When the manager was asked why it was taking so long he pointed to the crowd that came in after us and said that's the reason. Super disappointed as this is my go to spot and I always recommend it to my friends. My bad. I have pics of the screen with my wait time if management refutes this claim. Do better, or minimally be apologetic for extended wait times because of mismanagement of the hierarchy of orders on the board.

And the flavor wasn't as good this time as last time. I had a banana walnut last time that was super delicious but this time it was too dense and pretty bland.
