Great boba shop near ASU Tempe campus! Even if it is not busy, the wait to get your drink is a little longer.

Brown Sugar Chai w/ Sea Salt Cream

Yum! We got a large Brown Sugar Chai w/ Sea Salt Cream with boba and again one of the tastiest milk teas I've had. Something about Phoenix and their milk teas, they get em right! It had the warm spices of chai, it was not too sweet, the sea salt cream was a fun quirky addition, and the boba was the right type of chewy. There was only one person behind the counter but they were so efficient in getting our and other orders ready. It's a cute store with limited seating but we had no problem in finding a table on a hot Sunday afternoon.

    Arizona Sunset- very refreshing!

Excellent little spot! My tea was refreshing & the jellies had actual flavor. Peaceful vibe inside- especially with all the craziness outside after the game. Great, friendly service. They easily adjusted my drink to my preferences.

Came here during lunch after buying some goodies at Cupbop next door. There was construction happening although once inside the place was cute. Looked at the menu and they had great variety of options from fruit and milk teas. I then waited 5 minutes at the counter but no one showed up. Called out hello and nothing. Another customer came in and was waiting. I left shortly after. There is a ding that goes off when people come in so not sure what the problem is. Hope to visit again in the future so i can update my review

This place is so cute for a quick little date. It not even a 20 minute walk from my dorm, and my boyfriend and I love to come here just to walk and talk, while grabbing a sweet treat. We have been back many times already and plan to keep on coming back. This place is very vibey for a date or just a hangout with friends. There are ice breaker cards on each table, just open ended questions. The drinks are very delicious, there are many options, something for everyone! We love this place.

Sadly, I have to agree with some of the other reviews. I'm a huge boba fan and this just wasn't good. The staff was wonderful - super friendly and efficient. I ordered the chai brown sugar milk tea with less ice + boba. The tea was lacking flavor and tasted watered down. There was very little brown sugar taste. The boba was fine. Overall the whole drink was bland - not a good quality for a boba tea.

Kumquat lemonade with star fruit jelly

My kumquat lemonade with starfruit jelly was really tasty, but I initially received the wrong drink even when I verified it with the cashier. For $8 for a lemonade, it would have been nice to receive the drink correctly the first time when it was confirmed. Also, there are two sizes and I asked for the "regular" but was told the drink only came in large and I asked for green tea, lemonade and starfruit jelly and the cashier said they couldn't do it. I'm not sure if that's because they didn't know how to ring it up on the register or what but that seemed strange to me. There is also a small patio in the front, but on a Saturday night there were 2 homeless people sitting out there which didn't make us (a group of 3 girls) comfortable enough to hang around. The drink was good but the service was lacking!

Went on a Saturday night. Tasty Caramel Apple Harvest. Service was excellent, and will be back!

Oof. Not great place for boba at all. The ding tea they replaced was also not great but better than this. Both milk teas are watery, the boba is hard and flavorless, and their fruit drinks are obviously not great from the their vast menu and syrup all over the place. Not much to say about it except that it's not worth coming.

I'm a huge boba lover but this one is not for me. I got a mango boba slushy but it was BAD. The slush was broken into pieces it was disgusting. There was no boba and it was just no for me + they used dong tea covers for there boba. Although the workers were nice.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.

I even mixed it at the bottom with a straw hoping there was more flavor and sweetness, but the bitterness was more intense. I apologized to the front and said I'm sorry to have to ask, but if they could remake it for something else. They wanted to know what was wrong and I explained. The lady gave me a snarky comment and said, "yeah you got Vietnamese coffee, that's what it will taste like". That's definitely not true, I've had Vietnamese coffee plenty of times and it was delicious. The gentlemen who was making the coffee was nice and said he would look into their supply. He remade my coffee for their salted caramel. It was very mild, wish the flavor had been more pronounced. But overall it wasn't a bad drink. Overall this place has become a pass for me.

When I first moved here, I stopped in out of curiosity, and I still remember how genuinely kind and welcoming every employee was. As someone who was new to the area, that first impression meant a lot. Three years later, the same warm atmosphere keeps me coming back. Their hours have always worked perfectly with my schedule, giving me a comfortable place to study after work. There is plenty of seating, and best of all, lots of outlets, which has been a lifesaver for someone like me with an ancient laptop that seems to lose battery the moment I turn it on! Beyond the amazing coffee and cozy ambiance, what really sets this place apart is its commitment to the community. They regularly host events that are open to the public and even keep an event calendar posted so customers can stay informed. I've also seen them partner with organizations like Prisma HealthCare to offer free health screenings, which speaks volumes about how much they care about the people they serve. This isn't just a coffee shop. It's a place where you feel welcomed, supported, and connected. Between the wonderful employees, delicious coffee, inviting atmosphere, and genuine sense of community, it's easy to see why I've been a loyal customer for so long. Thank you for creating such a special place. You've made Arizona feel a little more like home.

The folks that work there are so friendly, after just two visits they were already treating me like a regular. The shop is inviting, cozy, and built for you to spend time there.
