Employees are clearly hard workers. Appreciate their labor. Please pay them a fair wage. My concern is how loud the music is. Can you please turn it down a few decibels. It's just a little strange when your background music can overtake my earphones. The diversity of the music is fabulous. Keep up the good work. Thank you. read more

I wish I could rate them at a negative 5. They screw up EVERY order. I was telling my daughter my issues with Springfield Panera. She didn't believe me so we placed an order. Can you guess what happened? Screwed up my order. I ordered French onion soup. Comes with cheese and croutons. Mine didn't! Just a bunch of onions. Ordered asiago twists, I got an asiago roll. Everything I ordered is checked off on the tag on the front of the bag. Why would I believe the checked off receipt???? Surprise!!! We screwed up again!!! Giving them a 2.5 star rating is 2.5 stars too many. read more

I went there with my fiancé a few weeks ago, and it will be the last time. The soup I ordered was not very hot and the place is gross. I ate at a table near the back, and the walls are dirty, and the floors are gross. The table I was at wasn't the cleanest, and makes sense. I say this because I watched the girl walk around wiping the tables down with a care. She would spray them, the half wipe them down. Wasn't just one, it was all of tables. I probably would feel more comfortable eating out on the sidewalk. read more

One of the worst Panera Bread locations I've been to, not the worst, but I don't return because it's just not worth my time. The first found Panera Bread in Iowa in 1998, and this is a far cry from what they once were... service is crap now. Most food is crap. My staple sandwich, the Bacon Turkey Bravo is no longer what it was. The bread use to be tomato bread, it was thicker and more red. The smoked Gouda use to actually taste like smoked Gouda... Panera was bought out some years ago and that's when food quality and staff hospitality took a hit. All at the expense of the consumer in search of the almighty dividend for stock holders. There are better places for soup, salads, and sandwiches at this price point these days. Plenty are nearby. read more

A nasty place. I visited there today at 9 am, they opened at 7 and the place was dirty as if it was not cleaned for a week. Every single table had crumbs on it and even after we asked for a table to be cleaned, the helpful staff came and cleaned it and then she went back behind the counter. I wanted to find the manager to raise my concerns but my wife didn't want to deal with it. Panera get your act together or it will be down the drain for you. read more

Usually don't hate on places but this place is... not good. Sad really. Tables and in general restaurant unclean, outdated and unkept. Saw mouse run across floor in dining area. Reviews are on point here. Skip and go elsewhere. read more

Second time to this location. First time my order was wrong but today my wife and I were close and she likes it. We order, in store, two sandwiches and two soups in bread bowls. We were told at the completion of our order that there were no bread bowls. There were 6 for sale up front but I guess it's too far to walk. $17 for bread bowls we didn't get. I was given 1 cup for my inconvenience. There was two of us and I don't drink soda. Will never be back. read more

Crazy wait times, unprofessional staff, and overall not worth it. It took a half hour to get a sandwich, because two staff members were screaming at each other behind the counter. Such a waste of my time and money. read more

If I could give less than one star I would! Husband picked up 2 chicken noodle soups from moble order. I open first soup and it's pure broth. Maybe half a noodle and one piece of chicken. Open the second soup same thing but a full noodle one carrot at one pice of chicken. 19 bucks for broth. Oh and they were out of bread. Never have luck with this location. read more

Overpriced, and they rarely get an entire order correct. Don't bother paying to add avocado to a salad order, because little chance you'll get it. And $7.49 for an 11oz "bowl" of vegetable soup? $35.67 for two salads and the soup - wow!!!!! Gave it a one star rating only because you can't give zero stars. read more

3 1/2 stars Plenty of parking in this strip mall location. We went for a late lunch so there was plenty of seating available which includes a few outside tables. They recently installed kiosks but I have not tried them. Our food was very tasty and perfect prepared. The only eh part was that I ordered a grilled cheese kids meal which I asked them NOT to press the sandwhich. Kid was half way done which I noticed they only put ONE slice of American cheese which doesn't sound right. What kind of grilled cheese has ONE slice especially with the thick bread they serve. I didn't say anything cause he was almost done. Next time I will check. I'll be back. read more

This review is for dining in (outside). After paying for a cup of soup, I was given a smaller than normal portion. Was told by the kitchen that this was a normal portion. And was also served cold soup that I needed to microwave in the restaurant. This was substantially different than what my wife received and what I have received at other Panera or St. Louis Bread Companies in the past. And this was after waiting 30 minutes for food. Disappointed. read more

Panera Bread - This was outside....... im thoroughly disgusted - Sandwiches Near Me - Springfield, Pennsylvania

Panera has been sliding downhill for some time now. It was an awesome place to have a fresh salad, a healthy sandwich, and do it in pristine conditions where service was key. My visit to a couple of CT Paneras where the dirty floors and unkept tables were the rule left me (literally) with a bad taste in my mouth. Today it was the icing on the cake. We came in at 1032. On iPhone time to get breakfast. Hello?! A Holiday Weekend.... The attendant told us unceremoniously they were done with breakfast at 1030 - while she was taking breakfast order for someone else. We said thanks and went to Starbucks, two hundred feet away, where we could get an artisan sandwich. Yes, reheated. But available whenever the customer wants it not when the store tells you that you're supposed to have it. The epitome of customer ignorance and disdain. Last time we enter this business. read more

First time at this Panera location. Never an issue with my orders at other locations. I ordered a sesame Asian chicken salad. Upon arriving back at work I found I had been given lettuce with crunchy won ton strip topping and a few slivers of almond. No sesame seeds. No cilantro. Most importantly, no chicken. Called to complain. I was offered a free cookie next time I am in, or drive back to them to correct the "mistake." The next time I am in..?! Will be never of course. They could have at least reversed the charge on the salad. I guess I should have looked first at yelp to see this location's terrible reviews. read more

Panera Bread - Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken... where's the chicken? - Sandwiches Near Me - Springfield, Pennsylvania

Great place for a quick bite to eat. I love a lot of the food here, and if you order on the kiosks or online, you can customize it any way you want, which is pretty cool! I love the you pick two because I'm super indecisive about what I want!! The food is great for a somewhat healthy option when you're trying to be quick. I haven't tried anything from here that I haven't liked yet. The bakery items and bagels are always delicious. read more

Panera Bread - Sandwiches Near Me - Springfield, Pennsylvania

I went in to get a loaf of bread for a dinner party. I asked for it to be sliced in small rounds. They asked thick or thin. I explained I wanted it (a French baguette) to be in rounds that could hold a piece of meat. That I wasn't sure of the thickness of their slicer. Four women stood around and told one to slice it. She said she didn't think she could do it. The woman at the register explained the regular slicer was broken. I said, "oh then I can just slice it myself at home". The woman who had the bread said, "make up your mind already". So I did, I walked out. Won't be back. read more

Not the best example of a Panera. We went there last night with everyone else who didn't have any power so it was crowded. They failed to keep up with demand. I should not say that entirely. Our food was served fairly quickly but half of it was cold. We had pastas and how sandwiches. So only the salads should have been cold. But my pasta was cold and my sons sandwich which should have been melty and grilled was not the cheese was not even warm read more

Do NOT order catering from here. They claimed that my order was canceled last minute, but I never canceled it, and the last email I had from here was confirming the order. Even though I still had the charge confirmed in my bank account from days prior, they still required me to order again for a delivery that was due to in 20 minutes. They claimed there was nothing they could do, and they charged me full price and delivery even though this was their mistake and scam. Their catering team took my card information over the phone since the website wouldn't let me replace that order for such short notice. BEWARE of the scammers working in the Catering department! read more

There was a couple leaves in my salad that were.. let's just say not fresh. I normally don't like to complain, but I'm pregnant so I had to try to take it back. Panera Bread - Desert and sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Springfield, Pennsylvania

I've purchased their chicken sandwich in the recent past (from another location). The sandwich was incredible when I ate it from the previous Panera. This one was terrible. The sandwich looked like it was starving. Yes you read that right. When you bite into it, it's like biting into a McDonalds cheeseburger, thin and cold. I asked for a different one and was met with sarcasm and outright indifference and rude demeanor. Then they asked me throw my sandwich away and they'll give me another sandwich. By the time I came back from the trash can the sandwich was already done. Unfortunately it was the same junk just a different sandwich. Terrible food and customer service is unacceptable. read more

About 6 people working here but only one at the counter where orders are taken. She frantically rushes around trying to Fulfill 2 orders and get them out of bagel toasting conveyor belt and none of the other employees assists. Taking a look around and 4 of them are doing nothing but pretending to be busy. Someone in the back is working because i can hear dishes clanging. A line is forming in back of me but because ONE person who takes your order is also busy fulfilling it no one is getting waited on. She hands the 2 bagel sandwiches to the customer waiting and finally gets to take my order. I order the steak on the everything Bagel and she tells me they stop serving breakfast at 1030!! Really??????????????? Had she been able to wait on me I would have been within that time. 1030. Really????????? This isn't her fault. Where was the manager when everyone else was doing nothing? Went to get breakfast elsewhere. Everywhere else you can get it until 1130. read more

Being new to the area and a more than 20-year patron of Panera Bread I was ecstatic to find them right on the way to my job. Stopped in to get one of my favorite it's that no longer actually on the menu, but whenever I have the need for it they always come through with making the best chicken Caesar salad sandwich I've tasted. Great Service and experience. read more

Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 visits to be impressed. It took me 2. I have been to so many Panera's that it blows my mind away when I see one that has been put together so well. They have good tastes with decor and service. I see that they take extra effort to make sure that the coffee counter and drink station is all filled and clean. I took some pictures just to show this. Now the last time I was here, it was very busy and I couldn't even bother to sit in and eat. Now? It's a whole different place. I guess it's good when it's not very busy. I still can't stand the coffee, it tastes too sour for me. So I'm taking out a star but apart from that this is a very nice Panera. read more

This place was super dirty with hardly anyone inside. On top of that, I had planned to dine in but had an unplanned emergency pop up. I asked nicely if they could plewww make my order to go and even apologized and the guy huffed and puffed AND ROLLED HIS EYES at me without saying anything at all to me. When he turned around the obvious manager, an older women, said "she wants it to go now?" And then looked annoyed. I will not be returning to this rude and dirty location. Wow! What's going on with Panera!?? Been patronizing for years. Disappointed. Tried to order a salad online last night coming home from airport. They were out of arugula. Came into this same one today in Springfield; out of cherry tomatoes. Ordered anyway. It came without tomatoes and arugula. They fiixed it by throwing on some arugula. Sit down to eat my weak loooking salad and see my knife is dirty. What the heck? Where is the owner of this franchise? Do they care at all about its performance and customer appeal? read more

I enjoy this Panera. It is always a good vibe and good food. My fav is the Fuji apple chicken salad and the chicken ceasar sandwhich. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is b/c I am not a fan of their desserts. It is just something about the pastry maybe. The chocolates are usually dark choc, which I am not a fan of. The green tea is nice and light and the yogurt smoothies are good too. They get you your food quickly and always seem to be in good moods. read more

This Panera is usually insanely crowded, but the line moves fast and there is lots and lots of seating, so you can find a table. Beware the parking lot...it's an accident waiting to happen. This is a mixed bag review. I actually quite like this Panera and I go there often. The food is always (mostly) good. All of the employees are nice and friendly but you should avoid the bathrooms. This review is specific to their new lobster roll. I was fool enough to try a $17 sandwich only because it's Panera and I figured I could trust them to make a good sandwich. So the bread was terrific, nice and soft, but the lobster was awful. Watery is the only word I can think to use. No seasoning at all, no celery, no butter. Just cold watery lobster on a roll with lettuce....for $17... If you go to Panera stick with the bagels or salads. read more

Extremely disappointed with this Panera location. I frequently have breakfasts and lunches delivered for work to my clients from Panera and have not had any issues. I called two days ago and paid for my breakfast order to be delivered at 7 am and they confirmed this would not be an issue getting there on time. Today, I have now been waiting for over an hour and my order still has not arrived and on top of it, their phone lines are off the hook and I am not able to reach anyone. Terrible food. Missing sauce and soup was cold. Never again would i waste 13$ on a 5$ sandwich. Soup went down the drain it was so bad

I was very hungry and passing by this restaurant so, although it had been a while since I'd been there, I decided to get something there to eat. It was delicious although was missing the cheese and croutons for the French onion soup. They need to be much more careful fulfilling orders.
