Upon digging into the omelette I found it to be loaded with the ingredients I had chosen, even distribution, I mean just look at that cross section! The potatoes were seasoned well and delightfully crispy. Prices were more than fair for the quality. They definitely care, they definitely put out excellent food, and I think they'll definitely succeed, even with being in a tough spot parking wise...I'm local to Norwood but I'll gladly pay the meter every time if it means I get to enjoy more of the Good Vibes Only!

All that being said, I have noticed that in the ensuing years since their expansion, the quality of the experience and the food has declined far beyond what I used to live about this place. The coffee and drinks are still as good as they ever were, but the overall food and service quality of the 'restaurant' portion. Has changed, and has resulted in my infrequency of visits. I do highly recommend the the rösti potatoes and always whatever specials they are running, but some of my go-to favorites like the avocado toast simply are not what they used to be and are not worth it. I still love it here but I simply cannot recommend it as I would have years ago.

So rather than their week at NJ shore, the crowd beat it to Apple Walnut. Took a little over 10min to be seated, so not terrible, but this was at the very tail end of service. I was born with an intermittent fasting stomach; I've never been a breakfast-eater and brunch is gross to me! I mention this because I've never taken my son out for breakfast foods so it was great to have this experience. My little one had a HUGE "Go Go Bananas" It said it was "hot cakes stuffed with Bananas" but they were just plain. It mentioned caramel on top which wasn't there (they subbed syrup without asking); frustrating and unprofessional. It also had a slice of poundcake French Toast topped with grilled bananas, and then banana French Toast with granola. It was a decadent treat of gluten and sugar that we don't normally eat at home. My son was really happy. My burger was okay but not memorable, and the fries were that awful batter-dipped cheap kind that I don't eat and they just made the whole thing "mid" as the kids say. Service was very very slow per the crowd and it being the end of the shift. Our server was cheerful and I told her to take her time, but I didn't realize we'd be left waiting forever for water refills, 30min for food (kitchen's fault), and at least 10min after asking for check. I still tipped well over 20% but their staff seems too spent and overwhelmed from the crazy crowds that are so unusual this time of year. In summary, it was great for decadent breakfast foods, diner-quality for my burger, and while I understand how taxed our server was, the service really dragged. I had seen reviews commenting on the wait but do beware that it's still suuuper bad apparently at all times of their hours, and even random weekdays when people are enduring their Trump staycations. I rate it a 3 but my son was so happy with his food so I rounded up.

Awesome old school greasy spoon. I watched the grill man make about 6 breakfasts while I waited for my cheesesteak. The french toast looked really good. He hand slices each potato as he gets an order for home fries. Cheese steak was equivalent of a popi store. $7.95 w/mushrooms. Had to get their attention to get a refill. It seems that they are just a little understaffed, and the servers were a bit overstretched. For the price, we can't really complain, but it's not somewhere I'll be running back to.

I sat at the old school counter and enjoyed hearing some locals catching up, older fellas chatting about nothing and watching the boys work that flat top. My sandwich came out pretty fast. The roll was crispy and fresh, the meat was tasty and packed in so tight not a morsel of meat fell out, the cheese was melted into the roll and meat extremely well and each bite was full of hot pepper bite. It was well put together and made. I was impressed and would rank this cheesesteak pretty high in Delco. Not the best I've had but quantity and quality wise it's well above average. The breakfast here is what everyone typically raves about (I'll be back for a breakfast sandwich), but don't sleep on the lunch menu. Especially that cheesesteak! Thanks guys for a great experience.
