Parking was free and plentiful, and we were seated without a long wait, though we highly recommend making reservations, especially on busy nights. The vibe is low-lit, romantic, and intimate which was perfect for a special occasion. Our waitress was fabulous and very attentive throughout the evening. To start, their "poppers" were absolutely delicious and a fun twist on traditional bread service, especially paired with the incredible blueberry butter. To celebrate, I ordered their Painkiller cocktail, which was smooth, delicious, and hit the spot. I also had the French onion soup, which arrived piping hot with perfectly melted cheese. For our entrées, we ordered the filet, the NY strip, and the rack of lamb, and every dish was excellent. We shared the corn and mashed potatoes, both of which were outstanding. I also loved the artistic touch on the menu check presentation. Overall, we're so happy we chose Prime & Pearl to celebrate our new marriage and will absolutely be returning in the future.

Kelly was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, striking the perfect balance of being present without ever feeling intrusive. Every recommendation she made--from the wine pairing to the side dishes and even dessert--was absolutely spot on. The food was outstanding, and the service elevated the entire experience. We will definitely be returning and will be asking for Kelly in the future. Exceptional service like hers makes all the difference.

We arrived around 4:30 and still had a 15 minute wait. We waited at the bar and fun fact, happy hour everyday from 2-7 and all day on Tuesdays! Signature cocktails are $8 and beers as low as $4. This place has great prices all around. It's got a nice dining vibe inside, dimly lit but lots of windows, it sits on a corner. We got shrimp and scallop Orleans, stuffed shrimp and blackened red fish. Everything was served hot and at the same time and all very good. We all got collard greens and they were excellent. My only minor beef is that the blacked fish wasn't very spicy. Still great though. Service was very good. Great spot and best prices I've seen anywhere.

I was stunned that was only 8 dollars. It's was a strong drink and got me happy immediately. I felt the buzz immediately and really helped made my late afternoon. My bartender was friendly, and made a great drink for me. The atmosphere is just a nice hotel bar, and nothing fancier. There were a couple TVs, and the immature me had to watch SpongeBob SquarePants. It's located at the Hilton, and parking is free. For a strong old fashioned costing 8 dollars during happy hour is a steal, especially at a higher end hotel. I'm so glad I'm staying here and took advantage of this deal. This helped me make my evening when I am becoming my own worst critic. Overall: A+

You're thinking dialed in, no shortcuts, done right every time. This one didn't get there. The hotel lounge pulls from Shula's kitchen, so I kept it simple with French onion soup and chicken wings. The soup came out lukewarm with cheese that never quite melted. Flavor was decent, but it felt unfinished, like it got called to the plate a few minutes too early. The wings followed the same pattern. Mediocre across the board. Not hot in temperature, not hot in spice, just kind of there. Nothing was bad enough to send back, but nothing came close to what the name sets you up to expect. And that's really the issue. When the bar is that high, "fine" ends up feeling like a miss. Three stars.

It is very mellow and more on the well lit side, so if you want a dim lit restaurant, this ain't for you. Service? Impeccable, I forgot the girl who served us, but sis was always on point. Consider your drinks refilled! When it comes to food, understand that the sushi chef takes his time to craft art on your plate. Like seriously, look at the images I share, it's a masterpiece isn't it? So do expect a bit of a wait time but don't you worry, the fish are fresh! So order an appetizer why don't you, to keep ya tummy occupied whilst you wait. My partner and I started off with the seaweed salad and edamame. The edmame is heavy with the garlic, so do keep in mind that your breath will smell like jarlic ok? You have been warned. You could also make the edmame spicy, but that's an extra charge! The seaweed salad? It has a bit of twang to it, so it's lightly sour. No overpowering though like the ones you'd have at a grocery store. Now the star of the dinner my bae and I had... The spicy yellowtail was not that spicy for me, by partner though? He had to take his break hahaha. He got baby taste buds. It is fresh, and for you texture girlies, it is mushy. So, yeah, you may want to opt out on that if you are not a fan of cold mushy food. The big Mac roll? It was so good. All the flavors combined and dances on your tongue. In a good way though loves. In a good way. This one is not so mushy as the spicy yellowtail, you can tast the blend of different textures of the sushi. And they complete one another. The king lobster roll! Boy was this one good. So for you lobster lovers, this is a must have. There's good chunk of the lobster meet in each bite, so do expect a blend of flavors mt seafood lovers. Expect that.

It seems like the only time I ever go to Texas Roadhouse these days is for the Veteran's Day meal…read more Don't get me wrong, I would eat there if they weren't giving me a free meal, but in my case the restaurant is on the opposite side of town and I don't really go looking for steak restaurants all that often in the first place. This year was very similar to last year, though it did seem a bit busier when I got there this time around, with them only having one space available at the bar (I know better than to bother with getting a seat... that line is out the door and down the pavement quite a ways!) It was the same deal this year as last, and I went with the same thing. The steak and everything else was excellent, and I really do appreciate what Texas Roadhouse does for Veterans on this day of Remembrance. Not only do they offer this deal to all veterans on November 11th, but if you are not feeling it on that day (I get it... the lines are a bit on the insane side and the place is busy... those with issues with large crowds might want a quieter time) you can get a voucher that is good for the next seven or eight months, which is very cool of them. I asked about the statistics for the deal, and while Texas Roadhouse does not state how many meals they issue out during this time, it is offered at every restaurant in the chain. Just by watching what was happening at the Gainesville location, I would say they are easily close to a million meals are dispatched (Texas Roadhouse has ~730 proper locations spread out across the country). I made sure to tip well... the servers and bartenders and everyone else there were being run ragged, and they should be compensated appropriately!

Our server was just plain rude. Maybe he was just rushed, but definitely not warm and fuzzy. Okay, just finished our food; it wasn't bad. I ordered a small steak, baked potato and a salad. My Caesar salad was fine. The potato was fine, though the steak was a bit meh. Cooked perfectly but very chewy; just a low quality sirloin. I can say the place was hopping, though I don't see the appeal. With a bill nearing $50 for two, just can't see coming back.

To their credit, the staff stayed patient and kept trying to get it right, but it definitely interrupted the flow of the meal. As for my plate, I ordered the ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and everything was spot‑on. The ribs were fall‑off‑the‑bone tender with that perfect smoky sweetness. The mashed potatoes were creamy and seasoned well, and the broccoli was fresh with a nice bite to it. Even with the crowd, the kitchen clearly didn't slack on execution.
