Super honest, fast and straightforward. This service station shattered the stereotype of shady mechanics! I will always take my car there.

My wife and I have been traveling together for over eight years and have never experienced the…read moreharassment and disrespect that we encountered at this Arco located at 15252 Tukwila International Blvd Tukwila, WA 98188. On Monday, May 19th, at approximately 9:15 AM. We stopped to fuel our rental car before heading to the airport and also to use the restroom. After parking at pump 4, we entered the store. We found the restroom located at the back of the store, where a customer who appeared to be drunk was exiting. A sign on the door read: "Door lock doesn't work, knock before entering." My wife asked me to stand in front of the door to so it would not swing open as she used the restroom. About 2 minutes later, someone started banging on the door and yelling for us to come out. I responded that it was busy, but they continued shouting and trying to force the door open. To our surprise, it was an African American female Arco employee alongside the drunk man who had just used the restroom. As we exited, the man began threatening me, saying he'd "beat my ass" and wait for me outside. The female employee who we realized was his girlfriend, said nothing to de-escalate the situation and acted like nothing happened. We proceeded to the counter, where I paid for gas. The female employee who instigated the situation said nothing and simply sat down behind the other employee acting as if nothing had happened. Her behavior including attempting to force the restroom door open, verbally assaulting customers, and enabling her intoxicated boyfriend to threaten us, is completely unacceptable. If Arco has a policy regarding restroom use, it should be clearly posted. More importantly, a restroom lock should be functional!!! Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete disregard for our privacy and safety. Whether this is a corporate or franchise location, there needs to be accountability. This behavior was unprofessional, threatening, and a liability.
