Ordered a cup of coffee. My wife got her drink.promply while I waited for my my coffee. I asked about my order and was told it was coming. I waited again while a man came in and went through the line. His coffee was dropped off at the pickup counter. He retrieved it and left. My coffee still wasn't brought to me and no one was working to get it so I told them to forget it and walked out. I'm just sorry I left a tip! Starbucks, what's going on with the ridiculous amount of ice in your cold drinks? I didn't pay $6 for a glorified cup of frozen water with a splash of flavor. If I wanted ice with a hint of coffee, I'd stay home and chew on my freezer tray. It's insulting that I have to start saying "light ice" just to get an actual drink. For the price you're charging, customers deserve more than half a cup of diluted disappointment. Either lower the price or stop filling the cup with enough ice to sink a ship. Do better read more

When I first walked into the store, I noticed there were a lot of people spread out throughout the restaurant. When I asked a cashier/maybe manager if we could sit in the employee seating, where no one else was sitting, she was very snippy and said it's for employees only. I then was made to sit at one of the unclean tables next to other people. When people get up, it would be considerate for them to clean the tables but it's also the responsibility of the employees to clean the tables in their restaurant. The food was subpar: blueberry muffin and blueberry scone could have been more fresh. As for my caramel cold brew, she completely made it not sweet at all. There was no milk and it had very little caramel flavor. I will not be visiting this Starbucks again!!! read more

I stopped here for a drink without co-workers on my way to the airport. I was surprised how crowded it was at 10:30 on a Wednesday. It was a pretty standard Starbucks. I got an iced chai tea latte and a chorizo breakfast sandwich. This one actually had the low sugar chai mix here which is hard to find now. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good. If ever a Starbucks needed a location makeover, the Paoli Starbucks was it. To actually have adequate parking at the Paoli Starbucks fulfilled a desperate need for them. But sitting here, I feel like they didn't quite get the seating area right. I've been in more comfortable Starbucks before. I feel like they missed an opportunity to add more comfort seating, instead they went with harder tables. They could have added more outlets for laptop use, but I don't see as many. The benefit of this location is solely parking availability. I don't like it as much as the old one/some other Starbucks because it doesn't have that variety of sections to sit. I prefer locations where there is an open section, a more quiet section for studying, etc. This one is all open--it's an old fast food restaurant and is laid out as such. The set up for ordering can be a bit confusing as it goes right to left. When I was in there, after being stumped myself, about half of the people who walked in after me asked me where the line started (I guess I was looking particularly friendly and knowledgable ) Staff was friendly, busy as usual, typical Starbucks with indoor as well as outdoor seating options and a drive through. read more

So I have been going every weekend. I used to go starbucks with my 2 dogs in the drive thru for over a year. I have a 2 mixed breeds. My one is a Chesaspeak bay retriever named Cinnamon and a mixed breed named Gigi. Gigi looks like an american bully but she is mixed with a little bit of everything. So I was told because my dogs scare people from any employee, not the store manager, because of how my dogs look and sound I have to order inside and come in to get their puppinchinos. I understand people are scared of my dogs. Which I am a understanding person. I was not asked roll up my windows which I lock them when I go through but I was never given that option. I did contact cooperate but they said they will contact the store manager. I have more of an issue that the employee told me and not the store manager. read more

Friendly staff and quick service. I have to hand it to the employees here because they are constantly slammed. Y'all, the closest Starbucks is like Devon, Wayne or West Chester. Yes it's annoying when the drive through line goes all the way to the street, but the staff keeps their cool with a smile. Love the open space to do work! People are always having meetings or doing work in this space so it's really productive. I haven't had a long wait time for a drink before. So kudos to my local Starbucks for doing the damn thing day after day. read more

This is pretty much as "good as it gets" for a Fourbucks. There is a drive through - but the walk-in service is even better with a spacious dining area - and super clean (brand new) facilities. Excellent service and a full staff during the AM rush. Plenty of parking. Yay!!! read more

This is the best Starbucks closest to me, unfortunately. My drinks are always consistent but when I pull up to the drive thru, which is quite often to pick up my mobile order, i cringe when the older gentlemen answers the drive thru order. Today I receive my third lecture from him on how to properly order my drinks on the mobile. Today's lecture was longer than normal because apparently there was a situation with order prior. So I had to YET AGAIN wait for my coffee and be lectured by this man! I thought I left my father in Ohio, clearly not!! The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional; engaging, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful and, very customer centered. Frankly, today, it was like being at the coffee version of Cheers while I was at the counter .... the whole staff. It's also more spacious than most Starbucks. Love, love, love Starbucks and this Paoli location is so much better than their old one, which I used to frequent when I worked in the area. Now, I rarely have reason to get to Paoli, but I drove my sister to the train station today and swung into the drive thru to grab coffee before returning to work. Drive thru service was fast, friendly, and right on point! Our drinks were perfect and we only sat in the line for a few minutes before we were served and on our way! This location is chronically slow both in the store and in the drive thru. The employees are friendly enough but never apologetic when there is a big backlog. Recently I waited more than ten minutes in the store for my drink. I was waiting with lots of other people (some who gave up waiting in the drive thru and came inside to wait). If I hadn't just paid close to $5 for my green tea frap I would have left! The one customer told me to give feedback via their website and I would receive a response and maybe even a gift card. I was so excited that they were moving because that would mean adequate parking and an easier in and out. Best Starbucks I have ever been to! (& I've been to many of them in all different states). I frequent this location at least 4-5 times a week, as soon as I pull up to the drive-thru I'm usually greeted by my first name followed by "are you having your usual today?"
