I was dining alone so I was put at the counter which was interesting because I saw the kitchen staff preparing all meals. Con of this was hearing the host argue with a staff member or two! I ordered the mushroom gravy and it came with hash browns. It was extremely flavorful but maybe too rich? Everything was an add on for this. Egg and biscuit were an extra $6. I can tell this place is inventive and takes great care with their food so I see why the prices are so high. Kitchen staff also gets tipped out. Everything was different and good but my biscuit was so so dry which was sad! The scrapple also came out black. Some things I'd hopped were better!

I showed him on the receipt the 543pm placement time and the 7:15pm pick up time. He told me again they did not receive the order until 7:15 despite the website, receipt recording all this information. Unsurprisingly, some stuff was missing and needed to be added to complete the order. I was given an apology as I walked out by manager, but very poor experience overall. Avoid the online ordering.

This behavior was entirely unprovoked and completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a dining establishment. What made the situation worse was the response from management. Despite the incident taking place, the manager on duty took no meaningful action to address the situation, offer an apology, or ensure my safety and comfort as a customer. Their inaction sent a clear message that this kind of conduct is tolerated at your restaurant. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal written acknowledgment of this complaint 2. A full investigation into the conduct of the staff member involved 3. Appropriate disciplinary action against both the server and the manager who failed to act 4. A direct response to me outlining the steps taken I sincerely hope Turning Point takes this matter seriously.
