The last time we went was a prime example. For one thing, when you ask a patron whether their gluten-free option is an allergy or a preference, it can come off very rude the way it is ask. If someone wants something gluten-free, then it should just be made gluten-free. No questions asked as that is rather intrusive. The second thing is we were eating lunch and there were about eight other people in there. It was 2:05. We didn't realize what time it was. They could've simply said. "Hey we're closing in the dining room" and we would have left. Instead they started putting up chairs and mopping the floor. There was an elderly couple in there, and I am on crutches due to A knee surgery. We all had to leave over wet floors and they seemed to care less. Even locking the front door and asking us to walk down the wet hallway with no rugs to leave. It was merely 2:10pm. They were downright rude and could've cared less for the patrons safety.

There is bar top seating too. I ordered the breakfast bowl and it was a lot of food. My husband got the biscuits and gravy, with 4 eggs, and a pancake on the side. Whenever we were done with a plate, it would be picked up by whichever staff was walking by. The waiting space is the only downfall. There is really only space for two to three people to wait for a table inside, comfortably. The staff have a waiting list that asks for phone number. We were called when our table was ready. Once seated, our table was right next to the door and there was someone constantly squeezing in the waiting space about 2 inches from the back of my chair. This was kind of annoying while trying to enjoy brunch. I think the staff should encourage people to wait outside or in their car and assure them they will be called to lessen the crowded entry space/first table.

The All-American Burger consisted of grilled onions, American cheese, a special sauce, bacon, lettuce, tomato on a buttered toasted bun with fries. The burgers were pretty big in patty size and we all finished our food with no problems. I'm glad we came here instead of spending over 100$ on 3 meals at the zoo!!

The regular cinnamon rolls are huge and I can understand why they are 2/$10. However, instead of a drizzle of icing, I would have liked the whole cinnamon roll glazed with icing. IMO, there was not enough icing to roll ratio. The bread pudding was good and not overly sweet, it is $7 a piece. I really enjoyed their pop tarts, especially the strawberry flavor. The honey wheat bread is good, but thought it was a bit expensive at $10/loaf. Will try some other items in future.
