    Almond Joy Smoothie
    Amanda L.

I have some dumb allergies that really limit what I can have here, but this place is great with accommodating dietary needs. I usually stick with their smoothies which are delicious. I've had the almond joy which is my favorite, and the matcha with out banana. I'm allergic to banana, avocado, spinach, and pineapple which seriously limits me, but they have never had a problem taking it out or subbing something else. The avo cranberry wrap is so delicious and the wraps are huge. The sweet potato fries are pretty soggy each time I get them, but they still taste okay. The prices are pretty steep honestly. I wish they offered a bigger smoothie size than just the one. It's pretty small for 9 dollars. It's a little confusing because the menu says they offer 16oz and 20oz but when you order online there is no size option. I'll definitely return because the quality is there!

I have been going here for the past couple years and it is a great addition to the area! I am familiar with their Sea Isle location so I have my go to açaí bowls and smoothies here but also like their seasonal specials from time to time. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is always quick. I do wish some of my smoothies were more consistent. The past couple times they weren't as smoothly blended as I have had before but still taste great. The inside is small but a cozy and cheerful vibe. You could definitely sit here for a short lunch or just to get a little work done (with headphones on). The only other downside that I have given this 4 instead of 5 is I wish that they opened at 8am during the week. It's hard to go at 9 when I already need to be in the office. Even if it's just 2 days in the morning it would be a great start to my morning!

my mom ordered the Frazer bowl which had way too much Nutella but that might not be a problem for others.

We ordered pulled pork and brisket dinners. The pork was eatable. Sides were Cole slaw, which had too much celery seed in it and wasn't flavorful, and collards which were ok. The brisket was terrible, very dry. The burnt top was not appealing or tasty and contributed to the dryness. It was so dry I couldn't eat it. It was worse than bad burnt ends. The cornbread was terrible. It was hard, thin, and dry, like the baking powder wasn't added. The mac and cheese was cheesy, but didn't have any flavor. In light of this, while they're close to my house, we don't plan on returning.

It was more than enough food for two people. They have bottled soda as well as fountain. They have Coke products. We live 30 minutes away, but the drive is worth it. The people are friendly and the food is delicious! We've been going to Jimmy's for over 10 years.

If you time it right, it's fine. If you don't, enjoy wandering around awkwardly with a beer while hunting for a seat that does not exist. I've definitely bailed a couple times after realizing I'd have better luck finding parking in Center City. Beer is... fine. Nothing life-changing, but there's enough variety to keep you from complaining too much. Usually a couple decent IPAs--I've been into Coastal Quest lately, so there's that. Food? Also fine. Specials? Also... fine. But credit where credit's due: the Italian Grinder Pizza actually fantastic! RIP Happy Hour beer deals, which is a choice I will continue to side-eye. Bombers still exist, though, so I guess we take the small wins. Real talk: this should be a 3-star place. BUT--the staff absolutely carries it to a 4. They're fast, friendly, somehow remember your name and drink, and will magically find you a seat when the place looks like a human traffic jam. Also always down to chat when it's slow, which makes you feel like a regular even if you're not. So come for the convenience, stay because the staff is awesome, and just emotionally prepare yourself for the 5pm chaos.
