I stopped by today and totally forgot it was Saturday, so the morning rush was in full swing! That said, things felt a bit disorganized, and the order priorities seemed off. I only waited about 20 minutes for my order, but a DoorDasher next to me had been waiting much longer. I think it's great that the place gives opportunities to college students and young adults, but today it looked like everyone working was maybe 17 or younger -- and there wasn't a single adult in sight. The staff seemed overwhelmed, running around in a bit of a frenzy, and a few didn't seem to know what was going on. Also, it's a pretty small space, and there were four kids sitting in the center of the store being really loud, making a mess, and with no parent around. 2 negatives that I will mention are only to be taken as a heads up. The parking situation is a parking lot shared with other businesses that gets gets crowded and hard to get in and out of. Oftentimes the lot is filled. So just be prepared. And... Although they offer hot and cold sandwiches, salads in addition to a myriad of juices It's not really set up for dining in as there are only two hard metal hi tops and a bench . When you sit on the bench the TV is overhead and very loud so it's really not a good option for anything other than sitting and waiting for your order. With thatout-of-the-way I must say that the two ladies that started this had a good thing in mind. The juices are great and compared to other places they are Reasonably Priced. This place is a joke. The salad in the picture was $14.50! It has like 1/4 can of chickpeas and some Parmesan. Also I ordered chicken and they didn't put any on. So that was an extra $2. So I was charged $16.50 for this. Just want people to give a second thought before they waste their time and maybe the company can work on making it worth peoples money. I was looking for another smoothie place around my area and found "The Juice pod" but it said it was located In Bryn Mawr...which it is, but on their website they stated there was one in Springfield (didn't show up on yelp or Apple Maps) so I went out and found it to give it a shot and add it to yelp! The outside isn't the most amazing looking thing but it's still nice. There are a decent amount of parking spots and I like that it's in a nice location in Springfield, only a few mins away from everything really. Walking in, they had fun music playing at a good volume and the smells of fresh fruit hit my nose. The place looked very clean and new. I asked the cashier how long they have been opened and she stated 2 months. So that explains why it doesn't show up on maps yet. They actually have a good size menu of smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, flat breads and wraps. I mean food wise it's not gonna be like a sit down restaurant and have all those options but for what it is, something quick, easy and healthy, I think it's a good amount! I decided to get the PB Classic. Now that has peanut butter, banana and almond milk in it. I asked to add strawberry's to make it more like a "PB&J" and they were so onboard with that! The customer service was really great. The took my order quick, got right to making it and let me know to have a great day and thank you for stopping it. Always a great thing to hear, especially from a new local business. I got outside and drank my smoothie...upon first sit, I thought it was amazing! Now I've only been to a few smoothie places in my life, I'm just now getting into them but hands down this has been my favorite so far* honestly though. The only slight down side is it's a bit pricey, 7 and some change for the smoothie. Now listen, yes to me that's pricey, but with all the places I've been so far, they're all priced like that so at the end of the day, you know what your getting into. Quick and friendly service, easy on your way out, get your healthy fruits and veggies in your body type of place. I really do hope this place takes off but only time will tell. Went to juice pod for the first time today. They have a pretty extensive menu so there's something for everyone! I had a berry smoothie and a turkey panini and both were fantastic. Yes it costs a bit of money(I spent 16 dollars for both) but for fresh and healthy options I am willing to spend the money. The sandwiches and flatbreads are the same price as most places. It's mostly the smoothies some people might find too expensive. I'm 8 months pregnant now so any place that can give me a healthy eating alternative without me having to make it myself is very convenient. The inside is super cute and gives very good vibes. The employees don't know anything about the menu I found hair in my food because the young lady gentleman has a long skater shag with no hair net . i brought my salad (cran-avo salad) back because the dressing was super sour and it wasn't the right dressing (cran-poppy seed). I told the older girl who then rudely took the dressing out of the salad on the counter , left the salad completeLy wide open , brought me back a new dressing and put it right back onto the salad !!
