Lox and onions on everything bagel
    Amy P.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Staff were super friendly and nice. Food was tasty. I enjoyed the little hints of spice in the jalapeno bagel. Overall good filling to bagel ratio.

ONE PIECE OF MEAT. This is a $9.00 sandwich! smh

$9.00 for a bagel sandwich with 1 slice of meat!!! I bit into my Pork Roll sandwich and it was ALL bagel. I couldn't taste any of the meat or egg: Whoa!!!! This place is overpriced and the Sandwiches are not good... this is my second time trying them and I wanted to like them cause they're so nice but I just can't pay $9 dollars for a bagel sandwich with hardly any meat. My second and last time. With this economy I wish them luck because both times I went in there and there is nobody ever in there. My order was the only one on the shelf. Should be around $7 for a sandwich with more meat. They charge you an extra dollar for an egg!!!! That should be built in the cost of a Breakfast sandwich.

Was craving a bagel and came across Bagel Cafe. What a disappointment. Ordered a bagel with tomatoes onion egg with medium coffee. Priced was a shocker $12:90. I had same in Manhattan and the bagel cost me with extra cheese $6.25 and it was delicious. This bagel was fine. Soft inside and a slight crunch. It lacked the flavor taste of a good bagel. The price killed it for me. More than $9 for a bagel sandwich. The coffe was the usual Diner coffee in a pot. ThbDunkin bagel would have cost me less than $4

    Screenshot of receipt.

Bought 3 bagel sandwiches and one hash brown with 2 drinks spent nearly $45. The hash brown was nearly raw. The sandwiches were fine I guess. I don't recommend for the price as there are other places that are cheaper and better. The prices for the options purchased were not listed. The bag of food was given to me as the price was given. I am sorry you took this as an attack to you and the business. As a random person on the internet and your response shows the level of customer service people get to look forward to while dining at the establishment. Hope they don't spend more than 30 min at the restaurant as your signs posted is not tolerated. My feed back was sincere and not meant to be taken as an attack. I asked if the place served gluten free bagels the man behind the counter said no too much work and doesn't sell. I told him I understood as the ingredients costs more and is not that popular. We chatted about business in the area and shared a laugh. The response to my original was updated 3 times only took the 2nd screenshot from the owner. I didn't mean to have an online fight with fellow small business owner. I'm glad two years to the business was added after 20 min. I am genuinely sorry this was taken as such an attack. :) Thanks for the Reddit karma! Just killing time with an auto immune disease. Another one Don't delete your comments. Keep them up be proud of what you say. When your a paid writer, why stop? Also last time I enjoyed the back and forth the game was on and the birds won! Why mess with a good thing?

The biscuits for their sandwiches are flakier and much better. If you think you have twenty-years left to live, you might want to knock out a few things on your bucket list before ordering. They have a sign that says something like this isn't fast food and there isn't anything fast here at all. The staff and customers all agree with that slogan. No one is hiding it. A few weekends ago, we waited over 45 minutes like idiots for our food. I had a $50 gift card, most went to this meal, and I was ready to walk out. Sadly, I didn't complain to management, because the line was longer than the line to order food. They said refunds would take one week and the people who said they really would never come back, had the managers get their food quicker than ours. It's an interesting business strategy to ensure the angry customers who won't return got their food first, but I get it. If less people frequent this place, then the lines won't be as long. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying. No utensils, napkins at the tables, just people sitting there waiting for their to-go order and then freeing a table later. If you are one of those weekend people with nothing to do until you have some structure at work on Monday, this is the perfect place to waste most of your day, to get you that much closer to work. Sweet treats are alright, nothing special. Breakfast sandwich could be worth it, but you could also go to the worst grocery store in town and make your own better biscuit and sandwich in the amount of time you have to wait. $8 left on our gift card and in a perfect world I'll misplace it.
