The manager lady was an arrogant know-nothing and got my order wrong and tried to argue why it wasn't as I expected it to be as I have received my entire life from other Dunkin' Donuts. What is going on with this location? Every single time I come to this place there's something new that's wrong. Whether they can't serve hot food items. They can't serve hot drinks. They're out of ice. This Dunkin' is located on Old National Highway near the Flat Shoals Road intersection and for the most part is your average DD location. I rarely find myself on Old National, but recently my GPS took me off the interstate and dropped me on Old National in effort to get me to Griffin a little quicker. When that familiar DD sign popped up, I had to swing in real quick to make my drive a little more manageable! Speaking of signs, I will say that this signage and building are hidden a bit by trees/bushes, so my turn in was extra quick as I noticed when I was right up on this place. I swung through the drive thru and ordered a basic Iced Coffee with a splash of skim milk. Service was solid once I received it. I was one of two cars in the drive thru and it took a few moments for anyone to acknowledge and/or take my order. Once they did though the process moved on without issue. While my coffee was not bad, it had way more skim milk than I preferred and asked for. I guess since I can't quantify "a splash" I can't be too upset...but I mean, come on. Overall, I got my iced coffee...so I am a happy camper. If I find myself on Old National again you best believe there is a chance that I will swing back through this location! read more

Sometimes I envy those who have a neighborhood Dunkin Donuts. They make the perfect cup of traditional coffee. 2 creams 2 sugars please and thank you. Shouldn't be a busy time but saw 5 cars lined up before the ordering window. Later I found out why. When it was my turn, the female voice from the speaker asked me to wait a minute. So I waited. After about 5~7 minutes of silence, I couldn't bear and spoke up: Me: "Hello?" Staff: "Sorry I forgot about you. How are you doing?" "Um....... hungry?" "Yes. What would you like to order?" So I ordered two Angus steak sandwiches and an iced tea. At pickup window, a female staff asked me to drive ahead into a parking stall and wait for a staff to bring my order out to me. I agreed and pulled forward to a spot. I waited - 10 minutes passed. I waited - 20 minutes passed. And I waited - 30 minutes passed. Then someone came knocking on my car window. Seeing him without my DD order, I asked what he wanted. Me: "How can I help you?" Man: "Hi, I am from Jehovah's Witness. How is your day, sir?" "Fine except this long wait for food" "I am sorry to hear that. Can I offer you this publication for you to read while you wait?" "..... sure, I'll take one." "Thank you, sir. God bless and have a wonderful day." I waited so long in the car, probably radiating emptiness from my eyes, that even a Jehovah's Witness personnel could sense my despair and came to help! God I wish I made that up but I wasn't! Unable to stand it anymore, I left my car and walked in towards the pickup counter: Me: "Excuse me, is my order ready?" Staff: "I'm sorry which order?" This is the absolute worst Dunkin' Donuts location. If you don't have a lot of time don't come here. I always have to come back through the drive-through because they either did not make my drink right, give me the correct food order or it's just the order is just wrong with bad service. The only reason I go is because it's the only coffee place open being that I have to be to work @6 am. When I tell you the service and coffee is terrible it's an understatement and this is coming from someone who isn't a big complainer and barely reviews anything or any place. They don't make the coffee right, They always fill the order incorrectly, you usually have to say hello to get someone on the drive-through speaker instead of being greeted first,they rarely open on time, they're always out of caramel flavor or something essential considering the type of restaurant it is, MANAGEMENT is horrible. I believe the manager is a woman with bright red hair. And even the few times I went on the inside they barely acknowledge you, you have to ask them the status of your coffee. My last strike here was when I placed a mobile order on the way to work and the drive-through line was too long so I went inside the girl looked up my order never said a word and here I am waiting an additional 20 minutes on top of the 20 minutes ago I had already placed an order I had to ask her what was the status on my order which then she tells me the coffee is being made....mind you not one person has asked me what's my name, acknowledged me, knowing I have been there the whole while waiting. I don't have a problem with them hiring the hood crew but new management needs to be in place. My coworkers at my job also have similar complaints about this exact same location. I would say at least 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong, and the service especially the drive-through is extremely slow and they could care less. I have vowed never to go to this location again even though it is the closest and most convenient on my way to work in the mornings. The service is so bad that I go out the way to another location who's management is professional and the store is much better ran, they actually make the orders correct, and the people are better trained in customer service And actually make you feel welcomed! Ok I felt a little daring today leaving the airport to stop at this location. I should have used better judgment going inside instead of the drive through. The three young woman inside were goofing off and one had her pants hanging off her but like a little thug. All of this while customers were there. Terrible experience. I simply ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants for $5 a medium mocha iced coffee and a small French vanilla coffee. When I arrived at the window the total was way higher then what she said in the drive through. I was charged for two large drinks and was overcharged for the 2 for 5 croissants. I typically love Dunkin Donuts but this one is situated in a impoverished neighborhood where the service is slow, orders are often incomplete and/or incorrect, and cashiers are rude. Customer service at the drive-thru in the morning is not a string suit for this branch. This location is frequently sold out of items, such as coffee rolls and donut fries, and will rudely inform you of such. I ordered a latte one morning and was informed that the location was out of whipped cream. The drive-thru line goes quicjly but there has been several times I have left the location with the incorrect breakfast sandwich, no napkins, burnt hash browns, and coffee made incorrectly. My total was 13.21 gave the employee 20.21 and never received my cash back. In a hurry I sent my husband to this location to obtain the funds and was told to call corporate. I was really surprised walking into the restaurant noticing that no one is wearing their masks correctly. This is so uneasy walking in looking at the employees fix coffee, prepare sandwiches etc without the proper protection on their faces. The most popular look was to have the mask on their chin not covering their nose or mouth, the next popular look was to not have one on at all. First we did a door Dash pick up order upon arriving and walking in they asked if we had a door Dash order we said yes they proceeded to hand us a bag without confirming it was even ours. We looked it wasn't the same name so it wasn't our order and told them it wasn't. They then began to tell us that has to be our order because my actual order someone else came in five minutes before us and got our order so our order was already picked up which is impossible we're not even from Atlanta we are from California. They proceeded to lie saying our order was THE EXACT SAME DOWN TO THE DRINK ORDERS, that our names were EXACT same. But they bag they handed me had no sandwiches or drinks? I call bull my last name is not even common with conjunction with my first name not being spelled commonly. We saw the name of the bag they try to hand us yes we had the exact same first letter in our name which is a K but our names were not the same in anyway her name was Kun (something) mine is Kai...so how? Reading is very important learn it. Granted they only placed last initials of our last names so we both had a T as our last name. The lady who took our order took all our drinks which had specific details to them as well as sandwich orders and a 50 count doughnut. The bag the lady took only had a 50 count donut no drinks added. We even showed them a receipt. After the manager came in and they proceeded to talk to us basically trying to tell us the order was already picked up they finally agreed to make us a new order after arguing with us. Horrible customer service how do you just hand someone a bag without confirming it's their order to begin with? They basically handed out a larger order to someone else and they took it gladly apparently because they got more food and drinks and what they originally ordered. We did a pick up order to save time but we ended up being there an extra 30 minutes. This was horrible for us because we already have a big party planned today for our daughter today and had our four month old twins waiting in the car with my mother. The only POSITIVE that came out of this was from the DoorDash company upon me calling while I was there they were able to confirm they handed off our meal to someone else without even verifying, they refunded our meal fully. This Dunkin lost out on some money today basically handing out free food to anyone. Hopefully the manager and her staff learned some manners as to not argue with your customers who are clearly in the right showing you their receipt showing it's not picked up and learned anyone who picks up their order needs to confirm it's theirs with the recipe on their phone. The slowest Dunkin' Donuts ever! Been stuck in line for 10 minutes. It's coffee and donuts I'm confused as to why it takes so long.

This is my favorite breakfast restaurant for on the good food. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. All the items on the menu that I have tried were excellent. The flavor ice teas are also excellent. Highly recommend this venue read more

Wack! First no masks being worn at all or properly on face. I'm in the drive thru so I don't notice until after waiting ordering and paying. They tell me they don't make frozen pumpkin spice drinks after I drove three miles for a frozen chai pumpkin spice so I settled for a regular iced coffee with pumpkin spice that tasted like warm flavorless milk. I have iced coffee everyday & during the fall I always have a pumpkin donut/munchkins. This is one of my favorite locations because they always make my iced coffee exactly how I like it & they always have pumpkin munchkins!!! Also the customer service is really good! read more
