For anyone with food restrictions, this is such a nice cafe/coffee & tea/catering/grab & go and brunch place! The staff are beyond kind, friendly and approachable. This location is larger than the ones I've seen in Bryn Mawr and Ocean City - very spacious rooms with many tables for 2-6 easily. To be honest, I would come here for a meet up with friends, I could bring my kids here, and my husband just did a quiet day of work here. I would even consider a bridal or baby shower kind of event here too if they offer it. It's adorable, clean and has a warm atmosphere with tasteful design. Allergy alerts are posted on all premade food: nut, dairy, wheat are all labeled. They even sell wine and fun drinks, great gifts for girlfriends, home chefs, and host gifts. Thrilled to find a coffee shop with cinnamon syrup for hot lattes! Plus, fantastic breakfast sandwiches. Such a lovely seating area and fun gift items. Friendly gal waited on me. Hit or miss on the take-options for me. Coconut Curry Soup was so spicy (turmeric & ginger), it made my stomach hurt & more of a broth than a soup. Like drinking a health shot warm. GF Morning Glory muffin was dry but delicious warmed w/butter. GF chocolate chip cookie went straight in the trash: dry, tasteless and hard. Love the Mexican Chocolate on-the-go bites. I had a great experience here but I also did it through TooGoodToGo. I agree that the prices are high. It gives you the impression that things are fresh. It seems like this could vary. Surprised to see two locations for this niche place. My grilled chicken non-fried parmigiana with mozzarella cheese was fine and the cold broccoli salad was delicious. The skinny lemonade was approximately called that as it had a slight lemon flavor. I prefer stronger but weaker flavor is probably healthier. Staff here is friendly. Dig Inn competes with this place and I remember how the Juice Press, which I personally thought had great vegan and vegetarian quality but felt a bit high priced but appropriate for the neighborhood, is no longer in Ardmore. I hope this place avoids the same fate even though the businesses are not entirely in the same vein. read more

BEWARE!! Bad food-GOT SICK!! NOT fresh daily!! multiple times I've had diarrhea from their wraps, tuna and refrigerated items. i thought maybe it was a one time thing but, it happened too many times. I only make food at home and would only eat at aune, because I thought it was made fresh daily. they recently started pushing their expiration dates on their salads and juices. they don't change out the case items daily...pasta, fish, tuna and chicken salads. I'm a big fan of Aneu Bryn Mawr. Their chocolate croissants are the best I've ever had. My dad loves the almond ones. I've tried their Firecracker Chicken, Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai, Brussels Keto and Broccoli salads, and love all of them. Tried their Mexican Quinoa frozen meal, and it was excellent (smallest size is enough for two). Staff are kind and helpful. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. Food used to be excellent. On a recent trip, found hair in the chicken salad. One of our group went back a few days later and talked to a manager, who was very nice and replaced the chicken salad. The new container, 3 days after the first occurrence, also had hair embedded in the salad. Workers do not have hair pulled up, secured or wear hats.... Even as my friend was informing the manager of the issue, no one had their hair secured. Another member of our group that day also got cold Mac & Cheese. Lunch was almost $77 plus tip. We all understand these things can happen but habitually unsecured hair in food service should never be an option. read more

Please note that I am writing a review for take out- I stopped here the other day because I had to kill some time between appointments. I walked in early to an empty store and picked up a coffee, cinnamon chip muffin and cinnamon chip biscotti. (yeah I like that cinnamon). Coffee was okay and thank goodness I had it cause it helped get the muffin down. Boy that was a dry muffin. Not much sugar and not very good. You could say I'm being unreasonable? When I gave my husband a piece of the biscotti after I tasted it I asked for his opinion. He remarked that it didn't have much flavor and was dry. Well let's face it, biscotti IS dry. But this has a different texture than I'm used to. But I agreed with him about flavor. As I went to throw out the rest of the bag he said NO............I'll eat them. Which just goes to show he'll eat anything. As I looked up the store to leave this review I noticed the word Juicery. So perhaps this is for folks that want to save on calories and can stomach drinking the health food type drinks. I suggest you try this place out for yourself. read more

Unbelievably great food and hospitality! Breakfast, salads, deli counter, homemade chips, salmon - OMGosh so good! I have so many favorites, but the salmon I just finished made me write this review. The seared salmon is included with the chopped salad. I've had this salad several times. The salmon was cooked PERFECTLY - EVERY time. Seared crisp & flavorful on the outside and perfectly moist, just done & delicious on the inside. I waited to review in case the perfection was a fluke, but it's not. Super kudos to the chef - I'm a fan!! I also love great hospitality - whether in a diner or a posh skyline-view setting. Aneu's team is always friendly, quick, professional, accommodating & skilled. I attended a media tasting event at Aneu Kitchen in Paoli and it was an amazing experience. It was my first time there, and I already can't wait to go back! Everything that I tasted was delicious, and there were tons of Vegetarian option, which is always a win for me! My family and I have been customers of this location for a few years now. We always order in the store and our orders are consistent pretty much every week. We have noticed the decline in Quality lately. The miscellaneous salads have A more bland flavor. I was thinking is that you are cutting back on ingredients due to inflation. That is understandable however, I think you can make up for it by using spices. The prices are pretty high already... The main reason for this review is this... The payment system that you have set up in the store... After you take the credit card the person at the counter turns the screen around to have you sign the screen. Automatically there is a selection for a large percentage tip. Unless somebody is really looking at it, they are going to be fooled into tipping 20 or even 30% of their bill. I think this is very shady practice. Unfortunately, when I was in there last week, I was picking up my usual order and I gave the credit card and they turn the screen around and The tip that was chosen already in the system... If I did not look at it and correct it... Would've tipped $18 on a $50 order. Now remember, I am not sitting at a table and having a waitress wait on me. I am having somebody pull a quiche out of the case and scoop some salad into a container. I have spoken to friends who have commented on the same situation and I think it would be in the best interest of your restaurant to change this practice. read more

This was a terrible experience. Your staff did not know what the menu items were. The order was completely messed up. My husband got the lox of love sandwich on an everything bagel and they put it on bread. I got the avocado sandwich with chicken and they put it on a bagel with egg. To top it off my four year old needed to go to the bathroom and the woman wouldn't let her go. Then they forgot my juice. The staff was not remorseful. I really don't know what to say. I have enjoyed the food from Aneu for a long time and really through the pandemic they did a great job. However, and this is strictly my opinion, since they have opened at the Shore, the quality and service at the Paoli location has really gone downhill. I feel like there is no supervision here any more. Service is mediocre now at best where it used to be efficient but it's really the food that is not the same - dry and overcooked chicken and pork. Other items look like they have been in the case for a very long time. I guess maybe the focus is at the Shore so those of us stuck back at home during the summer are getting the B Team. Maybe the thing is to wait and try them again in the fall when they can give a more focused approach to the non-shore location. read more

These guys just catered the National Autism Association conference in Malvern and the food was phenomenal! They supplied breakfast and lunch and everything was really delicious and fresh. My favorite lunch option was a chicken salad with broccoli slaw and quinoa. It included grape slices & cranberries - so yummy! The food is good, and I like that they have some gluten free options, but the service is inconsistent. Yesterday I ordered two spinach salads to go, and it took over 30 minutes. They had 4 people in line to pay their check or pick up takeout orders, which seemed to go rapidly. They had 4 people waiting on customers, and only 6 people seated in the restaurant at the time. I had a clear view into the kitchen, and the 3 staff were standing together chatting about something leisurely. Turns out that the woman who took my order forgot to enter it into the system. A few months ago I inquired about having them cater a bridal shower, so they gave me their business card with a woman's name on it to contact. Left several messages which went unanswered. I returned to the restaurant and was told that person whose name I was given wasn't the right one to contact. Took a few more days to reach the right person. Ultimately I went with another company because they lost my trust. read more
