sugar and it was incorrect 4 times!!! First one was barely toasted , second burned, 3rd time again barely toasted. Not sure why this location refuses to listen when customers place orders. Well I've been here several times because it's the closest and it NEVER gets my simple order. They always add cream to my black coffee. The worst part is they're customer service. Against my better judgement, I stopped here on my way home today. Went through the drive thru at 4:50pm, so not during a busy time. When placing my order, they didn't give me a total, and when I pulled up to the window, I had to wait for them to tell me the cost. After having to repeat my order twice, they finally gave me my total, so I could needed figure out which coupon would apply (I had a flyer with like 10 coupons). I started to rip one out, and the employee at the window said very, "Will you hurry up, ma'am?" I said, "Excuse me?" And he replied, "Well, we've got other customers." There was ONE car that had just pulled up behind me, and I'm fairly certain the 15 secs to rip a piece of paper weren't going to impact the other customer. Every other DD in the area has the nicest employees...I'll be passing this one up from now on. Bleh. read more

I used to come at this location a lot, however I stopped because they would get my order wrong or because consistently the egg and cheese wakeup wrap would not be cooked all the way. Not going back. This is the closest dunkin to my work but I will now be driving out of my way to go to a different one when I want coffee. I've been going here frequently for 2 years now but today is the last straw. Recently they've gotten so bad about messing up orders and taking a long time. Last week I waited at the order box for 5 minutes before driving away because no one answered. The last three times that I've actually ordered there, the order was messed up. Today I ordered a dark roast black thinking there's no way they could mess that up but stupid me. I didn't check it until I got to work, and it's a decaf so I guess I'll be going somewhere else to get my caffeine today. read more

This place has good drinks and smoothies. The breakfast food is alright and the ice cream is good too. Some workers aren't really understanding when orders are mixed up and they aren't very polite. The only reason why I even attempt this location is because of the Baskin Robbins....however, I'm concerned as to why corporate hasn't taken away this specific franchise agreement yet. Don't bother trying to get DD in the morning as coffee is nasty, bagels are stale and not to order. Don't even try to give them the second chance at night with the ice cream. On multiple occasions I have gone to this location a little after 9pm for milkshakes to either have one of the women tell me they're closed (although they supposedly close at 10pm) and then walk away from the drive through, to the most recent "We are out of mint chocolate chip, cookie dough, cookies and cream, etc". After asking for a sundae instead considering my personal choice of flavor was "out" I was asked what kind of ice cream I wanted. I told the younger guy vanilla was fine, just to be told they were also out of vanilla....he asked if there was anything else he could get us and we replied "hold on a moment we will just come inside." We parked the car, watched both male employees look at us as we walked towards the door, just to find out the door was locked....at 9:34pm on a Sunday evening. Why are your business hours listed until 10pm if your unprofessional employees lock everything up before 9:30pm?! Way to lose business and money! read more
