Chicken pancakes were VERY GREASY. Did not care for the Almond Chicken. Crab rangoons and shrimp and pineapple fried rice were edible. Unfortunately that is the nicest thing I can say about our takeout order. Throwing the pancakes and chicken out. read more

I bought a gift certificate for $15 off a minimum purchase of $30 on 10/27/15 with no expiration date. Today the restaurant declined to honor the certificate. And apparently their heating system is broken because they were using space heaters. The only other time I had been here the A/C was broken and they had a portable A/C that only managed to keep one table cool. We were sweating through our dinner that time! The environment, atmosphere, and customer service are a definite 0 star. We will definitely not be coming back to this restaurant. read more

So sad bc I drove all the way from Arlington bc it said it was open and when I showed up the doors were locked. It's okay though because I ended up going to What the Pho next door and it was delicious. read more

Took my family in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was busy! Ordered Pork and Shrimp Dumplings, Signature Dumplings, Pork Belly and Garlic, and the Pig Ears. Kids had Chicken Soup and Fried Chicken Appetizer. All were outstanding. Probably the best Chinese food meal I have had in years. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend to anyone looking for some amazing dumplings. read more

We love this place. The dumplings are amazing. Never a wait for a table but we come early.

My parents brought me here. Very authentic dumplings! Chicken and mushroom are soooooo good! The beef and Chinese choice dumplings are also amazing! The dumplings are moist and flavorful, definitely on par w some of the best I've had. Green onion pancakes are a great side item! If you are in the area this place is worth checking out!!! read more

grabbed takeout from here yesterday night. I remember dining here when I was last here and it was a lot better then. not saying it isn't good now, but the details just aren't there any more. service was fast and good. I didn't dine in so I don't know how they're handling social distancing and all. read more

We came for dinner on Thursday and seated right away. The place was nice, clean, and we liked their choice of music... :-) All dumpling orders came with 8 pieces for steamed and 10 pieces for fried. So yes, they are meant to be shared. We went ahead ordered cucumber in garlic sauce (cold plate), steamed pork & chinese chive dumpling, fried beef & onion dumpling, steamed pork & green onion bun (guo bu li), and noodle with soy bean paste (zha jiang mian). We thought their steam pork & green onion bun was mediocre; it seemed oversteamed and lacked the airy/fluffy bun texture (3*). Their steamed pork & chinese chive dumpling was juicy, had good flavor, but we thought the skin could be better (4*). The noodle with soy bean paste was pretty good; it was better than Bulldaddy's version, but not as good King Noodle's (4*). We all enjoyed their fried beef dumpling and the cucumber cold plate the most; they were definitely the highlight of our dinner (5*). Service was great during our visit. We will definitely be back now that we know what to order! read more

We discovered this place by accident because the place we were originally ordering from was closed. The food is excellent! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh. The dumplings are seriously so good. Their portion sizes are large. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Plano area! read more

I love the hot pot fish dish. It's a must try. We also like the fried tofu, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the crispy squid is amazing as well. I would come back for sure! read more

Love the dumpling. That's about it! I've tried other dishes and they are over priced and not so good. Ordered walnut shrimp. Shrimp was all breaded and could not see the shrimp and they mixed small shrimps. read more

I ordered Chinese Zhajiangmian/noodles & fried pork buns to go. The buns were not bad(though not the best) but I am very disappointed w the Zhajiangmian. The texture of the noodles were sticky and not very tasty. The source that go with the noodles did not have any meat in it and was too sweet. I would not order the Zhajiangmian anymore. read more

It was my wife's first time to try dim sum. This place was awesome for that as we had plenty of selections. Food was excellent and service was just right. All items were served hot and taste was what you would expect. We will be back. She and I both enjoyed. read more

This was my first time here and honestly it wasn't enjoyable. My group and I came in tonight to eat since I have never been there. We come inside and we were seated, it took about 5 mins to take our order with little business at the time. Finally we order our food, time goes by and still no food. Almost 45-50 mins later we find out they never put our ticket in for our food. We were all upset at this point; debating on leaving we get our food about another 10 minutes later. The quality was okay but the health standards were below average. I saw an older lady who served us wipe her nose with her hand and proceed to get rice out of the rice cooker. Now I don't feel like coming back to here again until the standards are better and the food comes out in a reasonable pace. Also after waiting for that long they didn't even try to compensate for there mistake just made us pay like normal. read more

So I visited dumpling house the second week they were open, no A/C, no sign for it either, anyway, my family and I weren't in the mood for dumplings so we all got noodles instead while we sweated like pigs. Food 3/5: Avoid the beef tendon appetizer, they did not add oil or anything to it so the meat came out dry and lack in flavor, pig ears were spicy although it doesn't say on the menu. Beef lo-mein was really bad, it's been a week since my visit so I forgot what the problem was but none of my family members wanted to eat it. Their beef noodle soup wasn't bad at all, i'd come back for it, shredded chicken cold noodles was good, noodles with soybean paste is so flavorful that you really should only be using half the sauce they supply, and there weren't a lot of noodles in the bowl. Service 1/5: So many things went wrong, I hope they improve with time. We started off ordering 3 plates of appetizer, out of the 3 they said they only had pig ears, so we added the tendon to that order, our tendon comes a while later, and they tell us actually they're out of pig ears, so we said to forget the pig ears.... Our dishes came out one by one, except for the beef noodle soup, which is what my dad ordered, while the rest of us were finishing up our food we asked the waiter how much longer for the beef noodle soup, they said it was coming, when it finally came out for my dad the rest of us had finished our plates... So i'm pretty sure they had forgotten that order till we mentioned, anyway, we finished eating and asked for our check and the pig ears that they supposedly ran out of came out! We were already done eating and had to just pack it to go, the constant cluelessness of the staff was unbelievable! I might be back just to try their dumplings, hopefully we get a server who knows the menu and what they have or don't have, although I always assume you should have everything available that's offered on your menu but what do I know. read more

It's alright. Busy place. Food came around enough but the service wasn't always the greatest.

Go here if you have money to burn. Food is good. Not great. $10.95 for a bowl of average quality beef noodle soup, is highway robbery. And it's not even a big bowl. I will say, they earned the 4 stars for their onion pancakes. Those were very good and well made. They also only cost $4, which was reasonable. Everything else was good, but NOT GREAT. Not worth the prices they are charging. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

My friend and I went here for a girls night out. I have seen the reviews on yelp and I love finding new Chinese Restaurants. We arrived around 8pm. The restaurant looked like it just finished its Friday night rush. I did see a clip board with names crossed out by the waiting area. We waited a couple of minutes and a young lady came up and asked us how many. We were sat immediately and asked what we wanted to drink. The menu has several different items. Some are the typical American Chinese menu items and others more traditional. One of my favorite appetizers is the sliced pig ears/sliced beef/cucumbers. I saw them listed on the appetizer menu so I got excited. My friend and I could easily order everything on the menu. When the lady returned and asked us if we were ready. I immediately asked if they offer a combo appetizer and before I could finish my question she abruptly said No. Ok no problem. So we ordered : Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumplings Bamboo shoots with bean curd and Pork Szechuan Chicken with garlic The food came out quickly and hot. The dumplings came out a few minutes after the main dishes. The dumplings were fantastic! The bamboo/pork dish was also a winner. The chicken was our least favorite. It was good just not fantastic like the other two dishes. As we left, we agreed that next time we are going to order more dumplings. Glad they are good at their name sake. This restaurant word work great with a bunch of friends. That way you can order a bunch of different dumplings and sample them all. Will definitely be back! read more

Best dumplings I've had. Tried cabbage and egg dumplings and OMG it's irresistible. Would recommend it to all dumpling eaters. I'll visit again for sure! read more

This place is a hidden gem! The dumplings here are AMAZING! Found this place on yelp and figure we'll try this out. We really enjoyed their dumplings and the beef burrito. It comes with two wrapped burritos for $10.99. Must eat it while it's still hot. This will not taste good as left overs. Their lo mein is okay. read more

House buns were great. Dumplings were good and reasonable as to price. Will go back.

Best dumplings but also has great fried wontons and generals tos chicken. Fried white rice was good. Ordered Togo twice from here and both times it was super fresh and great! read more

Very tasty fresh dumplings. Shrimp and pumpkin did not disappoint. If I'm ever through there again I will order more.

Goubuli buns are there signature thing, and are very good. Didn't try much else, so can't say anything about the rest. The buns come both steamed and fried, so we tried one order of each. Flavor of the filling is the same (predictably) -- personally I preferred the steamed, but I think most people would prefer the fried? The steamed buns are a little bit lighter tasting, fwiw. I was told the dumplings here are excellent as well, but didn't actually try them. Warning: service can be quite slow here, which is kind of annoying, but the food's pretty good, so... read more

Yum. The bao are a little softer than others and don't include the traditional barbecued pork. Service is efficient and quick, the bao were good sized and lots of them, and the steamed dumplings were also plenty. Everything tasted great. read more

Just recently made bed close by and one of the first things we do is try and find a good Chinese food restaurant to order. Usually we have several strikeouts in the process but not this time! Our first try and we found our spot! We ordered the fried pork and scallion fried dumplings, beef and onion buns, beef broccoli and walnut shrimp. All the food tasted great and the portion size is very generous the only criticism I have is the more dumpling sauce with the order please hubby and I kinda fought over it lol read more

We try out this place due to recommendation from a co-worker. Food and service were surprisingly good. Location may be a bit challenging to find. Beef pancake was very juicy. Steam dumplings were very good too. They have variety of dumplings (Beef, chicken, fish, pork, shrimp, veggie). Ask for weekly special dish, normally 50% off regular price and you get to try the new promotional dish. We also love the BYOB as well. Ms. Wendy is our favorite waitstaff. She is quick and attentive. Service can be slow on Friday night after 7 pm due to full house and only 3-4 wait staff handling dine-in service and to-go orders. read more

My daughter took me here for an early Mother's Day lunch. We had both been looking for someplace that served buns and dumplings. So we ordered shrimp and pork dumplings and ground beef and onion buns. Both were little pockets of heaven for your mouth. They also had lunch specials and we ordered Mongolian beef to go for dinner. The lunch special comes with soup and egg roll. We are the soup there and it was perfection. Spicy and beefy broth goodness. If you want dumplings and buns, this is the place for you! I will definitely be a regular. They also have buns and dumplings frozen to take home for later. read more

This is our second time. The first time we came on opening day and loved the food, but it took over 2 hours to get our food. We decided to try again and were greeted and seated immediately. Our waiter was fast and efficient. The green onion pancake was taking too long and we had a movie to catch so we had to cancel that dish - the manager gave us 10% off for the trouble! Such unusually good service for an authentic Chinese place - still picking my jaw up off the floor. Food 4 1/2 stars - pork and Chinese chive fried dumplings were amazing, as was Mongolian beef. Goubuli bao were good, spicy beef noodle soup was ok, as was the tendon. Nothing bad. Jasmine tea was excellent and kept hot and refreshed with hot water frequently. We'll definitely be back. read more

Food wise, 5 stars. Service wise, needs improvement. Very authentic Chinese food. Dumplings is good, I love that they have a wide variety. We had the pork & shrimp dumplings, get them panfried, they were huge & juicy. The other vege dishes that we liked were the eggplant in a spicy sauce. The best we had! String beans with ground pork was fabulous too. Beef noodle soup with tendon had a good flavor broth but the tendon was not stewed long enough, thus it was like rubber. You couldn't even eat it . The only reason I knocked them Down one star is the service. Only one waitress that evening, had to wait a while to order. read more

The shrimp dumplings and brocolli chicken tasted fantastic. Coming back to try more.

Service is somewhat slow and they charge a bit more than the typical asian reataurant. I have to admit the food is good as it isn't the typica Asian America food as they make authentic Chinese food. Knocking off 2 stars for service and price. read more

My favorite is the Jalapeño, Cilantro, Chicken Fried Rice. It is the best! Love this place

I got the Mongolian beef and fried rice. Ordered for pick up and it was done quickly. Went in and he suggested I get dumplings next time, and I will! I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. I'm sure they upped their game and corrected whatever was going on.
