A sweet scene across the street from the Colebrookdale Rail, we sat outside and enjoyed the quiet view. My husband ordered an Iced Caramel Fluff Coffee and my being on a chai kick lately, tried their small hot variety. Drinks came out quickly considering the line of patrons ordering and most of the indoor seating full. We sat with our number at a table outside. The brisk air was delightful and even more delightful was the rest of our breakfast. My husband ordered an Everything Bagel Sandwich with Cheddar and Sausage. He enjoyed it, said it needed some spice or sauce though. I was delighted in my pick! An Everything Bagel with the lemon-dill cream cheese. This cream cheese should be sold on its own! I'd purchase (or would love to steal the recipe!). The cream cheese was more a like a dip in consistency. Smooth, flavorful and light. This was inspo for me to try to make later and put on bagels, sandwiches and crackers (still thinking about eating it, lololol). What a wonderful start to the weekend! A local gem in Brakeman's!!

When we went, most of their coffee specials were sold out. They're also dairy free but why don't they advertise that? We had people after us also ask for dairy milk too. We ordered one of their spring lattes and a cortado and the barista asked "hot or iced" for the cortado. I don't think I've ever had an iced cortado in my life. When i got my regular cortado (hot), it was in a 10-12 oz cup (look at my picture of the cortado cup vs my medium latte) and don't get me wrong.. i do love that because it's huge but .. as a coffee roaster... y'all don't do the typical cortado size? It was weird to me. Like they just opened a coffee roaster/coffee shop but don't really know the coffee basics? The espresso shot pulled was also pretty sour. I don't think I've ever had a bad shot with a coffee roaster shop but this one is an exception i guess. Spring latte was also not good. Syrup was nonexistent in flavor and latte was watery. If you were to come here & want a hot latte, just order a hot cortado. You'd get more bang for your buck.

I went at 7:30 am so maybe the fresh ones didn't come out yet. I don't think I would go back... the Wegmans bagels feels a lot fresher (crusty outside and nice and chewy inside) even when I buy them in the afternoon. The best of this location is the service, the lady is very friendly and polite. The place looks clean and very well organized.

The 4 slices bacon were a thicker slice and nicely prepared. Home fries were too few and bit soggy but decent in flavor. The biscuit was not what I expected. Although fresh, it was not at all flaky and was more like bread than biscuit. Jelly requested came out in small paper cup. Coffee was fresh. Service was pleasant as was the decor. Come for the eggs. Do yourself a favor, and stop in this spot for any reason...a party, tailgating, dessert, Super Bowl, or perhaps breakfast for your kids some Sunday morning that you're not up speed from the night before is an idea...or you just need a pick me up from the days journey. I was super excited to see a franchise open up in Pottstown and made a trip to visit in hopes that they were as good as the original. They did not disappoint!!! Took them back home and heated them for a few seconds (we bought ours at closing time) and then added icing. Soooo yummy!!!! I recommend icing half with vanilla icing and the other half with peanut butter. They are large, so there's a good chance you can only eat a half at a time! Not sure if this location sells the minis individually or by the dozen but a mini is more realistic, at least for me anyway. The walnut and original are amazing too! If you like cinnamon rolls, this is the absolute best place to go!
