Mojo TaGo is yet another taco truck. I found it at Easton. They have a good size menu for a truck…read more It's not great but it's filling. The salsa was average and needed more seasoning. I had the vegetable tacos. It was 2 for about $7. The tacos were really small. It came in a foil container which helped catch the fillings that were falling out. The avocado slice was good but not as good as guacamole would have been. I would get something from Mojo TaGo if hungry. It's not a favorite truck of mine to seek out. The tacos were much better than fast food though.

He made me a refreshing and flavorful Strawberry Basil Margarita in a mason jar, from the specialty drinks menu. I chose 3 tacos: Catfish Po'Boy, Kung Powell Shrimp, and Grilled Fish. I ate the Po'Boy first, which essentially ruined the other two for me because it was far better. I wanted to choke down two more Po'Boy tacos. Um, next time. I got an order of Avocado Salsa and Chips to go; I used to get this from the truck when I worked downtown and know how delicious it is. The place is about 20 minutes from my work, but it is worth the drive. Keep in mind the tacos are small for $3, but they are filled with quality ingredients. The space itself is funky and comfortable. When you enter, the takeout counter is clearly marked to order there, or to dine-in, proceed to the dining room which has several tables, as well as bar seating. I was the only person who dined in during my hour long visit, but someone came in to order takeout and I heard the takeout employee tell him he would bring it over shortly, then saw him walk the order over (I am assuming to a neighboring business). I recommend it if you are in the area for lunch or dinner.

The owners are Charles and Jarret. They're super personable individuals and were easy to talk with about their experiences with the business . I ordered the two sandwiches platter which comes with 3 sides. I had the Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Each came with coleslaw on top. My 3 sides were baked beans, Mac N Cheese and Cowboy Corn. I'll start with the sandwiches. Totally surprised by both sandwiches, they both had nice and moist meat that was smoked perfectly. The coleslaw on top just added that perfect crunch to the sandwich. I used Bangin Bourbon on one and Homestyle which was tangy and sweet. Both had great flavor. On to the sides. The Mac n Cheese was made with a Rotini style noodle and was made with Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheese. It was super flavorful. And finally there was the Cowboy Corn which of course had corn, peppers red and green made with a super flavorful sauce. So Tasty!! Almost forgot a star in the menu, the Baked Beans, OMG!!!! These were TOTALLY homemade with so much flavor, could have 2-3 of these alone. You can find them on StreetFoodFinder.com or Facebook. Check them out!!!!

The guy has always asked if I want it to burn just today, or tomorrow too, and they'll crank up the heat accordingly. Tonight however, they convinced me to try the Surf & Turf roll and oh brother...outstanding! This one has loads of lobster AND brisket, delivering a knockout in flavor. Even at a hefty $32 for a roll and chips, I wasn't mad about it. This is a much larger roll than other lobster trucks out there and is seriously packed with meat and then loaded with toppings. These guys don't skimp on food or flavor. Plus, the dudes running the truck are funny and certainly give good advice on what to try. This one is a can't miss for me whenever I see them roll into town (which is pretty rare where I am). However...if you have little kids...maybe just send mom or dad up to order, as it can get spicy (just like the roll) sometimes.

I parked my car and walked over to the food truck, and I was lucky to literally be next in line. I ordered the recommended lobster roll from the fine gentlemen that was doing the serving. I also ordered a water because it was rather warm. I gathered my lunch walked over to a picnic table, nearby and sat down to eat. My first bite into the sandwich or roll as they label them was literally a shock to my memory, it took me back to being in Maine many years ago and getting a lobster roll at a restaurant. Now I know my memory is not what it used to be, but I can honestly say this was a freaking delicious lobster roll. I ate the entire roll, wiped my face with a napkin at the table. And went up and told the server behind the counter how good the food was and that I can't wait to literally find them close by again. I will admit, I did not eat all the potato chips, because I didn't need them, but they were also good. I just read on Facebook where they're going to be in Westchester on July 20 now I need to find out where because that's literally five minutes from my house. I truly cannot wait to order another lobster roll or two. If you've never eaten at this food truck, I highly recommend it. On the day I purchased my role. It was $29 which a lot of people might think is a lot of money literally for a sandwich, but I will tell you this it is truly worth it.
