We are new to the neighborhood and this is dangerously close! The doughnuts are huge and just so airy and fluffy. We introduce any family and friends staying with us to these doughnuts and everyone loves them! We usually cut the doughnuts into fourths because they are so big. All the flavors we tried so far we liked. My favorites have to be the french toast and peanut butter cup. If you are a frequent visitor like myself, I recommend signing up for their rewards program and app!

If you're a breakfast foodie or doughnut fan, you need to give Parlor Doughnuts a try! Their layered doughnuts are an awesome switch up from the traditional cake or yeast doughnuts! There are so many different flavors & options, & you're guaranteed to find something for everyone here! I was a big fan of the Sandy Beach! The service is speedy & the vibes are great whether you're grabbing doughnuts on the go or chilling out in the cafe with friends! They also offer breakfast options for those craving something more savory like the breakfast tacos & breakfast sandwiches!

Absolutely scrumptious layered doughnuts. If you're in the area, you've probably already been. If you're not in the area, GO... NOW! These really, really are some of the best I've ever had. It's that simple. The only small miss was the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Too "bready" which diluted the main sandwich ingredients. But the sausage biscuit was dense and savory and wonderful. But still, I'm thinking about those doughnuts. There's so many more to try!

The place was swamped by locals heading out to try this new coffee/bakery. The high school kids were working as quickly as possible, but still had to wait about 20 min to get to the counter. It is located in Middlebury Crossing next to Delaware library. Clearly This area is starving for good local joints. Enjoyed the box of 10 minis with the dip. Got to try 3 different kinds and it was the perfect bite since a regular donut is huge!

So excited that this location is finally open! Waited 90 minutes in line during the Grand Opening, not too shabby for showing up around 10:45 am. Once you make it to the checkout, the only thing you will wait for are hot breakfast items or coffee/tea. I really appreciated the sample of the cinnamon sugar mini while waiting in line outdoors. The decor inside is very cute, definitely parlor vibes. Lot of tables to eat at and even a few games to play near the couch area. Every employee was positive & helpful. Opening days can be stressful! I didn't feel rushed when I finally got the chance to order. They were keeping up with demand well. They were not out of anything that I could readily tell. Every doughnut we tried was amazing. If you've never had a layered doughnut before - you are in for a real treat! They are easily my favorite type of doughnut. I truly don't think you can do wrong with a choice here. My favorite was the bourbon Carmel & my husband's churro. Looking forward to making this a routine stop, as well as trying more hot breakfast items & coffee! My puppy was a huge fan of the Pawlor (dog) doughnut and his stomach seems to be doing well even after eating the entire thing!

An excellent place for donuts! I came in mid-morning on a weekday so there was no line. There were so many great options to choose from and the penny tiling was beautiful inside. My partner loved that they were a hybrid of a croissant as it's his favorite. We will definitely be back again.

The space is large with a lot of seating. When I stopped by it was very busy, waited about 30 minutes in line. However, in my opinion the wait wasn't worth it. The vegan/gluten friendly option was a miss in flavor and texture. They do glaze them fresh which I thought was nice but I didn't finish mine. A lot of people seemed to like the regular donuts so I'd love to see a new vegan donut that is tasty and looks great.

Stopped in an hour before close, space is much larger than expected with plenty of seating! One donut type we were hoping to try appeared sold out but the worker explained they could make it in the back. My boys each got a full sized donut while I got two mini jelly filled (one for me and one to take home to hubs). The mini was at about 4 big bites for my mouth was more than enough. We sat down and then actually left because we had no idea how to eat the full-sized donuts in store and only live a mile away. The kids ate theirs with a fork and knife. My youngest age (6yo, churro) scarfed it down while my oldest (11yo, cookies n creme) ate half then said it was too big and made his stomach hurt. I can't believe he said they should've shared something lol. Pros: tasty, reasonably priced, huge (if you like that) and love the "mini" option Con: messy but I maybe that's part of the fun‍

Unexpected stop at Parlor Doughnuts in Powell, Ohio was amazing! This wasn't a planned stop it was more of a drive by and my husband noticed the place. I am so glad we decided to go inside because this was one of the best doughnuts I've ever eaten! I don't just recommend this place, I'm begging you to stop and try it!

Ok this place is a must. I got two donuts- the French toast and the peanut butter cheesecake. I enjoyed both of them and got a dog donut. My dog loved her donut, and the two I got were amazing. The service is great here too. The staff are very attentive and even a big line with a couple dozen people in it moves very quickly. The shop is very large and has a new relaxed feel to it. If you're in the area, make sure to drop by this place!

Our drink orders were taken and questions answered. The appetizers were all so good. Bread service was warm and fresh, bruschetta was prepared well and was a good amount of food per order. The pretzel rolls were a big hit as well. Salty but still soft. While relaxing the kids got chilly and Kyle offered them blankets which was a really nice touch. Then came the meal. The kids ordered playbread pizzas (sauce was a little spicy), Mac and cheese (which was devoured), and chicken tenders (good amount for a kids meal!). Adults had the sweet potato pasta (delish! And had a little kick), salmon (which they raved about how flaky and well cooked it way), baked cod (flavorful and prepared well), fried cod (nice and flaky, great batter!), and lemon chicken (chicken was a little dry but overall delicious). The potatoes that came with many meals were crispy and soft, perfectly seasoned. This was a really good meal, and we will definitely be back when in town!

I was early enough for happy hour and had a wonderful Cucumber Gimlet. The service was excellent. I ordered the House Chopped Salad, Lake Erie Walleye, and Lemon Blueberry Panna Cotta. The salad tasted really good and fresh. The Walleye too. I liked the fennel salad with cilantro lime rice. I ate half to take some home and not be too full for dessert. The panna cotta was good, mostly because of the topping. It is not something I would order again, being kind of bland, but to no fault of the kitchen. Everyone from the hostess to our server was very friendly and nice. They have a full bar and a decent selection of beers. My wife and I decided to share their whipped ricotta appetizer and their French onion burger. The appetizer came with thinly cut crusted baguette. The ricotta cheese was mixed with some strawberry flavor. It wasn't bad but I would have preferred it to be thicker in constituency. The burger and fries came out perfectly cut into half portions for each of us, which was a really nice touch. We had asked for the burger to be cooked medium rare and I think it came out more like a medium well. The patty itself was a bit dry. This may be a one off issue and we hope to return to try some other dishes.
