Five stars! Hubby brought me a wrap from this spot and I had it three days in a row! Food: all fresh, made to order, and healthy! The menu is extensive, varied, and there is something here for everyone. They make substitutions if you ask! Service: attentive and detailed! Decor: super CLEAN, cute Valentine's Day decorations, and the stools are a solid chair choice. I like this location because they have a little nook where you can sit at the window and look out while you eat. Great açaí bowls. Quality ingredients, delicious peanut butter, fresh fruit and good sized portions. Too many places use cheap açai and it doesn't have much flavor. This place does it right! Super flavorful and lots of toppings made it a great deal for the price. Although it's been around for a few years, it's so clean and bright, it looks brand new. Super helpful and very friendly wait staff answered all our questions and were incredibly patient even though it took us a while to decide what we wanted (Huge menu with tons of options). Highly recommended and only about 2 minutes off the blue route. We'll be back for sure. The wraps and smoothies looked really good too! read more

I ordered 3 juices today from Juice Pod , along with 3 wellness shots. When I got them home., something had leaked into the bottom of the bag and was all over the bottles. After wiping them off, I opened my summer juice, which exploded over the top and all over the floor; it looked like carbonated soda and smelled rancid. I called and reported the issue, and was told when the juices are made they stay in the case for 5 days. They offered to remake the product, but I was not comfortable with that. They did refund my purchase of the 2 juices I purchased. I know mistakes happen, and am glad I didn't drink any of those juices. The other items seemed fine. read more

**The most unprofessional leadership & display of customer service, with a hot headed manager who can be charged for harassment. Placed a $60 order for pickup in about 30 minutes quoted time online. Upon arrival, the place was clearly busy and at the 30 minute mark the male, assuming, manager said 5 minutes in a flustered manner. When we checked in for our order after the time has passed, the man responded back in such a condescending manner, telling us that our order slip says 1:10p and if this was our order and our order will be done shortly with the printed time. Eventually, we received our order around 1:15p and the showcased slip actually stated 1:05p. I'm making this a strong point because the manager blatantly disrespectfully embarrassed us by pointing out the incorrect time on the slip and making it apparent that we had to wait for the completed order. After we matched his same energy and announced in front of everyone else that he was in fact wrong and repeated the facts, he became unprofessional and irate. To the point he followed us outside to the parking lot, yelling and screaming like a child with a tantrum. Mind you, we were returning to our vehicle to leave and he came out solely just to yell at us and had another gentleman follow shortly behind him, was that supposed to be intimidating? It was more comical and sad altogether. If this is what is acceptable for a franchise owner to display in front of consumers, potential new customers, and most importantly the staff - I don't want to be a part of supporting this business. The team in Springfield is far nicer and the team actually understands what hospitality and service is about. This new branch is a huge embarrassment, and I do not mind driving an additional 20 minutes out of the way to go to Springfield instead of this branch that is down the street from my home. For someone who has been a leader in multiple roles in the restaurant industry, this is beyond embarrassing to have to experience and witness on behalf of everyone there. read more

Yay! I am so happy to live close to this beautiful establishment! I need (not want but an actual need) an açaí bowl at a minimum of once a month to keep going. Now I don't have to drive to some hipster college town in search of a franchise to get my fix. The Juice Pod is every bit as good as more well known names with a lot less pretense. They have suggestions for creations but I always roll in and create my own. And I'm happy to report they are very accommodating of my allergy. In addition to açaí bowls there's juice and other healthy things I didn't bother to look at. I have become a loyal customer and look forward to my next fix! read more

Really great spot. The place is so clean and the workers are very nice. Ordered online and the pick up time said like 30 minutes later (not sure if I selected that by accident) but I went like 5-10 minutes later. And I told them I was super early for it but I'd wait, no rush. And they had my order ready so fast!! And not to mention it is AMAZING. The pineapple mint juice is so refreshing and good! And the acai bowl was so full and amazing. They do not skimp on the fillings. Definitely recommend this place and already can't wait to come back. read more

They have so many options food wise and is definitely a good option if you're in the mood for a more healthy option that doesn't taste bland. It is more on the expensive side though so I would recommend going for special occasions or the occasional treat. read more

This is my second visit. For me the biggest problem was absolutely no seating for a baby. The first time I came to eat at this place I asked for a high chair and the manager or owner said they would be getting one. Fast forward almost two months and this time I had lunch standing up with a baby because there is still no chair. So I guess babies don't get to eat at your place? Not coming back. read more
