To be clear, I have had only one thing from them, the Lotus Bomb Cheesecake, and I didn't even have this at their location in Folcroft. However, not only was it so good that I will be going back to try their full catalogue of wonderful dessert puddings and other creations, but I couldn't help but give them an outstanding review. This is hands down the best....well, the best whatever this is that it actually is, because I can't really define what it is that they make here. The best way I can describe what I had would be if someone made some of the greatest cheesecake you've ever had, blended it up but not too fine, layered it into a container and topped it with perfectly baked (or fried) cookies, wafers, still not sure what they are, but don't care what they are because they are delicious, on top. I ended up with this delectable "thing" while I was working at a polling location on Election Day and my wife showed up out of the blue and handed this to me. She made an attempt to explain what it was and where she got it as if I should know about this place already and that it had recently, except that I simply stood there dumbfounded as the explanation unfolded. Obviously appreciative, as I had just been handed a dessert, I sat down and immediately experienced the pure bliss of the magic they are working over there. If you are anywhere nearby, pass by Folcroft, or live in Delco, this is DEFINITELY a place you need to stop by and grab everything they have. It is just that good. There's really nothing else I can say except how much I was blown away by this, and I'm not a huge dessert guy. Sure, I live desserts and sweet things as much as the next person, but I don't actively seek them out. However, now that I know about the Crumble Factory, I definitely will be.

I understand they may not be known for fancy cake decorating, but this looked like there was absolutely no pride taken in the work. What made it even worse was that I was never shown the cake when I picked it up, even though I was later told that showing customers the cake before they leave is supposedly store policy. Had I been shown the cake, I never would have accepted it in the condition it was in. When I spoke to the manager about it, she was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional.
