I'm so excited I found the Juice Pod! I have worked in Exton for over 7 years and have struggled to find somewhere with healthy, fast breakfast options nearby. There are a ton of smoothie and smoothie bowl options. I have tried 2 different green smoothies so far and they were both delicious! It's a little expensive, but to find a healthy, good quality smoothie to me is worth it! I tried a coffee last time I was there as well, and I didn't love it. I prefer light to medium roast flavorful coffee, and this was definitely a dark roast. It wasn't bad, just not for me. I did appreciate that they had oat milk and could make me a cafe au lait. They also have great sounding salads, paninis and some other lunch options. Definitely going to give those a try in the future! I think there location is a little hard to find, I found it because I was searching for nearby coffee on apple maps and it popped up. I hope the word gets spread about their location and I think they could benefit from marketing to nearby businesses. read more

This location is gorgeous compared to the other Juice Pod franchises I've been in. The bowl arrived on time and was refreshing. This was not my favorite acai base - it is a very subtle taste and I'm used to the samboza brand which is usually richer, darker, and more flavorful, compared to grocery store acai which tends to have less of an authentic acai flavor. Not sure which they use here but I can certainly tell they use quality ingredients. That being said, the bowl was good. I just prefer the taste of the acai used in the Malvern location. read more

We stopped by Juice Pod late morning and it wasn't too crowded. There were definitely people waiting for their orders or already enjoying their drinks, but we were able to order quickly. I enjoyed the pina colada smoothie and my daughter had the special - strawberry glo smoothie. She liked her drink too. We don't live near Exton so maybe the pricing is normal for the area, but we thought $9-$12 for a smoothie was a bit expensive. This is a cute place and we would have enjoyed our drinks in the cute bistro chairs, but we decided to take our drinks to-go. Service was quick and friendly. read more

Definitely the best acai bowls I have ever had! Although the quality of service seems to depend on the day. I've been in and out before with a perfect bowl, but i've also waited for a long time even when it doesn't seem to be too busy. The only time my order was wrong was when I placed it online. Super cute place inside! My sister and I come here somewhat often and get smoothie bowls. Their bowls taste delicious, and the granola is honestly my favorite. They are a teeny bit overpriced for the area (generally like 12-14$ for a medium sized bowl), however they really pack the container full of fruit and toppings! Staff is not particularly friendly -- not unfriendly, but sometimes it feels like you're an inconvenience to the employees because they have to stop talking with each other to take your order. This definitely doesn't happen every time, but enough to make it noticeable. read more

My husband and I love fresh cold pressed juices and açaí bowls. We were not disappointed by this place. We got the original açaí bowl and it was very large and delicious. I ordered a smoothie called "Almond Joy". It was very good and I would definitely order it again (tasted like an almond joy). But I feel like $9.50 is a bit expensive for a smoothie. A rare gem in the Downingtown area, The Juice Pod is one of the chain's locations serving healthy bowls, toasts, and salads. Decently friendly staff and tons of different options. The location is relatively convenient, just on the side of Route 100 and accessible after a series of turns and stop signs. When I came, I had an Avo-Cranberry salad and the Nutter Butter acai bowl. The Avo-Cranberry salad was as expected, pretty good, even if it left me wishing that there were more greens in that massive container. The Nutter Butter bowl was delicious, if a bit pricey (though I may be a bit spoiled from the West Coast, since this is practically only one of two places in the area that sells acai bowls), and the nutella offered a sweet finish. One thing that I wish more places had, and perhaps Juice Pod can incorporate this one day, is the chance to customize your own acai bowl in a sort of acai bar style, with different toppings, bases, etc. Right now, their current menu has acai bowls segmented from pitaya bowls, and likewise for smoothie bowls and various different combinations that exist. Mix and match might be a fun opportunity to explore. The interior is quite chic. With a white minimalist design, the decorations and seating area make this a great spot for coffee chats, hanging out, or just running in to grab a snack or meal. My only gripes would be that they could be quicker, given that there were very few orders and about 8 people in the "back" making the food. Might just be because the location is relatively new and they're still getting the hang of things. The online order functionality is also interesting; some of the prices are more expensive on there (ex. the Nutter Butter Bowl) than listed on the menu, which I've never seen from a non-third-party merchant, but it is what it is. Cute location with decent healthy food--I'd recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to meet friends or grab a quick bite. Glad that they're in the area! read more

Okay I'm so mad that this place wasn't around when I was in high school! Their menu is so extensive, I was conflicted on what to get because everything sounded perfect. I ended up going with the Dtwown and my sister got the half and half, which was blue spiral in and litaya (so cool!). Love that they don't go light with the toppings at all, it looks perfect and everything feels so fresh! If you're not into smoothies or smoothie bowls, they also have toast, bagels, waffles, lattes and juice. The inside is also so adorable I'm obsessed! What a great new addition to the Lionville area. We stopped by yesterday for lunch. My daughter ordered the original açaí bowl and I had a rainbow grain bowl. She really enjoyed the açaí bowl. Very refreshing on a hot day. Beautifully presented and a good portion size for the money. My rainbow grain bowl was good but not great. Something missing to tie it all together. I will try another bowl next time because there was potential. I also enjoyed my pineapple mint cold pressed juice. The location is in a former dry cleaner. It was empty for years. They did a great job transforming it into a bright and appealing place to eat lunch. We will definitely be back! There are many more items on the menu that I want to try. read more

This is the third or fourth time here and I have to say it is always so delicious! The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the service. Everyone is extremely kind, friendly and welcoming which is very hard to find these days. The issue is it is SO SLOW! No matter if I order 1 thing or 5 I am some how always waiting for at least 20 minutes. It's very frustrating as I'm typically the first one in there yet the last one to get my order. Yuck! The smoothies are horrible! I got the bryn berry and it tasted like some kind of diet fruit or whatever it was in it was not strawberries, bananas or almond milk - it was HORRIBLE and tasteless. Just went here asked for hipster salad which is missing half the ingredients. Missing cheese, avocado, egg, and dressing. Also ordered the green envy juice with no lemon add carrot and there is lemon in it and no carrot. They refunded it though so it's cool. It was very tasty anyways. read more
