The inside is really cute and whimsical with pretty ample seating considering how small the place is. They have your pretty standard cafe menu with some specials as well! I got the salted bunnilla it was good pretty plain overall, I didn't taste of ton of the honey or salted vanilla. I'd love to try some more of their flavored drinks. I also got a cinnamon roll which was so good .... I would have loved to have it warmed up though. Everything was served fast and there were a lot of people coming in and out. The coffee is usually great, and I cringe at the stupidly large markups and just pay anyway, but this time was so bad I just can't ever come back. My coffee was an iced oat milk latte with no flavoring. Pretty simple. Had milk curdles all in it. Okay, whatever. Might ask for a new one, let's see how food comes out. Lady who very loudly asked me "WAS YOUR LATTE ICED OR HOT?" (weird) drops my açaí bowl on the table rather aggressively. Worth noting that when we talked in this woman yells "I'LL BE WITH YOU BOTH IN A MINUTE" and then rushes into the bathroom. Hungover maybe? Later overheard her saying that today was her last day. Guess we should have come tomorrow! Then my girlfriend's drink comes out. This is served in a glass, not a plastic like I got. How come they're in different cups? Both iced coffees, same order. Weird. This lady then proceeds to play with a customer's dog for a minute and a half while the only other two employees behind the counter are a manager and a trainee so everything is moving super slow. Girlfriend's food finally comes out. It's oatmeal, and it's COLD. At this point, I have to ask for my money back for that. K go to the front counter to tell the same lady what's wrong, and she just goes "WHAT'S UP?"- I tell her the oatmeal is wrong and then she says "I'm not the manager, I can't do that," instead of just gesturing or talking to her manager who was literally standing 3 feet away from her. Anyway, I get my money back from the manager, who profusely apologizes, then I sit outside with my latte and it's dripping everywhere since it's overfilled. Just wrong. The whole experience was wrong. And get this, people: a 16oz iced latte, a 12oz iced latte with an extra shot, a bowl of oatmeal, and a very small açaí bowl were FORTY-SIX DOLLARS. This place is SCAMMING YOU. Please go to 260 Bridge instead.

I happen to have the same name as somebody else there with different spellings. If they're not consistent on writing the name on the drink, then it is super easy to end up taking somebody else's. They also do not write what kind of drink it is so God forbid two people have the same exact name and a similar drink, you'll never know who's who's which can cause an issue with allergies. If they were consistent on braiding up names, and the order I probably would have bumped this to five star

The flavor was good and presentation was nice. The shrimp were small, but there was a generous amount which helped offset the size. The space is open and has a nice mix of tables and booths. There are a lot of large windows, and it was freezing on the day we went so the restaurant interior was also freezing. They do have a fireplace, which is a nice touch, but didn't help with warmth.
