Second opinion technicians diagnosed that their work ('done at point s')is in question. Questioning if the rest of the work I paid for was actually done now after an honest tech looked at it and showed me everything/explained everything. Not to mention the screws of my covers were missing. It is frustrating paying thousands to get my car back with details missing. So on top of paying for work to be done I also have to pay to fix things they didn't put back to keep the car nicely in one piece. Disrespectful shop. I highly recommend going somewhere more transparent honest and respectful. The men here seem to think they are well above women. One of those shops.

With that said, I called around a lot to get a quote so I can afford brake change so I can drive my father around to doctors appointment and to work as a school teacher. I called at the end of my work day on Friday and spoke with Sun, asking for a quote on brakes and rotors and sun gave me a really reasonable price and told me to come in early next day (today, Saturday) and he will take care of me. So I came at 8:10 from Tacoma and I was quoted a complete different price so I end up doing my rear brakes only as that's my last bit of money until pay day. As I was checking out, I was told they will do test drive and will be back. When I was about to get my keys, they said that I have lights popping up and that they need to reset it cause it was in service mode.... Im still sitting here 30 minutes later and the lights hasn't been reset. Im cautious of what they did to my car. I fear that they may have cause other problems on my car and forcing me to pay for something I didn't cause. I got charge over $200 in labor and only 200 in parts. If I was going to pay this much in labor, I would have ordered the parts myself at whole price and have the dealer installed it for just $60 in labor to install my parts and takes an hour to install at most for them. I tried to support local business that I thought is reasonable but it end up more than dealership. This place may be good for tires and other minor stuffs but for brakes and engine stuffs, I would not take it here.

The first time I went in for a catalytic converter issue and it took three visits to get it right. They made good on their word--sort of--but it introduced a theme with them that I encountered later: the good cop/bad cop routine between the mechanic, Kenny, and the front desk guy, Wayne. Wayne never seemed to take any accountability, it was always a Kenny thing. That's not what I call accountability. The second, and now last, time I took my car in I had them repair a bunch of things that led to my car stalling in traffic. I dropped 3 thousand dollars on repairs that lasted me 30 miles. The brand new hose to my radiator came off and fouled the motor. Of course, even though they had done all kinds of work on the cars they day before, none of this was their fault. So, to get my car back into drivable condition, it cost me another 4 thousand dollars. Had I known beforehand that I was going to get stuck spending 7 thousand dollars on my car, I would have probably taken a different course. When I took my car to my Real Mechanic, he said that I probably had a legal case against them (though impossible to prosecute) and that my engine "sounded like shit". They said the hose looked large and was probably cranked down too hard, and that was what led to the radiator flange breaking off. Oh, and Lioe's kept my car for three weeks while they were trying to fix it. If I had known that they would take that long (and their communication was terrible) then I would have been out a car just as long as waiting for my Real Mechanic to get me in. At this point I don't trust Lioe's enough to take the car back and have it serviced under warranty, should it have engine troubles. How's that for a spot to be in? They should fix it, but I don't think Kenny is either skilled enough, or scrupulous enough, to properly fix it. Feeling quite burned by the whole experience.
