This Starbucks is conveniently located on Rt.23. It's a great one to go to if you are heading out of town from the Columbus area It has one of the largest coffee bars I have ever laid my eyes on in a Starbucks! If you hate being squished when you pick up your drink, then this one will make you happy! It was training time on the day of my visit. Props to shift manager Brooklyn for keeping her cool during the chaos. My drink was correct and served after just a short wait. The Strawberry Frappuccino was delish! read more

Every time I come to this location, I am greeted with amazing service! However, today (03.26.2022 @8:00am) was truly exceptional service. All of the ladies at the window, were so amazing. Came on a Sunday around 10a and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed for cleaning and inventory. Tuesday, they are open but only the drive thru. Which is ok except the mobile order I placed for a hot drink is now cold because the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. I don't know what's going on here, but corporate should step in and get this store and it's management under control. read more

i was at the starbucks on columbus pike 23 south near Walmart Delaware Ohio. i went thrugh the Drive thru and ordered two hot cocoa with pepperment but i got pepperment moca and i hate coffee. but i didnt want to have to drive back to the store to let them know. but i am not happy if you do not sale. hot coco pepperment you shold have said you dont sale it. got to the window to pay and the young man at the drive thru. said here is one hot coco and then handed me the other. i drove off. when we got home thats when i noticed that wha ti wanted is not what they made us. i need to get ahole of the store and let them know and he did not give me a recite. whats up with that.NOT HAPPY WHIT THIS STARBUCKS. I live in Delaware and have been coming here for a few years now. I have to say I'm disappointed by how it is so poorly run at times. I do get my coffee quickly but this is most dirty Starbucks I have ever been to. The tables are never wiped down and the floors are always gross. A lot of the times there are many flies flying around because the staff always keeps the drive through window open To me, it seems that the staff could care less about the customer experience and just worries about getting the drive though customers their coffee quickly. The drive through window is always open even in the winter, the employees will wear lots of layers because the window is open but customers are forced to be freezing as well and wear our winter coats while sitting and doing work in the sitting area. read more

I stop every morning to either this location or the one in Lewis center. They never can get the drink right! My drink comes standard with whipped cream they forget 75% of the time and get attitude when I politely ask about it! The coffee tastes burnt in the AM bit later in the day I haven't had any issues. It's a Starbucks, so you know the drill. They have all the consistent things I love: good drinks, friendly folks, and free wifi. This Delaware location is shiny and new and makes the perfect spot if you need somewhere to work for a little bit. There are loads of windows and the sun beautifully fills the space. This Sbux isn't crazy busy, so everything moves at a slower pace. The people are even friendlier than normal, and they spend a little extra time making the experience great. I'm not up in Delaware often, but I will totally come back here when I'm in this neck of the woods. read more

We are fans of this Starbucks! Atmosphere: This one is much like any other Starbucks, but there is far more room in this one than I've noticed in many others. There are a few tables, a couch, and a couple of nice lounge chairs. It is always clean and nicely organized. As has been mentioned, it's not very busy...at least none of the nights we've been there. There is also plenty of outdoor seating, so you have the option to enjoy the weather as well. Associates: the staff is great! They have always been nice and very professional. They make great recommendations whenever we're not sure what we want. We like to sit near the bar area (where they hand out the drinks) and they always engage us in pleasant conversation. Food: we've had frappucinos and at least a sandwich or two from this particular store and they have always tasted wonderful. We've never had an issue with any of our orders. Overall, if you want to just relax for a little while in a great atmosphere and have some good food and drink, this is one of the better Starbucks to visit. read more

This location is right by my house so I frequent it often. It is also off the main road in town so it always quite busy. Every time I go the customer service is always very friendly. Recently though I have been a few times and their speaker has not been working properly so that was a little awkward. They wouldn't hear the beep inside so you just had to say hello at the speaker so they knew you were there. Other than that I am always pleased with my visit here. I hardly ever go inside because it is not very big and the parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of. read more

9 times out of 10 my drinks are made wrong at this location very very annoying read the labels! And shake the teas!

Their baristas are inconsistent with their frappuccinos recipes, it's so frustrating. Especially in the morning when I'm on my way to work, if I don't have time to go back and get it fixed I'm stuck paying for a drink I didn't even want, and don't even get the one I did want! It's not that hard, use the recipes. read more

Not sure how this Starbucks got this caliber of reviews. Drinks are not made like they are at a corporate Starbucks. Iced teas are sitting there already made, drinks are not shaken and the ingredients are merely combined over ice. read more
