The drive thru line is almost always spectacularly long, and the parking/door is on the side of the store where the drive through order board is, so if you go in, you get stuck in traffic trying to back out of the parking spot. However, the coffee and food are standard for a Dunkin' and the employees are typically pleasant, just trying to make it through their day with grumpy, non-caffeinated patrons not always being the nicest. That said, my current town doesn't have a Dunkin', so I'm always happy to go visit my parents and get my fix.

I asked for one of their limited time lemonades, and she told me that they were out of all lemonades, which I thought was a little bizarre. Then I go to sit down at one of the tables while my mom is grabbing our drinks and donuts, and as my mom is about to sit down, one of the employees yelled at us saying that we had to get out because they were closing. I found that very rude and unacceptable for a business. I also work in a restaurant business myself and customers are not to be shoot out the door as soon as it hits closing time so I don't understand why we were told to get out. I also tried calling today and the voicemail box was full and no one answered. I also tried calling corporate and no one answered. Seems like Duncan needs to find a better way to let their customers know when they are closing and have availability for customers to talk to people that work there.
