This place is an F-. Got a cold brew with cold foam. There was no cold foam. Got a bacon egg and cheese wake-up wrap. There was no egg. Ordered 10 munchkins for my kids. There was 7 in the box. Avoid this dump at all costs. read more

The red hair septum ring cashier only takes orders, money and hand a bag. Otherwise in the phone while I sit there. It appeared short staffed based on the hand gestures from the food prep woman as she had to go back and forth to indoor camera. After what seemed forever (10min), the phone was put down and I was handed my bag. I got home to find a completely different order. Assume for one of the two that followed. Assuming the cashier to check bag before serving, the phone and yapping to the only one working was more important. read more

This place is aweful. Gnats flying around in the donut case and when I saw it,I about puked! I told the girl about it and her comment was, "oh they are ok, they are just trying to keep warm"! NO THANK YOU!! read more

waited for over 10 mins just for someone to take my order and im still waiting and no one has came up at all

I asked for HOT Coffiee and was served iced cold Coffiee then ran in got 2 different coffees and asked for a jelly doughnut I was served a donut then realized it had no jelly. Then I went in and decided to tell them about that they said that they didn't have any jelly donuts in the first place I started looking around and then I looked down and saw gnats on the food in the food case below. dont come here read more

Closing time shows as 10pm, I have gone in 4 different occasions from 9:10 to 9:30 and when I ask for coffee they say there's none and that they cleaned up the pots! read more

We are regular Dunkin FANS. We go all the time! We had the worst experience ever today. 1. Grumpy order taker - obviously not happy to be there (when we got to the window the girl on the window was taking an order while texting on her phone!) 2. 1/2 order wrong - coffee got sugar when ordered with "just cream". Bagel with cream cheese was toasted when ordered "bagel with cream cheese". 3. Food quality was terrible! Burned sandwich, and THE BAGELS WERE TOTALLY STALE! We have never gotten stale food before at any Dunkin EVER! 4. Lobby was locked so we had to wait in the car line again to get to the window. Everyone was angry we were telling them that the order was wrong. Wrong items were remade. New bagel was stale again. 5. Not one person said "sorry"... in fact the window gal almost threw the food bag and turned her back. No words at all! Driving away we discussed never visiting this regular (for us) location again. read more

Worst Dunkin' ever. Everything else around here is open yet this Dunkin' is still only offering drive through service. Every day the line is wrapped around the building. This is no longer fast food and when my family needs a coffee or breakfast in a hurry we either have to forfeit our online order and leave or we are very late to where we are going. It's very frustrating! We waited 20 mins!!!! read more

I regularly picked up four dozen donuts on Sunday morning for church, Last sunday a person who I never seen there before in a nasty tone complained that I should preorder such amounts. I will pick donuts at another store. read more

Employees are cool, food is cool, drinks are cool, dunkin is cool. Best dunkin ever frfr

I hate leaving bad reviews but this establishment needs to step up its game. Every single time I have come here for iced coffee, they are HORRIBLE. They are so weak and are mostly water. Franchises are supposed to have consistent products but that is not the case here. Plus, they need to clean a LOT better. I hope this review can be used as constructive criticism because I'd like to come back here as I travel through fairly often. read more

Stale, hard, donuts on a Saturday morning. Are they even baking anymore? Donuts tasted like they had been previously frozen. Forgot part of my order. Not pleasant at all. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. read more

Not going back. The cashier at the window wasn't wearing a mask, they forgot part of my order, and my coffee tasted stale. Disappointed.

Me and my family get drive through sometime since we live there it's good I get the chicken sandwich which is good it's soft and cheesy which is good and I got the hot chocolate which was okay it was pretty good just needs to be a little more creamy the service is pretty fast and when I get their coffee it's really good overall it's really good. Today I had a caramel iced coffee and it was pretty good we taste the caramel it's delicious but sometimes you get more of the coffee then the caramel but still it's really good and I advise you to try it read more

Terrible service. Screwed up our sandwiches, twice. Just gave up & ate what THEY decided we should have. Coffee, not good. Just doesn't taste much. Maybe they water it down? Donuts weren't even good. Too cakey. Says free WiFi, don't believe it. I had to go elsewhere to post this review! Being in the middle of nowhere & the brand only reason this place still in business. I'm sorry I didn't check one of the local spots. read more

The WOOOOOOOOOOOOORST So you have 6 donuts. 3 of them have chocolate icing. You take them " to go", ( drive thru or counter, same experience) meaning you have to carry them out. What would you do if you worked here?..... This Dunkin donuts seems to think that if they throw them ALL in the same bag WITHOUT AT LEAST A PIECE OF WAX PAPER between them is a good idea. So now you get the pleasure of all your donuts smeared with chocolate icing, the bag is soaked through, and reaching into the bag makes you want to take a shower. WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE!?!? To add fuel to the fire the donuts tasted like they were fried 7 hours ago, and the coffee is perfect if you love so much cream and sugar you really don't know any better in regard to what coffee should taste like.. This happened not once but twice to me over 6 months apart. Wow. People actually put up with this regularly? Dunkin had always been a place of convenience - not quality, taste, or service. This location should be the anchor franchise it's so inferior. read more

I would give it zero stars if possible. This place is absolutely awful. The screw up your order every single time. I stopped going here about 10 months ago but now it's under new management and there's a sign that says "Please come back?". (Yes, with the question mark.) went back a few times with small orders and they were alright but today they managed to screw up ALL FOUR items I ordered including not adding the add-ons I paid for. To make matters worse, there's no way to complain unless you go back to the damn store. Dunkin doesn't have a "complaint" line or email link that I could find and the only number I could find for the store has been disconnected. This place awful. Avoid at all costs. They'd f*** up a small black hot coffee. read more

They apparently have mold in their ice and owner refuses to address it publicly - the snackin bacon which is supposed to be the same at every franchise was just their gross super fatty pieces that they didn't want to put on sandwiches. When called to ask, they advised "we make it properly unlike other places." No, you do not, this is not what the online menu states it should be across all franchises. It's one thing for mistakes but to blatantly respond and try to make ME look dumb, psh. No thanks dunkin. read more

This location is highly inconsistent with the quality at other locations. I cannot understand how their coffee, especially the iced coffee, can be so bad. Just awful, like they never clean out the old stuff. The donuts are always oily and chewy. They're often out of everything and have to go strong the corner and frost donuts to order. Avoid at all costs. I drive to a different location for my coffee in the mornings. read more

Don't waste your time or money, I've been here 3 times since the new owners took over, all 3 times my order was either messed up or the donuts were stale. They're obviously selling day-old donuts. Walmart sells better donuts! read more

Terrible place they messed up both drinks and both sandwiches! They are rude and I will never go back!

I am a former employee and I apologize for anyone that has had any issues with Dunkin in Morgantown being a former employee I was in no position to "manage" anyone but the ice was taken dumped and store bought ice was brought in just please watch your drinks read more

Highly don't recommend this location. I ordered through the mobile app, when I got to the location it wasn't ready and the worker needed me to verify what the piece of paper said for the order. I gave them specific instruction on a not so complicated order and they still made it completely wrong. 0/10 read more

I went to this Dunkin to get a breakfast sandwich and a drink. The guy working the drive thru window was not wearing a mask. After taking payment for my order without washing his hands or putting on gloves, the guy that just handled my money started making my order. There was no proper handling of the food for my entire order. It was disgusting, I threw the order away and I will notify the proper authority about the food handling practices. Do Not Eat Here!!! read more

Everything about this location is bad. I could waste time explanation situations, but just don't go there.

slowest service ive ever experienced in a drive through. waited over 15 minutes for munchkins.

I purchased a monster energy and was never told the price. I hand the lady 3.00 and only receive .25 back. I was there a week ago and the price was 2.64. I don't believe the prices have gone up within a week. I did not get my full change back. How can a business short a customer on change? read more

Anazing how bad a 2 minute drive through purchase could be handled. A coffee and a bagel both incorrect. I had to go back through drive-through and I was told they don't give out anything for free... when I had both in my hand to exchange. Can't believe they're still in business read more

This place has fast service but the way they treated you was pretty bad. I guess the manager there was upset about something, saw me, then left the area. I waited for a good 5 minutes before someone else helped me. Understandable. Ordered my food and they looked at me like I was crazy (Maybe I was just taking it the wrong way?) So I shook it off and they were making my order. Another woman came and asked if I needed help, I told her I was already being helped, in a gentle manner, and she mumbled something while storming off... Ok... Got my food soon after, then I asked them for a fork, and 1 of em started yelling at the other person, and that person had to get a fork for me... Bad timing huh? read more

I love Dunkin but this location is just bad. Went here 3 times over the course of a year and each time it's poor. Coffee tastes old and stale, another time my iced coffee was 95% milk couldn't even taste the coffee at all. Poor customer service. read more

Ordered a maple bacon sandwich... for $4.29 I'm definitely disappointed. I've had this sandwich at other locations and what makes it good is the bacon actually being cooked. Here, it's as elastic as can be and I can hardly taste the "maple" like I usually can when I order this anywhere else. Also, I used to come here for coffee in the morning when my boyfriend worked in the area and would always leave yelling curse words because my coffee never tasted good/similar to what I ordered. Somebody needs to step in and bring this Dunkin up to par with other locations. read more

Horrible coffee was stale. Got an ice tea and tasted so gross. I couldn't even drink it. I don't know what they did to it. It didn't have a stale taste. Tasted more like a moldy gross mess. Wondering how often they clean the brewer. Never again. read more

Ordered a frozen drink, large. They only filled it 3/4 of the way up. Another time I gave them a 20 for a cup of coffee and had to repeatedly ask for my change. The owner told me he thought the change was a tip. Really? On a $4 cup of coffee? Everything I have gotten there was good, though. I avoid the food, but that is for every store in the chain, it's all frozen and then microwaved. read more

I will never be going to this Dunkin donuts again. The staff that served me was extremely inappropriate. I ordered a strawberry donut with sprinkles for my brother with special needs. I was first given a donut in a bag that had the frosting all disgustingly smashed and stuck to the bag with no sprinkles. I asked for a different donut and showed the girl who was handing it out the window. She must've told another worker who angrily came over and shoved another donut out the window in his hand. This donut also looked horrible and the girl told me that it was because they are fresh (so I guess the frosting wasn't set so it was runny?) I was about to ask if they had a different kind that were set when the boy yelled that he couldn't keep giving me donuts, shoved it out the window and threw out the other donut very aggressively. The anger this boy showed actually frightened me. I was not frustrated up to this point, I was just trying to get a donut for my brother that didn't look like vomit! If this was the only dunkin left I'd never have dunkin again. I have gotten donuts from other dunkin that didn't look disgusting - if they weren't set they could've disclaimed and I'd had picked a different option. The anger that boy showed makes me scared for the other people that work there. read more

poor poor poor service. It's almost as if they were inconvenienced by you buying something. i dont like to give one star ratings but this store was very close read more

I always get good service, but even at 7:00 in the morning, sometimes the donuts are stale. It's very hit and miss. I suspect that they are leftover from the night before. In the summertime, doors can sometimes be found open, with flies landing on the donuts. Owners seem used to it. Employees will pick up your donuts using just a rubber glove. The same one they use for handling money. It's very disgusting, and I try not to think about it. They think they are saving money by not having to use a piece of paper to pick them up. Coffee is usually good though. read more
