We were visiting the area and Good Life looked good so we made an online order. The good: Courteous staff Accurate order Order was ready when promised The bad: They forgot the flavor and spices. My son said his smoothie had no flavor and his bagel breakfast sandwich was bland. Luckily it was on an everything bagel. My sausage egg on sourdough was very bland. My smoothie was ok, the peanut butter saved it. My wife's Seeds & Cheese was also disappointing and flavorless. We would not return if given the choice. read more

Food is very good, very expensive, but owner Tom (I think that is his name), and a petite woman who works with him need personality adjustments. I have been a faithful customer since they opened, and to this day, they still act like they don't even know me. I always try to engage, and ask how the kids are, etc....I have given them A LOT of business, and am inclined to go elsewhere because I don't want to continue to support a business who doesn't seem appreciative. It is very uncomfortable trying to be nice and getting nothing but basically blank stares while I order. It is just bizarre. I think I have had enough and given them more than ample business. Updating this review from 2 years ago. I still order from the Exton location every time I head to the area. I was so happy I had two appts in Exton this week. I just cannot find anything like it close to me (Lancaster County/Chester County border). The yogurt is my favorite and better than any store brand IMO. The granola is their own and SO good, and my favorite, baked oatmeal, can't be beat. It's worth the price if you want organic, healthy food. It is quiet inside if you want to do work or meet a friend for lunch. The owner always has a smile on his face when he greets customers. All of the above keep me coming back. read more

Why was our entire order -- chicken salad wrap with gf flat bread, the southwestern quinoa bowl and a smoothie a total of $66?! Yes we door dashed. But dd's service fee was only $6. Why is this healthy place so overpriced? And why are they cheap with their potato chips? Literally was a small handful of chips in a small brown bag. Not to mention the x-small scoop of guacamole that came with my quinoa bowl--it was pitiful! This place could be a regular go to health spot for people, but the prices and portions don't justify. read more

I love this place. I'm not one to frequent healthy food spots, but this is one that I can stand behind. There are still some hearty options that feel healthy. I usually get the chicken salad sandwich, but will sometimes try whatever special they have going at the moment. They had a southwestern salad special once that was really unique and delicious. Their coffee is great too. They also have fun drink specials often. I've tried their pumpkin spice latte and it was great. The other thing that I love about this place is how nice the people are that work there. It's family owned and the whole family is always so nice and accommodating. We usually sit on the tables outside with our dog, but we have sat inside on colder days as well. read more

Beware! They tack on a "service charge" to every order. When confronted about it, they said it was because of inflation, as if the customers aren't also affected by inflation. They don't even warn you about it, they just try to sneak it past you! BEWARE! EDIT: They claim in a response to this that they told me about the charge before I paid but that's a lie. I asked about it after getting change back and seeing it was a dollar short. So they're liars on top of being sneaky bastards. read more

Decided to stop in since we were next door at Twin Valley Coffee and were hungry. We ordered a flatbread with bacon and sweet jam, and our server(?) cashier(?) recommended we add scrambled egg to make it more breakfast-y and it was DELICIOUS! Also, she was sooo sweet - I think her name was Abby - and very personable. She made our entire experience great. I also loved the ambiance of Good Life. Very earthy, simplistic, and modern. I love that they even have all the superfood ingredients listed on a huge board with all the nutritional facts! Never seen that before. read more

The food at GLO is good to average, but the prices are much too high (the reason for 2 stars). The photo shows the Golden Glow smoothie bowl with peanut butter and cost $7.95 (kid size) plus $2 for the peanut butter, for a total of $9.95 plus tax. Yes, the photo was taken after three bites (because I didn't initially think to take a photo to post), but more peanut butter was on the side shown anyway and IMHO not worth $2. read more

I was very excited about the concept and seeing so many good ingredients that promote real health and wellness on the menu, but the quality was subpar. My açaí bowl just didn't taste good, and was $9 for the base with every additional topping being $2 (would easily add up to $15-$20 fir like fruit and some crunch) the staff was very sweet tho and asked about my allergies, which I really appreciated. read more

This place is WAY overpriced. We ordered a bowl, a wrap and a smoothie for DoorDash and the total was $66. The portions are not generous and they gave us half a handful of chips for the wrap. The interior is clean and cozy, with some quiet corners to enjoy a juice or smoothie. The staff is always friendly and always ask for food allergies when you order. This place is amazing! The food is always delicious. I love that the ingredients are all organic and clean. It's nice to have a great restaurant where I don't feel sick after eating cause I have peace of mind that it's organic. The staff is always so friendly to me and the owners are lovely and welcoming. They truly make my experience here wonderful. The prices make sense considering it's organic food so it is what I would normally pay at a grocery store for these products. Let me start by saying the place is amazing! From walking in you feel like you are part of the "GoodLife" family. The owners are knowledgeable about the foods they are serving. I have come here twice as I don't live in the area. I tried the grilled cheese and it was so good and I happen to be in the area so I came by again. It was 9-10 dollars but I honestly don't mind because I really liked it. I think my only complaint is that it takes a little bit to get your food but honestly I don't mind too much so it's not affecting my overall rating but it's definitely something to think about. My sister also gets the cookie dough toast when she comes here with me and she is also a big fan of it, and definitely try it if you're in a sweeter toast mood! They are also very good with allergies and are very nice staff as well!! Overall, I think if you're okay with paying a little more, then definitely give it a try! read more
