Stumbled upon on a walk and decided to try and the pumpkin chai was really well done!

The smoothies at pinjis are great. We placed a pickup order and our order was ready on time but was missing one of our food items which we didn't notice until we got home. Super disappointed. Avocado toast was good, but very tomato heavy. read more

The food and coffee at Pinji's are both excellent!! Highly recommend the ramen, the bulgogi, the boba and the Iced Pumpkin Chai. Great service and ambiance with classical music playing in the background. Great for adventurous and picky eaters. Can't wait to go back! read more

This is my third review of the day so I am running out of steam but I will do my best to do Pinji's justice. We ordered from here for lunch during our recent stay in Wilmington. I was planning on ordering a coffee but that quickly changed when I saw bubble tea on the menu. I ordered a taro. I was pleased by their vegetarian options and opted for their veggie on focaccia. This was served on the most delicious bread you can imagine with a really delightful crunch. The bread pretty much made the sandwich in all honesty but the roasted red peppers, mozz, tomato, lettuce, hummus, and pesto didn't hurt. I don't recall detecting the pesto in the flavor profile but overall, it was a very enjoyable sandwich. The bubble tea was great but it was frozen. It was very bizarre. I wasn't expecting this and I don't remember this being mentioned on the menu. GF ordered the well being sandwich, which she reports was "excellent" as well as hash browns which were soggy. This place serves up solid sandwiches and I would recommend giving them a try if that is what you are in the mood for. read more

Rating one thing and one thing only...the bulgogi breakfast burrito. One word...delicious! It's a dense yet flavorful burrito. I added peppers and onions and all the ingredients worked so well together. Will definitely be back again for this and to try out other menu items. read more

Super cute place, friendly staff, and wonderful menu items and bubble teas! Stop by here whenever we are in the area.

Cute little place with Korean-inspired cafe food. No complaints about the food or service at all! Nice little stop on a saturday or sunday for lunch. I will be back to try other things! read more

Their food is delicious! The atmosphere is calming, I love the jazz music they play. Always pleasant and clean. The owner/manager always askes " How is it? " She is the sweetest, I feel as if I said there needed to be something more done she would do it but it's always perfect. I've gone for breakfast where she makes my coffee and lunch. It is my calming/I need a break from people/ Leave me alone just feed me place. Service: A+! Food: A+! Ambiance: A+! read more

Terrible Service, made me late for work TWICE because the lady who took my order forgot to bring my breakfast sandwich. The first time a woman told them she'd have to leave if her food wasn't ready because she was going to be late and she ordered AFTER me and somehow got her food before me. Second time the woman who usually runs the register literally came out and asked me "are you waiting for something" as if I hadnt JUST ordered a breakfast sandwich. No I'm sorry nothing to show remorse. Stay away from here read more

Top 3 best smoothies I've ever had in my life ‍ new smoothie spot for us since its close to home! Would not get the bulgogi ramen again, but the bulgogi sandwich was great! Overall, great little café to stop by on a walk or on a sunny day for a delicious smoothie!! read more

Korean owned with a few Korean menu items including a Bulgogi Breakfast Bowl, Bulgogi Sandwich, and five Korean style ramen options, Pinji's has a very loyal following. On our first trip there, we ran into at least 4 regulars who raved about the food. We ordered two sandwiches and two veggie ramen. One was prepared mild for our son and the other was spicy. There were some very spicy peppers in the second one. Truthfully, it's reminiscent of higher end instant ramen. Good, but maybe it should be priced a little lower. The Bulgogi Sandwich was good. It included a decent amount of ribeye, cucumber, greens, and a spicy mayo on foccaccia bread. Overall, it was a good experience and we'll be back again. read more

Pinjis always SLAPS. Can't go wrong with anything at pinjis honestly- it's hard to believe they're doing all that right, but they are. Ramen: spicy && delicious Coffee: lattes are perfect Pancakes: fluffy && delicious Breakfast sandwiches: perfect for brunch Smoothies: customizable, go with the strawberry&&banana with almond milk. I usually call ahead and pick up my order but they do have cafe like seating on the inside. read more

We've been here twice. Smoothies and breakfast sandwiches are great! Ample seating inside with jazz music playing. Everything looked clean and service was pretty fast. Unfortunately they didn't have decaf coffee (I like a half caf) but their coffee options look great for someone who wants full caffeine. Will visit again next time we're in town! read more

I love their food. My favorite is the bulgogi breakfast bowl. So tasty. The coffee is just ok.... I normally only rate places bases on food but in this case, I will add that the patio seating is really sweet when the weather is nice. The inside is cute, as well. read more

This little cafe is quite the hidden gem! Tucked across the street from the majority of the Trolley Square establishment, Pinji's Cafe is easily overlooked, but I'm telling you: it is 100% worth crossing the street, even at that annoying 5-way intersection. The bulgogi wrap is amazing --- perfectly seasoned Korean beef with fresh lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion, finished with a spicy mayo and served with a little bag of potato chips. Beverage-wise, I will admit I was not a fan of the coffee. However, they have excellent boba tea, so I'm going to call it a win. I would like to try their ramen one day, but it may take an act of God to convince me not to order the bulgogi wrap again and again and again... read more

Busy as hell. Customer service is not their strong suit at all...but the bulgogi breakfast burrito is really solid.

After exploring Brandywine Park Trail, we hit our phones to find someplace to grab breakfast - Pinji's came up and we figured why not?! Do not let the looks or the smell deceive you - it's right below an apartment building and looks unassuming (and it kinda smelled like my Great Aunt's house - my son even commented he wanted to leave as soon as we walked in because he didn't care for the smell). The food was awesome - we ordered a frozen hot chocolate for the kids, which they gulped up, along with pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. The pancakes had to be an inch thick - perfectly fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. My son's sandwich looked pretty darn good as well. My husband and I both got their breakfast bowls. They were probably the best bowls we have ever had - the hashbrowns were crunchy, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and all the ratios of fixings to egg were on point. It is such a simple breakfast, but so many cannot get it right....Penji's did. We don't live in DE or close to Pinji's, this was an adventure for us, but we have already said we need to go back. read more

I like that they were fast for a walk in. We both loved our breakfast sandwich it was filling and tasted great. I can't wait to try some of their other items. read more

the reviews were not lying this place truly is so good i ordered the bulgogi wrap and honeydew boba tea, and i was nervous for the honeydew boba but it was actually sooo good and refreshing and the bulgogi wrap was good too, i just wish it was bigger especially considering the price it comes at a half size of your standard wrap/burrito. i also wish they included more bulgogi meat which you do have an option to pay extra for overall i will definitely be coming back to try the rest of their menu read more

Such a gem. Love the All For One sandwich - so fresh and each ingredient is great. Smoothies are 10/10. Workers are very friendly!

Breakfast sandwiches are really good. Bulgogi was a 10 and taro bubble tea was perfectly sweetened. Owner was very nice to call us when we accidentally placed order though Grubhub which overcharged us with extra fees. Will definitely be back. read more

The pancakes here are the tallest I've ever seen! The smoothie was delicious too and it was in a lovely neighborhood.

This place is my go - to breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner spot. Everything is fresh, made quickly, and done with love. My usual buys are the bacon/egg/cheese on everything breakfast sandwich, protein smoothie with lots of greens, and Pinji's special (made into salad but if you buy as a sandwich it's even better because the bread is so fresh). The ramen is great too. Give it a try, Pinji's will not let you down. read more

I love this place. The breakfast bowl with bacon is my favorite item. They have great smoothies. Highly recommend!

Vegetable Ramen, spicy, with egg, to-go. This has been my standard order since trying ramen from Pinji since early 2016. And I've been there WEEKLY. I love Pinji, I love how she cares so much for her business, I love the employees and how they always smile and are so nice, and the food is just perfection. I first learned of them when they were a hidden spot on Market St, from a great co-worker. From that moment on Pinji's Cafe has been a normal part of life, to be honest. After that location closed, I was happy to see them in the old eefoc's space in Trolley. They have breakfast sandwiches and smoothies (they perfectly can recreate my favorite Chicago smoothie), lunch sandwiches and bulgogi, ramen, coffee, tea, and soup. If you're lucky enough to be in the area PLEASE stop in and try it. I will declare now -- Pinji's was the best thing to happen to my lunch hour. Love them! read more

Excellent bulgogi breakfast bowl! Highly recommend! :-) friendly staff, efficient service, and very filling.

Well hello Pinji's Cafe!! I just enjoyed delicious brunch yesterday and will definitely be back. Vegetarian options ftw! Although I'm no longer on the meat train, they have prosciutto, and well, that meat is the don of all juans! Brilliantly, I ordered two meals for myself, the Avocado sand and vegetable ramen. The sandwich was a perfect blend of veggies with pesto and a balsamic dressing. I didn't eat much of the Ramen bc the sandwich was sufficient but I gladly finished it for dinner. The soup was savory with just the right amount of vegetables & spice! After chatting with staff, I discovered that their bread is picked up daily from Le Bus in KOP, a wonderful bakery , so it makes total sense that there wasn't a crumb left on my plate. Pinji's Cafe...great location, cute patio, welcoming staff and delicious food! Yes please. :) read more
