Love this little gem! Avocado toast was amazing! Pancakes were excellent!!! Coffee delicious! Great service and so cute inside! Hash browns not my fave, with they had home fries. Will come again!

Very friendly and attentive service. The interior well laid out with plenty of tables and not overly cramped. Nice to see them so busy. Coffee was a flavorful medium roast. My Philly Benedict was decent. Poached eggs cooked perfectly. Scrapple could use a bit more crisp and the English muffin way more time in the toaster. Hash browns could use more time on the grill too. Overall a solid breakfast close to home.

Came back to leave another 5 stars, because it's just that good! We tried a few additional menu items, and the lunch food was great. Service is quick, staff is friendly, and it's been busy every time we've come! Very bright and clean inside.

    Very cute!

The restaurant is small but bright and inviting. Our waitress Erica was happy and friendly. She gave great recommendations and kept my coffee cup full! I had the breakfast quesadilla. It was tasty! It came with sides of salsa and sour cream. My husband had the reuben. It had good quality corned beef (which is rare at sone restaurants). He had a choice of choice of sauerkraut or cole slaw on the sandwich. It also came with chips and a pickle. Parking is a little tight but worth it. Everyone was friendly. Prices were good.

I cannot say enough positive about this Cafe. We have been here twice in the past 3 weeks and our experience could not have been better. The service, would be rated a 5 star. You are greeted by pleasant servers, very attentive! A big shout out to Bobby Jo, Amara and Jay! The food, great looking dishes, one thing you notice right away is large portions, and nothing looks greasy, just extremely appetizing! 100% Delicious. We had eggs today, but our first trip here we had unbelievable french toast, their menu is amazing! So much to pick from. The fresh coffee has the best aroma, is so tasty! Another rating of 5 stars. Kudos to the chef! Ambiance.... A cute, cozy cafe, very welcoming! I would definitely recommend Rise and Shine Cafe. It definitely will be our go to for breakfast and lunch.

Avocado toast "California style" with a side of hash browns.

Wow! What a great breakfast spot. And that's coming from a guy who really doesn't like breakfast! Busy place on a Saturday morning and worth the wait. Our server Luis did a great job keeping our coffees and teas full, checked back often (but not too often), and was super friendly. His service was on point! The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. So get up early and check this place out.

Omelets are huge, presentation of crepes, waffles and French toast is so tantalizing. Egg Benedict has so many interesting variations. Good clean food, awesome atmosphere.

We visited this new cafe over the weekend and had a great breakfast at a reasonable price. Located right on Route 100 where Oori restaurant was formerly located, we were seated promptly with courteous service. The restaurant was extremely busy and the parking lot was nearly full. Our waiter Jay was attentive and explained that the owners are from Guatamala, so my wife naturally tried the Guatemalan breakfast which she enjoyed immensely. I had the Philly Benedict (two poached eggs with scrapple and hollandaise on an english muffin). It was a fun diversion from the usual eggs benedict, although I will probably stick with the traditional version next time. My only complaint was that the hash browns were a little basic. Hopefully this will be something they get dialed in as the restaurant matures. We also met one of the owners, who was a delightful woman to speak with. Second visit update - A friend told to ask for potato cakes as a substitute for the hash browns. That was the perfect tip!

I'll start with the positives.. the workers were really nice and the place was cute (grandma vibes…read more/quirky). Okay now onto the other stuff. When we went, most of their coffee specials were sold out. They're also dairy free but why don't they advertise that? We had people after us also ask for dairy milk too. We ordered one of their spring lattes and a cortado and the barista asked "hot or iced" for the cortado. I don't think I've ever had an iced cortado in my life. When i got my regular cortado (hot), it was in a 10-12 oz cup (look at my picture of the cortado cup vs my medium latte) and don't get me wrong.. i do love that because it's huge but .. as a coffee roaster... y'all don't do the typical cortado size? It was weird to me. Like they just opened a coffee roaster/coffee shop but don't really know the coffee basics? The espresso shot pulled was also pretty sour. I don't think I've ever had a bad shot with a coffee roaster shop but this one is an exception i guess. Spring latte was also not good. Syrup was nonexistent in flavor and latte was watery. If you were to come here & want a hot latte, just order a hot cortado. You'd get more bang for your buck.

The sandwiches were indeed the size of the palm of my hand (a woman who fits into a small/medium sized glove) and I did not find the bowls to be "oversized". My daughter's mini loungefly backpack can be seen next to the "oversized" bowl for comparison, with a typical sized keychain attached. I am an individual who enjoys eating at various establishments of all types (sans fast food chain establishments) and have no problem with paying higher prices for quality experiences. My personal experience stands that it was good, but not worth the cost. Had it been superior quality in comparison to other establishments and brands, I would have credited it as such. However- that being said, the customer service demonstrated through the review response demonstrates a lackluster quality in other parts of the business. As a leader/manager, especially one who deals in customer relations, one should consider feedback of all types in order to improve quality and future business performance. Hence I downgrade my review by a star and stand by my perspective that we will not be revisiting this establishment.
