What an amazing little place! Located along the main drag in Phoenixville, they offer coffee, tea and some of the most amazing bagels around. The service is fast and friendly. While I was there a line formed out the door. Word is getting around quickly. I tried a blueberry bagel and cannot wait to go back. While I was walking down the sidewalk enjoying my bagel I passed a couple who had also stopped there. We took a moment to exclaim how awesome they are. Good stuff! Go check them out!

Very good customer service experience today. The overall experience was much better due to such friendly staff.

Delicious pumpkin spice latte. I can attest that the bagels are legit as I am a former New Yorker. Service was also spectacular.

I read on a Facebook group that Sweet Brew had the best bagels in Phoenixville so I decided to stop in to try one. What the Facebook comments failed to mention was that you could customize these fresh delicious bagels with whatever cream cheese and toppings you'd like. Wow!! My French Toast bagel with sweet cream cheese, bananas, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch was to die for! I ordered their summer latte to go with it- an iced Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte! Highly, highly recommend this place if your looking for a fun spin in coffee & bagels!

So happy I stopped in for some coffee! The vibes were cute. The coffee was fantastic. The employees were friendly. Totally wish this place wasn't over an hour away from me. Didn't get a bagel, but they looked huge and delish in the case!

I love this place . It is just so cute and the people are so nice and friendly. They never mess up my order and are super quick and consistent. The food is so good and everything from the breakfast sandwiches to the croissants are delicious. They also have a flavor of the week for coffee which is nice to be able to try new flavors of coffee. But the best part of the place is how they add personal touches to their food and drinks around holidays . They had lucky charms lattes and green bagels for Saint Patrick's day and dad jokes written on the coffee cups for Father's day . I don't know what i would do without this place .

I had the fresh strawberry cream cheese with strawberry pieces atop a jalapeño bagel, and that was delicious!

I visited on Friday 5/15 mid morning. This is one day after their re-re-opening. Ordered 2 bagels,…read more1 bagel with shmear, and drip coffee. I was able to find parking as there was an empty lot. I waited a bit in line because the customer in front of me was taking a while with a flying solo barista. Another barista noticed, and stepped in on the second register. Order was placed and everything came out within minutes. This turnaround is what I expect for a very uninvolved order. Get me out the door!!! They added a few sitting tables in addition to the awkwardly installed fixed bar stools around the perimeter bar. I wish they'd get rid of those. They're proportioned for people with the anatomy akin to NBA basketball players. As I was heading out, the parking lot was totally full and another car was circling about for a spot. The bagels themselves were fine, and not offensive by any means. I'd eat them again. I don't think they're out of this local Western Philly burbs' world special though... My taste buds didn't see the fuss and expectations set for this place by the business, and if this is how NYC bagels taste, I'd go to NYC now. Get it? Tasted like more like a different kind of NYS (state)...Wegmans bagels on their best days. Never the less, it's GOOD to have a bakery that focuses on bagels in PXV's rotation, versus having to head to Chesterbrook or the Main Line for a bagel. Hope they'll continue to improve their craft within the confines of local traditions and make locals see what they're missing without a NY-style bagelry around. With current state right now...not missing much. Edit: Appreciate the business's response and openness to continuous improvement. At this juncture, there wasn't anything WRONG (bagel burnt, not enough shmear, bagel odd, etc) with the bagels I recently purchased, but there isn't anything SPECIAL worth all of the commotion, either. The special is what the business was promising and setting expectations for. Up to the biz to bring their expertise here as table stakes operational issues are ironed out. Not sure what to ask for or provide feedback on. If shooting to bring NY style bagels, go to industry events or bagelries that offer teaching extensions to cross train/knowledge share. Look for mentorship.

Bagels weren't good. Super small. Dense/dry. Thin-ish. I spend a LOT of time in manhattan/Brooklyn and these are just not good. They're edible but I don't recommend. I wish I had taken a photo but the photos already posted pretty much do my opinion justice already. They are disorganized and chaotic here. I feel like it's shut down at least 2x since opening earlier this year. I'm not surprised to see it's temporarily closed yet again on Google Maps. I ordered 1 cinnamon bagel and the cashier gave me the bag then goes "wait, did you order 1 or 2?" I said 1 and she frantically GRABS THE BAG BACK OUT OF MY HAND and sticks her hand back in and takes a bagel out... she had given me 2 by accident instead of 1. I found it really weird. Just give me both if you put both in and already handed me the bag. They must cost minimal Pennie's to produce. Don't take it back and take one out. So strange. My husband tried to order his bagel and they said "so the everything bagels came out super small so we can sell you two of those for the price of 1 or just give you 1 for half off" What?! We passed .... Overall atmosphere was odd. They messed up another girls coffee order while we waited there. And then some random person literally dropped their coffee and it exploded everywhere and splashed on us. They said nothing and kept walking. That has nothing to do with the business, but just added to the chaotic manic experience we had and made us laugh even harder. No surprise this place has such a negative reputation. We will not return.

The food is AMAZING, the drinks are thoughtfully curated, and everything is honestly worth every dollar. I'm not even a coffee drinker normally, yet somehow I always find myself ordering a latte here because they're just that good. And the matcha? Some of the best I've ever had. I've tried matcha several times in the past and honestly never enjoyed it... until I tried the Strawberry Matcha Dalgona. That drink completely changed my opinion on matcha.
