Having to pursue legal action was stressful enough, and still not having the matter resolved has been incredibly disappointing. We're talking a $3,000 repair. Work was done, car was running, I was satisfied. About a month later, check engine light comes on. Misfire. I brought it back not knowing what to expect -- and this is where Kenny's separated themselves from every other shop I've ever dealt with.
