Fast forward to last week, They sent me another free donut deal so I decided I needed to try them. I went in with my son who has the biggest sweet tooth and he picked out four giant donuts. They also had buy one get one free for dog donuts. They were actually just dog treats shaped to resemble a donut. We picked out the Maple bacon, Maple Pecan, Powdered donut filled with raspberry and the French Toast that is one of their most popular. I also got a coffee. All the donuts were so big! The place is cute and clean. I am always on the go and couldn't stay but there are plenty of seatings and a comfy looking couch I would have loved to stay and chill on that couch! Staff were friendly and service was fast. There are so much to choose from, and I appreciated donuts had labels and a very brief description of what they taste like or what they have in/on them. I tried French toast (it said most popular), maple bourbon and a keto friendly cherry chocolate. My favorite was French toast. The dough had many layers it was like chewy (in a good way) croissant...yum! The cold brew I ordered was good, too. I had it with no sugar and it was a good combination with sweet donuts! Maple bourbon was not bad but I didn't taste any of maple or the bourbon. Keto one was also good but it was more like a cake donut and the consistency was understandably different from the regular ones. I do appreciate though, that they offer a few different keto friendly donuts as well as GF options. 3 donuts and a medium cold brew was a bit over $16 which is not too bad in my opinion. :) I'd definitely go back to try other donuts! read more

So I am not one to grab a donut from break box at work but these looked too good to pass up! I had half of the blueberry Hill and the Churro. The Blueberry Hill tastes like the most decadent toaster strudel in the best way possible. The Churro almost reminded me of a Beignet. Absolutely fantastic! I try to watch my sugar intake with an exception for special occasions and these donuts are without a doubt a special occasion. So excited that this location is finally open! Waited 90 minutes in line during the Grand Opening, not too shabby for showing up around 10:45 am. Once you make it to the checkout, the only thing you will wait for are hot breakfast items or coffee/tea. I really appreciated the sample of the cinnamon sugar mini while waiting in line outdoors. The decor inside is very cute, definitely parlor vibes. Lot of tables to eat at and even a few games to play near the couch area. Every employee was positive & helpful. Opening days can be stressful! I didn't feel rushed when I finally got the chance to order. They were keeping up with demand well. They were not out of anything that I could readily tell. Every doughnut we tried was amazing. If you've never had a layered doughnut before - you are in for a real treat! They are easily my favorite type of doughnut. I truly don't think you can do wrong with a choice here. I can tell this is a popular bakery. Their donut flavors all look really tasty. I tried the turtle cheesecake donut. The cheesecake topping was delicious. The donut itself held something too be desired. They are different and not a traditional cake or yeast based donut. These are more cronuts in a croissant like design. They are flaky and layered like a croissant. The taste was good, but it did have a lot of sugar on it. It made my teeth hurt with out sweet it was. They also offer vegan and keto donuts. This is a nice option for those on dietary restrictions. I got a strawberry shortcake vegan donut. These are more the traditional cake donuts. They are smaller and more expensive and only come in a select flavor of glazed toppings. It tasted good. There is a lot of seating inside. They also offer coffee and some beverage options. Amazing donuts! They're all a cronut style - flaky on the inside, crusty and sugary on the outside. They have about 15-20 different flavor options. I really like the fruit based ones (lemon, key lime, strawberry) because they taste fresh and authentic - not a fake-fruit taste. Stopped in an hour before close, space is much larger than expected with plenty of seating! One donut type we were hoping to try appeared sold out but the worker explained they could make it in the back. My boys each got a full sized donut while I got two mini jelly filled (one for me and one to take home to hubs). The mini was at about 4 big bites for my mouth was more than enough. We sat down and then actually left because we had no idea how to eat the full-sized donuts in store and only live a mile away. The kids ate theirs with a fork and knife. My youngest age (6yo, churro) scarfed it down while my oldest (11yo, cookies n creme) ate half then said it was too big and made his stomach hurt. I can't believe he said they should've shared something lol. Ok this place is a must. I got two donuts- the French toast and the peanut butter cheesecake. I enjoyed both of them and got a dog donut. My dog loved her donut, and the two I got were amazing. The service is great here too. The staff are very attentive and even a big line with a couple dozen people in it moves very quickly. The shop is very large and has a new relaxed feel to it. I bit into the strawberry frosted and the allergy symptoms kicked in immediately, so unfortunately was unable to try it. Likely just the nature of their open, shared case set up. I also noticed that the tongs seemed to be shared/used with all the donuts, so that may also contribute to cross contamination. I normally do not have this experience at cafes with similar set ups, but just wanted to share my experience. The person I shared these donuts with has no food allergies and enjoyed them. The little ones have been begging to try Parlor since their grand opening, but I wasn't about to stand in line for over an hour for some donuts The wait today was reasonable, we stood in line for about 20 mins and that was the longest anything took. The donuts are fresh and they got our sandwiches out pretty quick. We ordered the spinach pesto sandwich and breakfast tacos, both were good. The donuts aren't donuts in the traditional sense, they're croissants with toppings. The kids loved theirs, I was underwhelmed. I was hoping since they were croissants I might actually like them, but no luck. The inside is bright, lots of natural light, a bit loud, and they have a cool old school jukebox playing beats. We love this new place but today was such a let down. How can you go wrong with two simple orders of tacos? First, they forgot to serve both orders. After 15 mins of waiting, we reminded them then they started on the order. After 10 mins, they served us only 1 order. We had to remind them again about one more missing order which took an additional 10 mins to make. That was served without any apology whatsoever. Just handed the bag to us. Please management, do better on hiring/training people who are willing to work, greet customers, and apologize for any mistakes...Customer service is very important.
