My coworker got the big breakfast but subbed out the homefries for corned beef hash. While I'm not a fan of corned beef hash, it looked exactly like how my mom and grandfather like it, with a little bit of crisp to it. The pancake was huge and he said his over medium eggs were cooked exactly like he hoped they would be.
