Now that was a full sentence! Who is my lunch sandwich named after? Why, Patrick O'Malley, himself. He started it all. His wine making grew into a love for coffee making. This man was born in Tucson and raised in Bisbee. Today, his coffee and tea reaches 500 Arizona cafés, restaurants, and hotels. As the founder of the International Barista & Coffee Academy and Infusion Coffee & Tea Crafters in Tempe, he teaches the art of coffee and judges competitions.
