My husband said that there was quite a line when he and his brother got our order, and I can see why. I would get bagels from here all the time if I lived nearby -- a definite must for whenever we come back.

Sometimes they're the right level of chewy, other times they are rock hard, even when getting them at 9am. I recently sent my husband for a dozen bagels and several of them were so dense and hard that I had to really push to slice them, and it felt like work to chew and swallow them. And the flavor wasn't as good this time as last time. I had a banana walnut last time that was super delicious but this time it was too dense and pretty bland. If their bagels were a little less dense and more consistent in flavor, this would probably be my favorite spot, but alas, I cannot say that it is.
