This area has several Starbucks within 2 miles. This particular location is stand alone location with a drive through. The staff was very perky and friendly and seemed to know many of the regulars by name and had memorized their orders too. The customer area needed to be tidied up and products also needed to be restocked. The customer seating is horribly uncomfortable metal chairs, the outdoor seating is slightly more comfortable but not much. read more

Stopped here with my family for a breakfast treat before we did our taxes. The staff were super nice and made us feel welcome in their store. The store is much larger than most and has very comfortable seating. They made the wrong drink, but quickly made a new one and gave the the wrong one too! Bonus! Overall, I feel this place is a win. Customer service is hit or miss. One morning in the drive thru I had ordered a tall coffee in a grande cup with extra milk, which is pretty much my standard order at every Starbucks I go to in the colder months and it has never ever been an issue. The barista gave me a really hard time about it and wanted me to pay for a grande even though I only wanted 12 oz of coffee. She told me the policy was to charge for more than 4 oz of milk. I worked at Starbucks for a few years and this was never something I had heard of. Regardless, I wasn't asking for 4 oz of milk, maybe 3 at the most if it was filled to the standard amount in a grande cup, which I can tell you is not actually 16 oz. I ended up just getting the tall black coffee since clearly she couldn't be bothered to talk to me about it anymore. When they do have nice people working, it's a great experience. They usually make my iced coffee perfectly. read more

A slightly below average Starbucks hence the below average star rating. They were out of things and it was early in the day, the coffee tasted like mud and the staff was particularly "out of it". Usually at a Starbucks there's some millennial zombies working who don't know anything and then one employee who knows everything. This location seemed to not have the "knows everything" employee no one could answer my simple questions about the varieties of coffee and A question about the food that should've been easy dance. I asked if they could make me a pot of the blonde coffee and they said "no" because it was later in the day, I often ask them to do that at other Starbucks and they have no problem with that at all I realize they stop making the blonde earlier in the day. I was super friendly when I asked and they do it at a lot of other locations so it must be indicative of something else. I hate to be negative, I really do, but the place was also not really kept up. As far as cleanliness goes it was definitely a bit messy and no one was attending to it. There are definitely better choices for your money. read more

Love the staff and this is my favorite Starbucks. I feel like they WANT to be at work when they show up everyday. The issue, while small, surrounds the supply chain issues. I totally understand the need to purchase goods and supplies from approved vendors, but to be out of things like Splenda for weeks is too long. A branded item such as Splenda is easy to purchase 500ft away at Target, which is what I had to do to have it in my coffee when I visit several times a day. Again, I get the supply chain/approved product thing, but it doesn't apply to branded items that are available at the store. read more

While the staff here tend to be friendly, that doesn't make up for the excessively long waits and incorrect orders. I've given them a chance at least a dozen times because it's the closest drive-thru to my home. However, this place is the WORST when it comes to waiting. And it doesn't seem to matter whether it's 2:30pm on a Saturday or 9am on a Monday - the wait is FOREVER. And even after an order being completely inaccurate, I've never been offered a free beverage coupon like at most Starbucks locations. We were in the drive-thru when there were only 2 cars in front of us. It took 22 minutes for us to get ONE beverage! The car directly in front of us got so frustrated that she just pulled off when it was her turn to get her beverage -- and the staff didn't even notice!!! They tried to give us her order instead of ours! On another trip there, I ordered a latte. When I took a sip when I got home, I realized they had instead given me a black coffee! I drove all the way back to the store to get a latte and all I got was, "Sorry about that." No coupon, nothing. I've put in MULTIPLE complaints to Starbucks about this store but have seen little improvement. I've been to a LOT of Starbucks stores with wonderful service - this is NOT one of them! Unless you have 15-30 minutes to wait around for your drink, it would probably be faster to park and go into the Starbucks in the Target across the street. read more

It's a typical Starbucks and I always feel like I'm an idiot when I'm trying to order coffee here! I just don't get all the lingo that I suppose coffee aficionados use! Still, staff is friendly but I do find the service to be a bit slow at times. I find their coffee to be a bit on the pricey side and a bit stronger than I usually prefer. I do really like their hot chocolate! Still, this is a clean Starbucks with available indoor and outdoor seating along with a drive-thru. The parking lot is not overly big and during busy times, you just need to be extra careful. read more

I think this location does a great job, much better than Royersford with speed, card reloading is never an issue and I know how hard Starbucks employees work. My little cousin got treated awful at the Blue Bell location. Kudos to you guys! :) And to the guy who always remembers my name! Very nice people. read more

I understand all their drinks are made to order but I waited in the drive through 22 minutes to get my drink and I got there at 5:20 pm. The workers didn't even acknowledge how long I had to wait. Flies, Bad service, and bad coffee. Ofcourse there are a few nice employees, but the bad ones outweigh the good. I remember one time when an older gentlemen came up to get his drink and they had forgotten about it. They apologized to him and for compensation gave him the other drink that was waiting at the counter, which happened to be my drink! I could get over the bad service if there weren't an abundance of flies. I'm not talking one little fly, I'm talking about 6 flies EVERY TIME I GO THERE. Absolutely disgusting. This is my local Starbucks and I'm going to reconsider ever going back after dealing with one incredibly rude employee. One more than one occasion the older male employee has denied making decaf coffee. The first time it was in the evening and I was told they only make decaf in the morning. This morning I went in at 9:30am and was, once again, told they do not have decaf coffee and when I asked why I was yelled at by this man and told "we do not make decaf because no one drinks it" despite the fact that I was asking for it. I've always ordered decaf and this has never been a problem. Seeing other reviews, where people have been denied other types of coffee, it looks like this guy just refuses to do his job. My very sweet husband woke me up this morning to ask me what I would like from our local Starbucks. He wrote it down and repeated the order to man at the counter 3 times. He drove back home, with what he thought was an accurate order. A little disappointed I told him it was not the right coffee. Wanting to make it a nice Sunday treat for me, he drove back and reordered. There was no "sorry" for the inconvenience or coupon for the mistake, he was just handed another coffee. Nothing was written on it, so he hoped it was right. He got home and to my shock it was not even close to what I ordered!! OMG really! My poor husband, I didn't even have the heart tell him, so I drank it anyway. Full caffeine and everything, shaking when I was done, even though I ordered half decaf. After reading the reviews now I know that this will never be my Starbucks of choice. read more

They are very friendly here. Even through the drive through they are awesome. They have all of the new modern technology in the drive through as well if there is a hearing impaired person, so it could be very beneficial for that, it has a camera on the drive through screen. read more
