Food was wonderful. Very fresh lox, generous portions and attentive staff. Great find.

    Yummy banana bread!!

My family and I love Tuscany Cafe! We love the ambiance, Silvio and the staff and most importantly - the delicious fooood! Our favorites are turkey panini, lox and bagel, avocado toast and just about everything else on the menu. Order the full avocado and chips dish! You won't regret it. We usually finish up with banana bread and baklava.

If you look at my reviews most would notice that I go out of my way to praise the good and give 5 star reviews. These are peoples livelihoods and I would never want to do anything to cost folks money. That being said, this place did not meet up to my expectations so I couldn't bring myself to give anything more than 2 stars. I am a breakfast person and on the few weekends I have both days off, I usually do one place familiar, and try something new. This place had come up in my searches over the last few years so I decided to give it a shot. Reviews stated that they served La Colombe coffee so I figured, if nothing else, I'd have a great cup of coffee. False. It may have been La Colombe (I doubt it though), but if it was, it was over brewed and tasted burnt. Besides that, my coffee mug was not very clean. The menu was limited but I saw some reviews on here that praised the French toast, so I gave it a shot. It was very dry and lacking in flavor. Extremely disappointed. However, if there was one highlight of my visit, the side of sausage was absolutely delicious. You could taste the fennel and other seasonings. I swear it was either house made, or somewhere local for sure. I asked the person who brought my food (because my server went ghost after bringing my coffee) for an extra syrup to at least help give the French toast a little flavor. Never got it. Looks like they do great business so not getting mine again probably won't make one bit of difference.

    Omelet

The breakfast omelette was very good and the home fries were perfectly seasoned. I'll be back again.

The best way to describe this place is cute and quaint. I had a delicious meal of pancakes and fruit with pork sausage, and my sister had eggs and potatoes with turkey bacon. The presentation was really nice, and I enjoyed my pancakes with the fruit and whip cream topping. I had a little syrup on top too. We didn't get the complimentary desserts (not sure why), but we did order dessert. My sis had a cannoli and I had a blondie that was sprinkled with powered sugar. It was pretty yummy. All in all, I enjoyed my time here and would come back. There weren't a lot of parking options out front, but since it was the weekend I parked on the residential block on the side.

I enjoyed my dalgona coffee while watching the kdrama that was on. I've never been here so I wanted to try a few things, I got the Mul Naengmyeon and a Jeyuk Quesadilla. The soup was refreshing; I've had something similar before and enjoyed the chewy noodles and savory broth. The quesadilla had good flavor but was very greasy. I was able to eat about half using chopsticks to eat the filling out of the tortilla. Service was average. I really enjoy the overall vibe of the eatery and would like to come back with friends and maybe try the tteokbokki. Is on the pricier side for three items, I paid $49. Still very cute and would recommend though!

I'm going to check them out one day. I'm grateful I finally made "one day" happen. I received the weekly email reminder that The Larry Price Quintet was scheduled to perform. I read the bio and really liked that Larry Price had his students accompanying him. The Venue: Intimate and cozy with a fantastic sound system. The Cuisine: Asian fusion with healthy portions that are huge on flavor! What We Njoyed: Deep Fried Wonton Strips - w/sweet and spicy Asian dipping sauce. 5/5 Suyun's Famous Shrimp Fried Rice (mild and medium) the medium has jalapeño heat and it definitely has a little kick. 5/5 Jamey's Special Wild Caught Rock Shrimp Tempura w/garlic chili aioli, broccoli florets and jasmine rice. 5/5 Lemon Drop Martini and Mitchell & Mitchell Cabernet Sauvignon Everything was delicious and I'm not sure what they season their broccoli with but ummmm yummy! The Performance: Superb.... Standing ovation!! As Jamey mentioned when he introduced Larry Price, "He's been around the world more times than Santa Claus"! Mr. Price certainly has Santa Claus energy and magic on the saxophone. He has to be an extraordinary educator as well since the 4 young men that made up the whole of the quintet sounded as if they have been playing for decades. I wish all of them much success in their future endeavors! The Staff: We were greeted by Jamey when we walked in. The gentleman working the bar, the lovely waitress that single handedly worked the entire venue and the Chef's were all delightful and a major part of why I'll return. If you enjoy live music, great food, great people and a cozy lounge atmosphere, treat yourself to a show at Jamey's House of Music. Our waitress was thoughtful and welcoming, and they even started us off with a free appetizer of banana bread, grapes, and chocolate-filled rolls. What really stood out was how we were treated. The lady with black hair (possibly the owner, if not, she deserves a raise!) was genuinely kind. She took pictures for us, chatted and joked with us, and was consistently attentive. It felt like more than just service--it was hospitality at its finest. Food: (9/10) The food was amazing. The smoked salmon was perfectly cooked inside the eggs and seasoned beautifully nothing bland on the plate. I tried capers for the first time, and the way they worked with the omelet made me a fan for life. The combination of eggs, salmon, and capers was spot on. Major compliments to the chef! Ambiance: (10/10) The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom, which says a lot. In the morning, it had a nice energy customers were eating and chatting, music was playing softly in the background, and the art added to the cozy aesthetic. The space was lively without being overwhelming. Overall: A This place easily made it into my top 5 breakfast restaurants. I'm not usually big on breakfast, but I loved everything about it here. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying everything on the menu.
