The crew in the morning in the absolute best! However, if you come to the location in the afternoon prepare to wait for someone to wait on you. They are always hiding in the back. You can hear them talking but they are not coming to take your order for about 5 minutes. And when they do feel like taking your order they do it with an attitude. read more

The lady on the mic was extremely RUDE and condescending... asked "WHAT KIND?!" Of bagel bites 3x without even explaining there were different flavors... it's the way you speak and word things... I don't work here madam... so inform your customer kindly...Jeez.. pick up a new attitude maybe? Boston cream donuts immediately handed to me looked like someone threw and crumpled them in a bag... icing completely melted off and stale.... $20 for my order and I tipped... for what ? Trash and trash customer service.... This was a disgusting experience.... BE NICE... and literally TRY... horrible experience 0 stars . Only 1 because you had to choose atleast 1 star. Lol! Ew. read more

This location only services fat people who are too lazy to get out of their vehicle. Workers only pay attention to drive thru line. Stood for 5 minutes I watched half a dozen or more people helped in the drive thru. I left with out breakfast so I wouldn't be late for a simple stop for 2 donuts in a paper bag. read more

Placed a large order (4 dozen donuts) for an event this Sunday. Worked with Sarah, who couldn't have been nicer! Helpful, knowledgeable, super friendly ... process was simple and easy, took great care of us. So refreshing to get GREAT Customer Service ... thank you, Sarah ... awesome job!!! read more

Definitely my favorite Dunkin! My order is consistently well made and delicious. Everyone is friendly and I never have to wait very long. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot. Between the gas station, Dunkin, and the car wash, parking is a nightmare. The drive thru is usually 15+ cars in the morning and are wrapped around the whole parking lot, thus causing chaos and potential accidents. Definitely just park and go in because it's much faster! read more

Slow slow slow. The old lady behind the counter that's a team leader in the morning is the slowest, literally have to yell your order at her or she can't hear. Don't matter though she still gonna get very confused. Take this old ass lady off the counter she causes more problems, it's obvious she doesn't get how to use the touch screen. I'd feel bad but she been there on the same position over a year. And she always has the worse attitude like it's your fault u didn't know a stranger can't hear you or it's your fault she messed up your order. read more

The girls are great there. But it's the black male kid sucks. No energy at all, when talking in drive thru. Seems like he doesn't want to be there attitude. Gets orders wrong constantly. And he hands u drinks in a way that makes u almost spill them. And the lids on the coffee are not on correctly. He needs to go or be retrained. Next time I will ask for someone else to take care of my order. Just now he screwed my entire order up AGAIN. read more

I will never use this Dunkin Donuts again. I have a SmartCardSavings where you buy 6 donuts get six free and the manager they dont take the card because they dont get permission from Dunkin Donuts they just put on the card. Find that hard to believe since they could get in trouble for using without there permission. So I went the DD on Rt 30 in Mokena and they took with no problem. read more

on my way home I usually stop by dunkin to grab a coffee and i pulled up to the drive thru so I can place my order and they said they were closed at 4:50pm never coming back here again read more

Great location, horrible customer service. I agree with Ryan H, the employees here get simple orders wrong more than half the time. Worse yet, they do not care and neither does the owner. I tried to make him aware of the employee and service issues, and he gave me the same "deer in the headlight" look as his employees do. If this Dunkin' Donuts was not located in this very busy gas station -- I think they would be out of business, I am not kidding. read more

I overall agree with reviews. The service is often slower than normal, and the staff seems to have an attitude. I have found the coffee to be overalls sweet ( I do an iced coffee), and normally go through drive thru. It seems as the customer service is lacking and do not care. read more

It was like I was at a Mcdonalds Drive Thru, The lady was rushing my order first of all, by the way, they weren't as busy and it was 7 In the Morning at the time. There was no one behind me and I say my order perfectly in to the mic and then they say a different order when I come up to the window, and when I get my beverages, my Frozen Coffee was leaking through the cup but I didn't notice till I got home. When I take my first sip of my coffee, it tastes like someone just spit in my drink 100 times, it tasted terrible So I am not coming back anymore. If you're wondering, i was nice about everything and did not give one ounce of attitude at all. Everything is Half assed there, and their co workers need to learn that you have to actually work to make money, not just stand there and talk to your friends the entire time. read more

Don't be turned off because they are in a gas station. They have a drive thru and are always we'll staffed. They do a better job than any stand alone Dunkin in area. I stop here about 5 times a week and they always do a great job. They are very efficient and customer oriented. They rarely make a mistake, If you are not happy with drink, they have no problem remaking it. Wish they were 24 hours read more

I orsered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel has mold on it. I was told they had just made a fresh batch of bagels only an hour ago. My order was within 1/2 hr of that timeframe. This is the second time I have had a bagel with mold on it from this Dunkin Donuts. I wiil not be ordering this item from them again. read more

They need to find people who pay attention to what they're doing. I dont know how hard it is to understand a simple drink order. I'm definitely not coming here anymore that's for damn sure. read more

I got my coffee this morning on the way to the train like I usually do. While I was waiting for the train I noticed it said cream on my cup. I have a dairy intolerance. I ordered my coffee with almond milk. I am now out my morning coffee and $3. I understand it's a very busy DD, but YOU have to take the time to make sure you get people's orders correct. People are willing to wait an extra moment to get the right order. I also, fully understand that's it's partly my fault for not double checking when the coffee was handed to me. I guess that's what I get for trusting your employees are doing their job correctly. I will now go to another DD, and I will for now on mention my intolerance and double check that it's almond milk not Cream. read more

Worst dunkin ever! I continued to give them chances again and again, they never can get the order right. Horrible customer service, honestly dont think they even deserve the one star. read more

Worst dunkin I have ever been too. I live 2 mins away from there so have gone there quite often and every single time I have been there they don't have something. It's so bad. I go 15 mins out of my way to go to a different one. read more

Always nice! Prompt with orders! Have been going there since it opened!! Good employees! Never got my order wrong!!

It's really impressive that they hire more people to work here and the service gets worse and worse.

Saturday morning. Cold outside. 10 min wait because only 1 person working the counter. Coffee meh and service not as solid. Hard pass DD.

I usually go to this Dunkin about twice a week and the past 2 months have been nothing but a disappointment. I order the same iced coffee each time and they are never consistent. Half the time they taste like water. I used to love this place... what happened?! read more

They messed up my order and then get mad at me about it. The Manager was rude and the new employee doesn't even say thank you or anything when she hands you the order. Not a very friendly place. read more
