I had a great experience with this shop, especially with Gilberto, the technician who took care of my case. The service was excellent from start to finish. Gil was very supportive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even helped me deal with my insurance requirements, which made the whole process much easier. When I got my car back, it honestly looked like new again. You could hardly tell it had ever been damaged. I really appreciate the care and effort they put into the repair. If you are looking for a reliable body shop with fair pricing and great service, I highly recommend them. Thank you Gil and the whole team!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everybody involved with the repair process. We were kept informed every step of the way, no surprises. They fit and finish of the repair was invisible. I know how hard it is to do a quality job as I have repaired and painted many vehicles over the years and I can tell you that making a paint repair disappear is very high quality work. Again, I thank everybody who was involved in the repair of the vehicle. When the vehicle was returned to us, it looked like it had been through a detail shop, just like brand new. A shout out to Adam, he's got a great team. Thanks again, Carl

I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.

I noticed some blemish when I went to pick up the car and they immediately looked to get it fixed and replaced on the spot even though the mark wasn't there an hour ago on their inspection. they thoroughly fixed the damage to the rear of the car, and even went above and beyond to buff out / detail some of my front that was unrelated to my original incident. super nice and thoughtful, I was blown away by the service and quality of work. they do have an account with Tesla so they order OEM (original parts direct from tesla), so you have peace of mind that your car is returned to its original state of quality. they also have 5yr warranty on their fixes so you can be assured the work is maintained or they'll help you fix until you're happy.

They were both super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions on what to expect from the repair and length of time I would need a rental car. They arranged my pick up from Enterprise and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an insurance claim repair. I give them kudos for the 5-star handling of my repair. It took months to schedule my estimate and my repair and after I got my vehicle back I noticed a few small issues that I brought up to their technicians. They fixed those issues for me on the spot and promised me a free loaner and further repair if the issues returned. Well, the issues did return and it took WEEKS for them to talk with me on the phone before I finally gave up with planning my return and just dropped by. When I did, they claimed they could not reproduce the issues and told me the new rattling sounds my vehicle was making were perfectly normal. I call BS on that. If you love your car, don't go to Gerber Burien. EDIT: I'm updating my review to one star because they reached out pretending to care and never followed up after I gave them my repair number. Pathetic. Star far, far away.

I read reviews and thought this would be a good place to have the front of my truck repaired. The administrator came out and took photos using a smart phone. First mistake. One must poke and prod; feeling for weak spots which may not show in a photo. I was told the repairs would take 3 days. Great, I would be without for 3 days. Two days later I received a text telling me it would be 5 more days. They didn't notice the damage which the photo did not show. Now, I wanted OEM parts (both headlight assemblies), but they failed to get me the parts list until after they had ordered them (cannot restock parts). They were inexpensive after-market parts. Not to my liking! Eventually my truck was returned on a Thursday. Saturday, I had a function in Skagit County. I returned in the dark. The passenger side headlight beam was aimed at the fog line. Where the driver side beam was aimed was anybody's guess! I took my truck back to have the headlights aimed correctly. Before I did, I researched headlight aiming. The truck was about five (5) feet from a garage door. Not even close to standard procedure. I asked to have them show me the adjustment screws with a hands-on approach. The mechanic was short with me. He pointed and hastily talked me through it. In my garage I set up a standard headlight aiming area. Both headlights were aimed very high. I adjusted the passenger side first. The driver side was next. This is where I got pissed. Someone had taken a knife to the little rectangular box with the adjusting screw. They had cut all the way around it just like one would cut out the bottom of a box. The adjusting screw had no base. It was floating in space and rendered useless. The vertical aiming of this headlight was impossible. The lesson: I told the insurance company about this. Burien Auto Rebuild said it was good when it left their shop (no unbiased opinion). The insurance people (not happy with Allstate) said they believed the shop. Because I had "touched it", they couldn't do anything about it. Basically, Allstate said I was lying. Burien Auto Rebuild said they would never use a damage part. I would never take a knife to my truck. So, who is lying? Burien Auto Rebuild! So, take your time and do your due diligence. When I drove past this garage I had second thoughts. I should have followed my gut instincts. Also, ask around if possible. There are much better rebuild centers to take your vehicle. Oh, and by the way, between the 2 legged and 4 legged personnel they also manage to put some scratches on my truck. I am in contact with my insurance agent to see what he can do for me. No matter what I will not go back to Burien Auto Rebuild. Finally, I will be taking my truck to a dealership and having OEM parts used to redo the headlamp assemblies at my expense.

I need to recommend you stop by for an estimate and then stop in again to set up a drop off date if you choose to get your repairs done here, they were kind of hard to get in touch with by phone because they are most likely very busy, so plan ahead.

I took my Toyota Tundra in for some repairs since I figured that the shop was affiliated with Toyota, so the service should be good. Oh boy was I wrong. I dropped my truck off a month ago and was told that my truck should be done by the end of week 2. The truck needed additional repairs and they said they contacted my insurance to get the adjuster to come out and see and approve of the repairs, which they should be there in 1-2 days. My insurance didn't call me about it until 4 days later to tell me that the adjuster will come out there to see the truck, so... Did the shop really call my insurance at all before giving me that 1-2 day estimate..? Either way, they said the car will get done by the end of week 3, so I called on Thursday to get an update. They tell me it won't get done and should be done by early week 4... So I called on the following Tuesday to get an update and they tell me it won't get done by Thursday... I called just now (it's Thursday) and the guy handling my truck isn't here today and the person filling in said the truck is still in the paint shop (which Mike told me it was in the paint shop on Tuesday and should get painted and reassembled the following day). He tells me it probably won't be done by the end of today.. So now I'm waiting on him to come back from lunch to give me another update... WORST experience in my life. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for anyone.
