We needed an option for a quick breakfast and Bravo Bagel was close by. This was my first time visiting Bravo Bagel. Located in a small strip down from the local grocery store you will find Bravo Bagel. Parking is easy, and in a large shared lot. Upon entering we were greeted with the smell of bagels, and a sample of one of their flavors paired with a cream cheese. The sample was delicious. Their menu was not over the top. There was a few choices to choose from. You could get a bagel with a smear, or a sandwich of just a bagel. The cream cheese flavors were a good amount. I opted for a veggie and a cinnamon sugar based one. My favorite was the vegetable cream cheese. The sandwiches looked pretty good. I did not hear any complaints from anyone in my party who opted for a sandwich. Everything is cooked there on the spot, so it is fresh. Service was good. A good spot for teens to work. Fresh bagels. Lots of different varieties to choose from. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and bacon and a everything bagel with egg and cheese. Everything was delicious. Bravo Bagel is a small shop that does an excellent job with bagel production. They understand the importance of the two step process (boil & baking), and use first class ingredients to attain their goal. The outer skin is firm and crisp with a full load of roasted onion flakes on both sides and a soft bread like inner piece that is nicely textured and flavorful. My personal preference would have it more aerated to permit small air pockets to survive through baking, but that is just me. Service was friendly and there was sincere interest in my satisfaction. I was well satisfied, even though the veggie cream cheese requested reached me as plain spread. Still very good, just light on savoriness. I find myself out this way in Montgomery County a few times a year, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bravo for another rounder for breakfast or lunch if the time and my hunger were aligned. I was so excited to try this cafe with such good reviews but was disappointed. I'm unsure if I went at a bad time or what happened but my bagel was better classifiable as a 'bagel crisp' and was so severely burnt that after 2 bites I had to give up. I'm definitely someone who prefers a thicker/ denser bagel with a nice cream cheese shmear so this was disappointing to spend $6 on. read more

Finally a high quality bagel place in the area. The establishment is clean, staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The bagels are plump with a nice exterior and a warm soft inside, this is how you do a bagel! I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame and it was excellent. We've been here once before and had 2 of the best breakfast sandwiches we've ever had. Unfortunately, today we didn't enjoy our experience. The bagels were stale and tasted as if they were made the previous night and left out. The bacon was tasty but there were only 2 short strips, not even making up 1 full piece. The one small egg wasn't enough to fill the bagel and half of my bites were essentially just stale bagel with no egg or meat. Not worth the already steep price of $9/sandwich. The employees are very friendly and the service was quick, but I don't think I'll be coming back again. I've never written a review for a restaurant before, but this was a particularly noteworthy experience. read more

Was in town for a few days and had breakfast there three days. Friendly service, good coffee and tasty bagels and cream cheese. The egg and cheese bagel was good size and tasty as well. The only minor complaint would be that one day we were there the scallion cream cheese was not available at 8am which seemed to be an odd thing to run short on...on the plus side it gave me a chance to try the jalapeno cream cheese which was good too. Next time I am back in the area, that is my stop for a great breakfast bagel. read more

I have gone three times and never gotten a plain bagel. There are never plain bagels. Never. Oh, don't ask...today it was "hmmm they aren't even any in the oven, so maybe like 25-30 minutes..." no sesame either. We do have three cheese options (asiago, cheddar, cheddar jalepeno). W the actual f. Let's talk about staffing. There are six teenage-ish staff right behind the counter. One is ringing. One is getting the order. The other four are just taking up space. There are four more staff. One running the grill at a snail's pace. Two doing some sort of baking. The last one was just going in circles. Literally spinning in the same spot. I guess he was for air movement. There will always be a line. The wait for a bagel sandwich will run 15-30 minutes the wait to get the bagels you just ordered 5-10 minutes. The wait to get to order, since there is only one person taking your order and checking you out, will be 15-40 minutes. Yup. You wait in line. Four to six people doing nothing. Waiting for the one person to take your order, the take payment. Then someone will pick your order. Why the five stars... Their bagels are really good. It is a small family run business. They deserve everyone's patience and help. They need to pare down their selection. The top row should be a very very very large bin of plain bagels. The next row split between sesame, poppy, and asiago. The last row should have one rotating cheese, cinnamon raisin, and pumpernickel. Every time I have been in people ask for cinnamon raisin. Remove the tables and chairs. Take the order. Then make them pay when they pick it up. At least you have utilized one more floating person. Please bring in an adult or two to train the young staff. read more

This is a great local bagel place. They make a good breakfast sandwich and have a nice variety of bagels. Garlic is especially delicious! If you want to avoid the line, order online. They will have your order waiting on the counter with your name on it. All you have to do is grab it. It's super easy and efficient. I do delivery too and your breakfast will arrive pretty quickly. Anyone else notice the significant change to the size of the bagels. My recent bagels were thinner and the diameter was a lot smaller.

Have been here several times since they opened. Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING. Service was slow at first as they were getting up and running but they're making improvements each time we stop in. Staff is always friendly and conversational even with a line out the door. Only wish the stocked more sweet bagels , we've yet to get to try a chocolate ,cinnamon or blueberry. Wishing them lots of success !!! read more

Went there for a quick bite on Monday. I have gone there before and enjoyed my experience. This afternoon was awful. My bagel seemed chewy and they egg was runny and bacon overcooked. I really wanted to like this place. The first time I had a cheddar jalapeño bagel and it was mediocre. Since the reviews seem to be great I wanted to give it another try. This time I got the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was very chewy and within a short time it was hard. The cream cheese was good but no jalapeño taste.
