They make them homemade in a brick fired oven and you can taste the difference. My order is always the lox with jalapeño cream cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and the salmon. It is outstanding. They never overdo it with the salmon, which I really appreciate because some places pile it on and it throws the whole taste off. Here the balance is perfect every time. I am not much of a coffee drinker, but my cousin gets their coffee on the regular and she loves it. They always have seasonal flavors and she looks forward to trying the new ones. Sweet Brew is definitely one of those spots I visit every single time I'm in Phoenixville. It is reliable, delicious, and such a great little café.

Good flavor but not. Hot. Enough. I also ordered a muffin which looked like chocolate chip. The cashier corrected me and said it's French vanilla and asked if that was ok. I said yes. I bit into it and it was topped with quite a few chocolate chips. Hmmmmm. Still good. Would order again. The portions are appropriate and on par with the cost. I believe they could be more efficient if they didn't provide table service given the amount of space and available staff. This cafe could easily be mostly takeout or customers could order at the counter and seat themselves to enjoy their meal. The menu is very inspiring and provided plenty of options for customers to choose from. They even have gluten free options. The empanadas were clearly a big hit many patrons were ordering them. Kids faces were lighting up when waffles and pancakes arrived with heaping whipped cream and sprinkles!! We will go back to this establishment and would love to see this cafe succeed.
