I loved this place: got the pot stickers, pork buns, beef noodle soup and wonton soup and they were all home runs. I love the ambiance of where the food truck is: a nice picnic area with other trucks and a beer garden which made a truly fun and eclectic experience. The lady who helped was very friendly and gave good advice on what to eat because we were suffering from paralysis by analysis; even though we were stuffed we had to get the donuts and they were awesome. I ran into this food truck when we were at Goods. The lady that works on the food truck was so nice! I am a vegetarian and they had a couple items that would work for me. I purchased the spring rolls which were super tasty and the portions were good and it did not take too long to get my order. Hands down my favorite place to go eat at in Bellingham. The noodle soup is so delicious, the dumplings are fantastic, even the donuts beat most any donut shop I've ate at. There's nothing on this menu short of stellar. The pricing here is so affordable. Ten dollars for a huge bowl of amazing tasty and filling noodle soup is a steal. I could get a much more mediocre bowl from any other Pho shop in town that costs more and be less satisfied. This place is the best. Also the owners are so friendly and service is quick even when they're packed. Plus the location right next to goods is hard to beat. My partner and I are here at least once a week. Highly recommend if you live in the area and want a great spot to grab some food and have a beer at. This place has ALL THE STOPS HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.s. This is the only place in Bellingham that does tofu proper justice. It's thin, well textured, and tasty. So so so good for any veggie people out there. read more

The service was quick and friendly, the menu was clear and posted easily within sight. There's plenty of picnic tables for seating both covered with heaters and uncovered.
