Came here with my family and had a wonderful experience! Food is order at the counter with family style. Everything is totally customizable size wise and they have tons of options. We got a number of sides including the Mac and cheese, collarded greens, fries and queso- all were great! Meat is all by the pound we got the brisket, pulled pork and a sausage- all again very tasty. Service was great, the team walks you thru how to order anything and is super helpful with questions. Overall the resturant has a classic but upscale BBQ feel! Looking forward to trying Bar Lewis next!!

First time at Lewis BBQ and food was delicious, portion was large enough to share between two of us. Ordered the brisket which was very good, weren't huge fans of the hatch green chile sausage. Mac n cheese was great and portion size was great! We weren't fans of any of the 4 sauces but that's alright. Cost about $40 for the tray so definitely a treat yourself type of spot!

Service was great by my smoked wings weren't. While in Georgia decided to try out this bbq spot. We ordered Mac n cheese, collard greens, potatoe salad, ribs, brisket and smoked wings. The sides were good but I disliked the flavor and seasoning on the wings.

Super convenient free parking with beltline access. AC but not too cold. Delicious brisket and sides and really nice service. No trashcans so they have people that just clean and pick up so feel like my tip was paying for something tangible. Will definitely be back!

This is the best barbecue in Atlanta now. I had the chopped brisket, Mac and cheese, and greens. I touched up the greens and Mac with hot sauce, but it was good without it as well. The brisket was juicy, tender, slightly fatty in the best way, and seasoned to perfection. The place is spacious, and the ordering system made quick with of the mid sized line upon arrival. The staff was friendly and generous with their samples and recommendations. I don't have a single complaint. The next time I'm in town, I'm making a beeline to Lewis BBQ.

I have had the privilege to eat some amazing smoked meats over the last month. These folks are smoking some amazing meats here @ Lewis BBQ. Top tier they are crushing it. The Mac & cheese was great, definitely gotta have the French fries, they seasoned perfectly. Plenty of seating inside and out. Service was outstanding. Definitely running this back on my next Atlanta visit.

Lewis BBQ never disappoints I've been to all three Lewis Barbecue locations now, and this one in Atlanta--and I'm happy to say the food here is just as good as the OG. All the meats were cooked and smoked beautifully--super tender and packed with flavor. The sides were just as tasty and really completed the meal. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Brisket, pickles, Mac and Cheese, Collard Greens

The barbecue is delicious. The staff will walk you through the process. One tip: go for the fatty brisket not the lean. The wings are crispy and topped with a white sauce and lime. The collard greens and Mac and cheese make great sides. You will think the single is too small, it's not. You will be full, or at least I was. This is pricey BBQ so be prepared to pay more than a simple combo price. Everything is ala carte but not tapas priced. I may be back but it won't be often. I love a good deal.

This place is expensive but well worth it. Also, You have to park in a strip mall and take a breeze way to the back to find this place. Place is big on the inside and really clean. I ordered Bisket mixed, greens, ribs, and green chile sausage. The pickled pickles and onions help clean the taste buds. The greens are decent. Brisket is really good. Ribs are very good as well. Green Chile sausage is loaded with juices and cheese. The food is amazing but I cannot eat like this too often.

One of the best BBQ spots in ATL - I did a back to back brisket taste test with another highly rated spot (hint: it's korean fusion) and Lewis was far better in my opinion. More moist, better salted, and better flavor. My main critique with Lewis' brisket is that the texture is a little lacking. The brisket didn't necessarily hold together well when I started to cut it. It kinda just started to fall apart. The green chile corn pudding was alright - I wish it had more of a kick and a bit stronger flavor. For ATL, this is 5 star BBQ that is more along the lines of Texas style BBQ, but I think by Texas standards, this is mid/upper-mid range BBQ (still good by any means, but competition in Texas is tough). I took my order to-go and they packaged it very well! The meat was wrapped in parchment paper, and then wrapped again in saran wrap. All the sauces were labeled and we were given a plentiful amount of sauce. The OG sauce is good! Would recommend that one for sure. Despite my strong opinions, I would still return to Lewis to try more of their meats. It is, after all, probably the best BBQ in ATL and is the closest I can get to a taste of home. Glad that some real BBQ has finally landed here!

This is our new BBQ spot! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. The lean brisket is honestly the best I've ever had. We also tried the sausage, and it was just as good. I can't recommend this place enough. The mac and cheese was extra cheesy with a perfect baked layer on top. The green beans and collards weren't our favorite, both had a strong vinegar taste. But I'm not deducting any stars because the rest of the meal was that good! There's plenty of free parking in the large strip mall lot. Plenty of outside seating. We ordered online for a 3:30 pickup time, arrived at 3:25, and our order wasn't ready until 4:00 -- but it was worth the wait.

What a treat! Love the buffet style food service line where you can see everything in front of you and choose what you want from there! All the meats I ordered were scrumptious! The hot guts sausage, the chopped brisket and the pork ribs. I will say the pork ribs were super fatty, so maybe an opportunity with trimming the meat a bit more. Also bummed we didn't get to try the turkey (was sold out), as I hear it's a fan fave! Pro Tip: order the green chile corn pudding! Actually order 2!!

The 2 people in the store when we went were extremely friendly and very helpful with all the options from the menu. It was so good that we came back a 2nd time to grab some before we got on the plane, and again, it hit the spot. Shame on me as I usually take photos but didn't this time, as we all went straight to eating once back in the car. We drove downtown specifically to try out this spot - paid $8 for parking in the lot next to the building. Front space Clean fun inviting feel with handwritten notes on wall. Service: The young lady helping was nice, but we waited at least 10 minutes before she came to the front to greet and assist myself and another customer before me. No pudding available Cobbler: had barely any crust (iyktyk) and the filling could use improvement. I think we were also supposed to get ice cream ? If so we didn't get it. I got the cinnamon roll with apple butter. I thought it would be throughout but it was on top, and the roll itself was a little dry. Purchase 2 peanut butter cookies that were huge for my son. Not sure how they were but he didnt complain so I assume they were good.

We saw some of the really cute things in the window, so we walked in and it did not disappoint. The place was filled with chocolates macaroons and a whole bunch of pastries. You could also order a whole variety of espresso drinks and lattes, etc. It even had a really cute seating area directly outside, but if you could fit yourself inside, there was some bar seating as well. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I guess I must've written it off due to the parking situation, and I honestly would've never visited, but a friend suggested coming here, so here I am. It's very, very limited parking. I'm not sure if we're *allowed* to park in the nearby parking lots, and I didn't have to, but if there's only like 6 spaces with barely enough space for cars to pass through entering and exiting... idk, it's not for me, esp when Doraville can get v traffick-y and the turn lanes are just waiting. Interior wise, it's cute. It tries to invoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic with the shoji panels, all the wood and light, the fake flowers, and I don't hate it. It's a fine place to sit and chat, though I feel bad for others who want to visit because again, the parking here sucks. I got their black sesame latte float with a matcha and sakura (seasonal flavor) swirl. The sakura was sweeter than anticipated and not floral, which was a bit disappointing since I didn't like it alone or mixing with the matcha flavor. The black sesame portion was fine. I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.

We went to the amazing Atlanta aquarium, and the Yard is a short walk away. The menu is a good size, and there are a good variety of options, we had a hard time choosing. It was not very busy during our visit, considering how involved the shakes are to make, we did not want too long. Our group of three each got a milkshake jar. They are pretty pricy, you do get to keep the jar. I had the salted Carmel cheesecake. There was a bit too much whip cream. The shake itself was very good. It was topped with a peice of cheesecake, which was still frozen. I was not a fan of it frozen, we ended up taking some of the dessert toppings home, and the cheesecake was good later. I was surprised my niece did not finish her Brookie Batter, she said it was too chocolate. I tried it, and it was too intense with the cocoa. They had a washing station if you get a jar shake to clean it and take it home.
