Fabulous Scones! Bought one this morning on our walk through Phoenixville and it has to be one of the best scones I've ever tasted.

260 is still getting its sea legs. That said, go in with a little patience and an appetite for the town's best baked goods, and you will not be disappointed. I've visited 260 Bridge Cafe a couple of times since it's opening, and each visit, I'm increasingly impressed by their operation. The opening of this much anticipated cafe has led to a ton of traffic - which is hardly a bad thing. Plus, it's not hard to get behind the incredible mission of this establishment. If you come to 260 Bridge Cafe, you must get a croissant. We snagged the last earl grey croissant during our last visit, and it was decadent and delicious! The croissants are the biggest I've ever seen, and they're always perfectly flaky. It's hard to select from all the tasty goodies on display, but I haven't had a single treat that wasn't a winner. Besides the croissant, I can vouch for the scrumptious matcha cookies and fruit danishes. The inside of this cafe is stunning. That said, it gets cramped quickly. There is an upstairs seating area that is only accessible by walking up a flight of stairs. There is an accessible entrance on the side, and there is limited, reserved accessible seating on the first floor. If you can avoid eating here, especially during peak times, I might suggest finding an empty bench nearby or taking your items to go. Again - the amount of business this place sees is a great problem to have. If their success maintains momentum, I could definitely see an argument for expanding their operations. They have everything from sweet to savory, family sized bread loafs to personal pastries. It's no pun to say visiting 260 Bridge Cafe is a real treat! My friend and I had a relatively pleasant experience at 260 Bridge. There is a plethora of bakery to choose from, and many are interesting and visually appealing. We also ordered coffee. As tasty as it was, it's difficult to justify the price in the pastries nor the drinks. We sat outdoors on the second floor, and the seating was nice and private. I like this cafe, but the price is outlandish, and I would not consider coming back. read more

We dropped by 260 Bridge Cafe this weekend and it's a nice bakery and coffee shop. They have a good selection of bakery items and coffee drinks. The store is clean and bright, so we got carried away a little and bought 10+ bakery items. The ones we tried are all pretty nice. Now some not-good parts, when we got in there is already a long line and it was moving pretty slowly. The ordering process is not efficient, as you can see from the photo, the food display is on one side but you need to order on the other side. So if you are ordering a lot of items, it's hard to remember all. And someone else will be bagging your item, which can introduce the wrong items. I'm obsessed with the croissants from Heart Stone Pastry and have been for a couple of years. I'm very excited for a retail option to be able to buy their pastries, since normally you can only get them at farmers markets. Aside from the fact that everything is delicious, their mission is outstanding. The space is beautiful and in a great location. I'm hoping they will stay busy for years to come. As this is still a new operation, please arrive with extra patience. It seems they are still working out some kinks. Not sure how I feel about this place. The drinks are on point but the pastries are tasteless. Last time I was there I bought a scone and it was huge but lacking lemon and blueberries. After going back this time I don't think I'll be going back. The lemon blueberry biscotti tasted like savory Italian herbs were added to which my son agreed. We also had a plantain muffin that was tasteless. Everything looks phenomenal but disappointing in taste. Everything is priced at $5 and it wasn't worth what we spent. OMG, I went for an early stroll on a Saturday with an out of town friend. We decided to stop here for a lite breakfast. The line was short and everything looked and smelled so good! I have waited years for there to be a bakery at this level in Phoenixville. The ambiance of the cafe is beautiful, clean and minimal. We stop by every week to pick up fresh bagels and their incredible sourdough bread. It's great that they have day-old pastries - our kids love picking a cookie or muffin from the basket. The staff is friendly and quick. I have never waited longer than a minute for my order. I'm so thankful that 260 Bridge Cafe is part of the Phoenixville community! My son recommends the campfire cookies and every pastry and muffin I have had was amazing! When they first opened they had a chocolate sesame cookie which was mind blowing! I just had a fantastic sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese from 260 Bridge Cafe and cannot wait to return. This is by far the best bagel in the area and a great addition to Phoenixville with a wide array of incredible looking pastries and breads that I cannot wait to return and try! That bagel though, I got it untoasted to try it fresh and it did not disappoint. A slightly crisp outside, with a soft, chewy inside --it was reminiscent of a great NY bagel. If I had to give any critique, I would say the prices are a touch high -- $5 for a muffin and $6.25 for a croissant make it hard to make this a daily spot to grab breakfast. But that bagel sure makes it tempting... The coffee is also solid and as an added bonus, 260 Bridge Cafe supports what they call "contributors": co-workers and volunteers with intellectual and developmental differences. While I've had good experiences at 260 Bridge before, the service I received today has me reconsidering whether I will return. The woman working the register, Mandi, was rude and very short with me and the special needs employees working there. She cut me off multiple times when ordering, didn't appear to want to be there and showed zero patience when handling an honest mixup with fellow employees. On top of it all, when arriving home I discovered the togo order I purchased was incorrect. I appreciate what this place wants to be and can be if the service improves. read more

The food and coffee and real good but they installed their front door in a way they EVERY single time the door closes it bangs so ungodly loud. Its so jarring. Its actually insane to me that the staff and/or owners dont recognizd this and do something about it. Even if you go upstairs, you cant relax or enjoy the space because of how loud the door bangs. i discovered this place recently through instagram, and decided to check it out! Every time I've come here I've gotten the strawberry milk matcha and it's so good! I also get a different pastry/baked item every time and they're all great as well. I always come here when I have time to wait because service is on the slower end but I personally don't mind at all.
