I am writing another review because I have revisited again since my first review and was disappointed yet again. I ordered a "cookie dough iced coffee with a little bit of almond milk" and I was given a VERY sugary tasting iced coffee with cream. I could tell because I could see the cream starting to settle at the bottom, which almond milk does not do. I'm convinced this dunkin wants to give people diabetes; my dad recently came home with an iced coffee from here as well and it tasted the same way. I don't know what type of person would enjoy an iced coffee that tastes that sweet. Maybe a child. I think that they automatically assume people want cream and sugar in addition to whatever other flavor they ask for. But why would I want both cream and almond milk? Doesn't make sense. They need to ask before assuming I want cream, especially considering the word "cream" never came out of my mouth when ordering. Also, I visited a different location and ordered the same thing "cookie dough iced coffee with a little bit of almond milk" and it looked and tasted exactly as it should. No additional sugar or cream added. So I know at least one dunkin donuts can get this right. I will continue to go to that dunkin, which is out of my way, from now on. On two separate instances I've ordered the cosmic cotton candy coolatta and received a regular cotton candy coolatta. The second time I ordered two of them at once and I was given two (regular cotton candy) coolattas that were significantly less than full to the top. I could tell that the employee made both coolattas in the same blender (which is fine) but did not portion enough for two coolattas and thought it was okay to underfill each cup. She probably did not want to blend up another coolatta just to fill the missing few inches. However, corporate was contacted and we were given a free drink voucher. I'd rather have them improve their service than offer up free drinks which I no longer want from this location. read more

This is literally one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in my life. Unfortunately it's the only one within walking distance from my family's home, and the only one before the highway to work (which at times I will leave extra early to take a longer route just to avoid this location). Some of the employees either care so little for their customers and/or job with the way they interact with you, or are under the influence, and I don't mean caffeine. They consistently get drive thru orders wrong and the inside is filthy. I'm all about having a good time at work, but when you have four employees behind the counter and very little customer traffic in the afternoon, I feel like someone should at least be able to wipe donut frosting off the windows, flush a toilet, wipe crumbs from a table or at the very least empty a trash can. Seriously disgusting location and I'd recommend avoiding if at all possible. read more

Dunkin' - a trash can in the middle of the floor - Donuts Near Me - Tinley Park, Illinois

Thee worst dunkin donuts, I'm not sure how they are still in business. Slow service, rude employees, wrong orders. Do not come here unless you want to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for 2 donuts, while being treated like garbage. read more

Very rude and unprofessional employees at your tinley park location. Especially staff member by the name Gina. Sign on the door says open daily til 10pm. Have gone there twice and doors are lock by 930. No signs posted to use the drive thru. Staff stands there and laughs and ignores the customers at the door. Poor business ethics. Turned away other families those 2 evenings as well. Post a damn sign..... read more

Worst service of my life!!! Everytime that I have came here the screw up my order!!! How is it possible to screw up a butter egg and cheese sandwich!!! On top of that they charge $1.00 for extra butter meaning the little packets of butter!!! read more

Horrible. Pathetic. Can't imagine why Dunkin Donuts corporate allows them to stay in business! Service was godawful. Employees were rude and could barely speak. We waited 10 minutes in line just to order, then waited another 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches... and after all of that wait they told us that they didn't have what was needed to make the sandwiches! They print out your order on a ticket with a large number on it, then proceed to read off the order when its done... so every one is staring at their receipt... and thanks to the less than perfect English, you aren't even sure what they are saying. Why not just call out the number??? The person in front of me had to tell them his order three times even though what he was ordering was right on their menu board! After 35 minutes of waiting and still no sandwiches, we left, having wasted $10 and more than half an hour of our time. STAY AWAY! read more

Horrible service!! My boyfriend and I went inside to order our food today and the service was awful. The manage, yogi, was counting change from the register and completely ignored us, didn't even look up to say someone will be with us soon or anything. Then one employee who was working the drive thru saw that we weren't being helped as she stood in front of us for about a minute ignoring us and then walked off. After waiting for about 5 minutes while the manager ignored us we left. Also every time we've been through the drive thru and asked for toasted bagels they never toast them. Never going back there again read more

The workers there were extremely rude to me. They would not honor a coupon properly and ended up charging me MORE than the regular price. When I questioned them on the coupon, they said that's not how it works. When I said I wouldn't come back to this location again, the man said, "that's fine." Very poor customer service read more

This is the worst Dunkin known to man and should be closed. Service is beyond terrible. One time they gave me a tea instead of coffee and didn't catch it until I got on the expressway. They say they open at 4am but its more like 430. Today was that day. Sat in the drive through like a sucker for 3 minutes, at 430, no one said anything. Drove to the window and saw a worker in there. Pissed off already I pounded on the window and asked what's the deal. He comes and said in the heaviest Indian accent said' I hdhhxjjsjsjhdhdjxhdbbd'. I couldn't understand him so in a Little John voice I said 'whaat?' He said he 'only makes the sandwiches'. I said 'well who the fuck is making the coffee then'. He said no one. I wanted to tear the roof off that bitch cause i was running late and this mofo who can't speak English is telling me that he's retarded and doesn't know how to make coffee. I said go back to India or learn the language since I'm giving you my American money, and press the brew button. I will chew the glass of dirty syringes before I go back to that shithole. read more

This Dunkin Donuts was a very small unit a few years ago, they have expanded to a much larger store now and the business they have has increased. One can tell just how busy they are by the amount of drive thru they do. Business in the store itself seems to be a secondary thought at times, as everyone seems to be working on the orders from the drive thru. We can wait at least five minutes or more to be recognized and asked to place our order. There does not seem to be a cohesive method to their madness. There is always a sign in the window for help wanted. I guess working for the people that own the store is not the easiest thing to do as the staff does not stay at this business. We have always been treated with respect, no complaints there. If you are not in the mood for a dozen donuts and only want one or two, this is your stop for a good cup of coffee and that donut. Personally, I like the ice cream and that is what I usually have. I believe truly that FAST FOOD, is no longer, FAST FOOD. No one is willing to wait for that cup of coffee, so as I see it, make it at home, put your own coffee in the to go mug and give yourself less stress in the morning. We have decided that there is no reason to get upset if the lines are long and the wait is long, why get steamed up about it, you are the one who is going to get ill from your anxiety. Calm down people, call in your order or make your coffee at home. read more
