The service was friendly and cheerful, if overly sanitized.

I had to yell and shout to my wife just to have a chance to communicate. The bottom line is that we tried this place once and we will never return. I was super excited to see a franchise open up in Pottstown and made a trip to visit in hopes that they were as good as the original. They did not disappoint!!! I recommend icing half with vanilla icing and the other half with peanut butter. They are large, so there's a good chance you can only eat a half at a time! Not sure if this location sells the minis individually or by the dozen but a mini is more realistic, at least for me anyway. The walnut and original are amazing too!
