I emailed customer support and after a month I finally got a response. Ultimately, they gave me enough points in my account to get a free bowl as a make up. Cool, works for me. So a few days later I go and use this free bowl reward and guess what? It doesn't work. So on two occasions I paid full price for a bowl I was supposed to get for free. It's only like $30ish so I really don't want to make it a bigger deal than it is, but the customer support has been awful. They haven't provided me with any solutions. They can't issue refunds either? It got to the point I suggested Venmo or check in mail to get me the money I was scammed out of. It's really a shame that this was my first ever 1 star review on yelp. I barely even use this app. But I'm pretty sure I was one of the most frequent customers at this location and I guess I'll have to get some extra steps in to get my bowls from Playa down the street from now on.
