Awesome local eatery. Standard diner fare. The pancakes are as big as your face and will send you home with a full belly!

Mom and pop type place with excellent pancakes! In the fall, their pumpkin pancakes are absolutely delicious!

Overall, pretty average breakfast food. Pretty slow service. Interior could definitely use some updating.

The breakfast was good, there are many omelets to choose from. I got tomato slices instead of home fries and the scrapple was delicious.

The breakfast is the best for the price you pay. Their home-fries are delicious . Plenty of food. The dining room could use an overhaul .

She was very pleasant and attentive but not intrusive. We both ordered custom omelets which were delivered quickly and were delicious! The accompanying hash browns were well cooked and nicely seasoned. Everything appeared clean and well maintained including the restrooms. We were not rushed and had an enjoyable meal.

Hubs and I went on an early, humid stroll in the park, to then take on breakfast. He was delighted by the surprise of a diner and me initiating the suggestion (as by my reviews, breakfast is not really My thing.). Except this diner is not Diner Breakfast! Way more!! We arrived today around 8:30am and were seated in the quiet back room. Our server attended to us quickly, was kind and cheerful throughout, and filled my husband's coffee to the brim multiple times. We ordered our breakfast and it took about 15-20 minutes to arrive. The food was so fresh!! Table orders included the Creamed Chipped Beef atop a Belgian Waffle with a side of Scrapple. And the Lyndon Benedict with Hash Browns. The chipped beef was creamy, not overly salted, actually pretty light. The waffle was fantastic. Slightly sweet, fluffy and thick! The scrapple, fried well. The Lyndon Benedict was so spot on! The hollandaise was well put, not broken not lemony, a nice accomplishment to the perfectly poached egg, with a gorgeous, bright orange, drippy center. Oozed to the sautéed spinach, well done bacon and puffy English Muffin (a real one- not Thomas's). Crisp potato bed of hash browns. This is not a greasy spoon, this diner is dynamite!! We loved our start to Sunday!!

I want to like this place really I do... Its design is…read moreAmericana right down to the 50's rockabilly soundtrack. The service is friendly, cheerful and welcoming. Booth seating is comfortable... But at some point you have to eat the food and that's where the wheels come off the pink Cadillac. I ordered a simple plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and "indulged" my love for pancakes with one. The overall flavor profile goals here appear to be bland as inspiration. No flavor, no effort beyond putting foodstuffs on a grill. The potatoes are sliced thin then they must be piled high in a corner of the grill waiting their turn to be consumed. Would it hurt to dice an onion or bell pepper to give your peeled russets some flavor besides oil? The pancake? Let's just say, Smuckers syrup in sealed plastic tubs like you were getting them at McDonald's or some fast food joint. Gross. The cakes themselves are lumps of glutenous goo that somehow have even less flavor than the bland home fries. This is a place that values quantity over quality, period. If you are a member of the "Clean Plate Club," you will leave with a full stomach of calorie containing food like substance. As a self-appointed American style diner lover, I have to say, steer clear. If you are in this area looking for breakfast and your only other choice the sad Michaels diner in Douglassville, this is marginally better but you will probably be just as happy if you go to Wawa for breakfast. Probably happier because your expectations will be properly aligned. This place is fun to look at but not to eat at.

I have experience with autistic children and he was perfectly well behaved he was just making sounds. The family was only seated for 10 minutes before they were confronted by the owner and hostess and asked to leave because of the disabled child's sounds being "disturbing" to other patrons. I can say will full confidence they were not disturbing us and we were seated directly across from them. This was discriminatory and disturbing. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life. The family was forced to take their food to go. I frequently come to three cousins but I will not be returning to this diner. This was a terrible thing to witness. very sad.

The night we were there, sweet pea soup, escargot, pierogis, mussels, arugula salad, filet mignon, John Dory, walleye, and a crab/pasta dish were on the menu. * Pricing is actually rather reasonable, between $14-22 for the app courses, and $32-52 for the 4 mains. It's BYOB, so that's a big savings as well. These sort of small scale restaurants that are a labor of love are getting harder and harder to find. The atmosphere is intimate, casual, and personal (fellow diners overheard that we forgot to bring a wine and they gave us an extra bottle they brought with them!). If you find yourself in Pottstown--as we did, make a point of going to Henry's. And ask Frank why he called his restaurant "Henry's"... (hint: it has to do with doors).
