Music is not too loud, and perfect for working. Staff here are chatty and friendly, and are super helpful, even coming around to me as I was sitting down to ask if I had the wi-fi info yet. There are a few outlets along the wall, so you should be able to get a charge as long as you have a long enough charger. Took 20 minutes (only 1 person in line ahead of me, they weren't too busy). I saw the espresso cup the staff member gave the barista to fill up for my order and the kid barista just couldn't keep everything in order and would just grab whichever cup he felt like filling up next instead of caring what order they were handed to him in. Saw him sloppily dump a bin of used grounds into a trash can but it also fell all over the floor, and the entire staff just looked at each other and rolled their eyes and shrugged their shoulders as the barista just swept the mess under the counter with his foot.
