I didn't take any pictures of it, but the "scrambled egg" inside was literally just cubed (!!!) microwaved egg, honestly not even sure if it was real egg. The other ingredients were fine, but the egg was extremely off putting and not at all what I had expected. It tasted like a latke crossed with a hush puppy. Also be aware that it's walk-in only and you pay when you order (so you have no way to express your dissatisfaction with the so-called hash browns). It's street parking in a residential neighborhood but I luckily got a great spot. Obviously this review got a little snarky. It was a very good light meal. The gentleman who made the sandwich - the same guy who made the cappuccino - asked me by name how everything was. I can't remember my own name most days so the attention to detail was seriously impressive. After noting all the attention to detail I started looking up the owners info. Wasn't on their Instagram (which I did follow) but was buried somewhere on their website. The gentleman is Aaron, a trained chef who worked around the U.S. and France. Samantha is an established mixologist. No wonder their food and drinks are outstanding in flavor and presentation. Whenever I'm in the area I'll definitely be back. Check them out!

The shop appeared spacious and offered great seating options for those that are looking to settle down to work on their laptop on a bigger table near the entrance or the smaller two seaters scattered throughout. For the drinks, I ordered a matcha latte with soy milk. I wish the worker had brought up that it was extra for the soy as I paid over $5 for the smaller size! Regardless, it was a good drink with good matcha flavor, paired with the soy milk. My coworker got the Cubano which is something I haven't seen anywhere before! He had it down in Cuba where it is an espresso mixed with an equal parts of a sweetener. You can get both your caffeine and sugar rush all in one go. I will probably be back some time soon just to try that.
